SVFC in Wall Street Journal 3/12/14. Look http://online.wsj.com/article/PR-CO-20140312-911779.html
Is there a new O/S posted somewhere that I missed? Svfc pr using 400million today for 2.1 million in capital.. Svfc also PRed that they are opening new clinic that will bringing in big revenue so raising Capitol thru shares but forwarding the company toward revenue is a positive.. I was worry svfc was going to have debt and no revenue flow but not the case today..
I bet the new financier loves that a IP granted writhing few months.. Those guys will make a killing but svfc also get to open new clinic with the leading stem cell doctor to the stars. This will generate big bucks for svfc so I am glad the money will be put to good use.. Friday will be very interest as the new OTC rule kicks in for short.. Expect big covers Thursday and Friday. Hold tight and you will be very glad by Friday because of the big news today..
There is a reason for this. To answer your question why would anyone sale on such huge news? Answer short interest.. Here the issue rules change for OTC short on Friday. They must cover by Friday. If the word is spread about big news of svfc enough buying pressure might be applied to cause a squeeze.. Notice the huge negative response once svfc started to run and the big push down late.. There will be a big push in am to lower pps.. Make them cover high and we could see .015 tomorrow. Everyone spread the news of the day on breakout board and help yourself!!
SVFC spread the Huge News! The new OTC short rules goes into effect Friday so short will need to cover and you could see a huge run Friday!! The more other investor know about svfc the longer the run!!
Now that we know where the new A/S shares are going and for what svfc should be mutli pennies at least.. Shares for capital and new clinic with the leading doctor for stem cell use, yes I will be the first to say svfc did good.
Gapper in AM once the massive see the PR's! Good to see SVFC future before us!
Now that is Huge News for svfc. With the new clinic svfc will be able to pay back the big finance money of 2.1 million.. Good for svfc don't think ppl know how big this is yet!
SVFC receives 2.1 million funding! IntelliCell BioSciences, Inc. ("IntelliCell" or the "Company") (OTCQB: SVFC), a regenerative medicine company utilizing adult autologous vascular cells (SVFCs) derived from the blood vessels found in adipose tissue, announced today that it has closed on a round of financing from Yorkville Advisors, LLC.
IntelliCell's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Steven Victor, remarked, "This is a turning point for IntelliCell BioSciences. With the infusion of this capital, we will not only be able to fully open our New York flagship center, but also open an additional strategically placed remote cellular lab. We believe this will allow us to implement our business model."
According to Mark Angelo, "We are pleased to have closed this transaction with IntelliCell and look forward to working with management over the course of our investment."
Owen May stated, "We are extremely excited about IntelliCell BioSciences's stem cell technology and we believe that the new relationship with the Andrews Research and Education Foundation will be a pivotal step in better assessing the use of this therapy in sports medicine."

Cool thanks buy 20k worth today.. Curious why the pps dropped on such good news but oh we'll. WLCDF will be a keeper at this stage of the game
Well being off on the best guess of 5's I missed it by .0001 not be at all.. There was dilution today for sure and will probably be more this week like I said but seems to be a lot of buying in low 6's so I do think it will hold. A/S is still a major issue if CEO does not post a PR soon with what he is goin to do with those extra shares. So not sure how I am that far off from my initial statement? Svfc
So for those that would like to read this is my take on what happened today and this was what I was trying to explain yesterday but got bashed off the board.. I knew the pps would not hold with no news. If you notice a group pushed this up yesterday an before trading hours put in a broke buy of .0125 to indicate that the pps might continue up but it did not.. A lot of those ppl sold for big profit today then I suspect thrower was some dilution today coupled with panic selling and the result was an initial 45% drop. Once I was the 20million share cover at .0061 I myself started buying more shares in the mid 6's.. Dilution is not always bad if used to pay debt which I believed to be the case here.. Tomorrow we might see another push down initially bit I believe the pps will hold in the 6 to 8 range and when any news hits expect at least .015 or higher.. Yesterday I was not bashing just stating my opinion which turned out to be exactly right. By the way that 25 million trade at 4pm was a T trade.. Just a broke settling up.. Rested assured svfc will have better days.
Looks like MM cover an the move up now starts for svfc!! Just looking at the trading now.
You just earned a follower mark from me... Svfc could test 5's today if dilution continues this could get ugly!
I never though I would say this lil Jon but I have learn a good bit from you over the last year.. I still believe svfc has a real future but the key point to look for when trading has done me really good here at svfc.. Expect to two happenings here one IP by June and big dilution over next few weeks. Thanks man
Dilution is the word of the day here svfc! we will need 200 million traded just to hold .007
A/S is always a major concern in the pennies. Last A/S increase to 1.5 billion was maxed out in just 2 months from 300 million for svfc. Yes A/S is a major issue and bet you will see dilution here all week. By Friday svfc could be at .005 easy
This is the same post from 1 month ago? Really your holdin the exact 12 million shares again! I remember you sold in the 7's last time so do you think svfc has what is takes to stay higher than that with no news and 3.5 billion A/S effective 3/2/2014? Just a question?
Svfc could easily touch 5's again. The A/S increase to 3.5 billion. When CEO increase to 1.5 billion a/S the o/S when from 300 million to 1.5 billion in just 2 months. So yes 5's are very possible could be by Friday..
MM's will take control of svfc and balance it out at lower pps.. Just a fact no news pushed this up and no news will take it back down.. IMO svfc bright future but recent pump was just that.. Aleast 20-30 % pullback today.. Congrats to some profit takers yesterday.
Just remember I told you what would happen here today.. Svfc needs news not pump.. Good luck.
Maybe you could entice them with the name?
Wow did not know I was such a rockstar these days.. Hey guys just making money here. Hope everyone else will someday too.. Will keep my opinions to myself. Haha still rocking million here. Good luck to us..
Glad for all of us to see big gains but you can only profit if you sell at some target price. I bet huge on svfc when it was in the 13-18 range and bet right.. Ip granting will yield much higher gains too.. Just don't think this current hype on no news will last without a good PR.. Don't think current volume will hold without something substantial.
Sal payoff is the name of the game here in pennyland.. I had 37 million shares averaged in at .0023 of course I will take profit on the way up. In fact sold so today in the 8 and 9's. That why I was buying so many millions of shares in the teen's. Still have shares for higher pps but I don't believe all the hype right now with no news.. The chart was primed so a few buying groups came in and it ran but there will be a pull back this week.. When IP granted svfc could be looking at mutli cents everyone knows this IMO I don't think this will happen within the next 60 days regardless of the hype.. Hey if I keeps running I will keep setting sell orders higher, 400% profit and higher is good enough for me.. Good luck to all.. SVFC
I see dilution coming. A/S @3.5 billion on 3/2/2014 and current O/S 1.3 billion this svfc run will soon come to a dead stop when the known diluters drop in here this week.. Nice run today but the dilution is coming in a big way for svfc.

