One of the speakers should have a volume knob... Is it turned up?

Go to Start button and open Control Panel.

Double click on "Sounds and Audio Devices" and check items under the Volume tab.

Is Device Volume turned up?
Is there a check mark in the Muted box?

When you say "only able to hear like half of what is saying", do you mean because the volume is too low or is the sound breaking up?

Apparently many people have no idea of how to find the current post number. They could simply read the FAQ's in the ibox it will tell them how to find it.