CWIR Email from CEO, 3/11/14 huge day for CWIR! Look.Email from CEO
Thank you for your inquiry. In answer to your question, Mike and I expect to release news on Central early next week.
We have been waiting on certain consents and approvals regarding the registered trademark and domain we purchased for use by Central. I can state that Central will commence its formal restructuring and repositioning on 11 March; whereby, among other things it will be redomesticated from Utah to Delaware, changing its name, and applying for qualification to transact business as a foreign corporation in Colorado, California, and Washington. In addition, the announcement will reveal the names and business histories of its newly elected directors, beyond those of whom that we listed on the company information tab at OTC Markets, which was updated yesterday.
Concurrently with the reorganization, Central, then under its new name, will file certain reports with OTC Markets Group, Inc. in order to remove the restrictive legend on the company (i.e., the stop sign). We expect this process to take between two to four weeks, and will be subject to approval by FINRA and OTC.
Mike and I realize that people are anxious to learn of Central's ongoing development; however, until we have significant news to report, we won't release any announcements simply to prematurely drive up the company's stock value.
I hope this letter answers your questions.
Best regards,
Randy Hudson

EMS and First Hudson will develop Central to become a manufacturer, packager, and dispenser of medical marijuana in those states where the manufacture and sale of marijuana is permitted under those state's laws.
"Clearly, Mike [Grande] and I have to position Central for its entry into this field of enterprise. We must notify OTC, FINRA, and the SEC, respectively, in addition to obtaining the licenses that will be necessary to operate in this field of business from various states' regulators. Moreover, the legislative bodies in some of the states we intend to do business are only now in the process of enacting laws to permit the company to enter into this business. Mike and I expect the [regulatory] administrative organization of Central to be completed by the end of April [2014], which will allow us to actually undertake the company's development", Mr. Hudson said.
Mr. Grande added, "Regardless of the fact that this type business has been operating in California and elsewhere for many years, and, notwithstanding the recent changes to Washington and Colorado's laws, this business is still at the ground level. While there are 20+ companies that are principally engaged in this business, at least 12 of which are publicly traded, there is much more that needs to be accomplished to organize a company that is "global" in its marketing and distribution efforts in the U. S. (of course, in those states where the manufacture and sale of marijuana is permitted). The existing public companies that can demonstrate true share value are those that handle every aspect of the business, from start-to-finish.". Mr. Hudson added, "Today, we can perceive the willingness of the executive branches and the legislatures of various states to consider adopting many new laws that do or will permit the manufacture and sale of marijuana, for medical purposes, or, for the general use by the public. Moreover, over the next ten years, I think we will begin to see a reduction or altogether renouncement in the regulation and laws of the federal government, which changes will permit the consolidation of some of these companies' operations and that will promote interstate commerce in this industry. It is not feasible from a financial standpoint, to incarcerate or penalize the populous, who, for the most part, partake in the use of this product. Tax it, provide the penalties for its irresponsible use, and be done with it.".
Mr. Grande and his executive staff will assume the operation of Central until a qualified management team is appointed to administer and direct the company's affairs.
