Because........?
Because then there would be no bid support and you would have paid more when you can just wait lol
Haha just remember to call of the wedding if things get ugly.
If you take that report and add up the short volume from july 23rd till yesterday, it amounts to around 1.7 mil.
On july 22nd the float was reported on otcmarkets.com to be 12,795,418. Add 1.7 mil to that and you get the 14mil plus float Frank mentioned on here and twitter.
So if you do a little deducing you will see that the short volume reported is not actually short volume but shares being added to the float.
Like I Said before, i am not concerned about it as there is really not much left in the o/s to add to the float since the ceo owns 50 plus million and has stated he is holding.
The company is most likely not doing this either as stated by Frank. This is residual converted debt being sold in very small amounts and there isn't much left imo.
So in short, not concerned about this but highly skeptical this is being shorted at all.
Just trying to make sure we all focus on the facts and virtues here and not blame or justify everything on an assumption that shorts are controlling this price action.
Of course this is my opinion.
Good luck all!
Yep not really concerned. Probably some left over and it is in no way aggressive.
Plus the ceo has something like 50 mil of the outstanding so really a fully diluted float minus his shares and other restricted, still is reasonable imo.
If they can get going on franchising they could see an immense increase in market cap. Take ZOES for example. They have 112 restaurants and have not turned a profit yet. Still they have a market cap of over 500 million dollars.
If UPZS makes the right moves and stays liquid enough to keep opening stores, this has awesome potential.
U would need to be psychotic to short this with this low volume and big spread. Def not retail shorting. Also remember that shares from converted debt sold into the float looks like shorting with the algorithm those reports use.
This one is popping up now @UniquePizzaSubs not sure if it is legit though.
Geez preferred penny stocks has seriously lost it's mojo lol
Come to Daddy UPZS
Nice write up.
Or they intend to be worth a whole bundle of money haha
I believe he is talking about uplisting to the otcqb instead of the current pink limited they are on. This requires a price of 1 cent or more and full reporting to the SEC
This is an example of their work. They use metal caging with insulation sandwiched in between. Then concrete is sprayed onto it to make the structure. So that is just the forms before concrete is sprayed on it.
So yeah this could work for the sound stage, though I do not think they have done anything larger than a home so far.
Really happy your back after selling all your shares at .0004 heehehehe. You can have 456904 shares more at .0006 if you want, they for sale.
Ohhh and I got a partial fill on some soooooo to the other guy...... Ur wrong.
I believe the CEO has stated that he owns a significant number of the o/s shares 50 mil if I remember right. So that leaves the float for us to play in. Might see the o/s increase for Reddy's shares but that will only be 7 mil. Ie.. 10% owner.
Seems like all the right ingredients for a good pizza company ( pun intended)
Appreciate the activism my man.
Hey good write up BTW. I would point out that the Market Cap is calculated by the outstanding shares not the Float though. So the market cap is 69.5 million x .032 = around 2.2 mil. Still a very small market cap, just wanted to clarify.
Thanks again for taking the time to write up that article.
Looks like we have moved to a new trading range..... Maybe, once that is figured out maybe we see some decent volume at whatever it is.
So Jay got canned too. I need to find the case info I am on mobile
Anybody going to the IDA meeting? I am out of town today. Probably gonna get plenty of press.
Well they will need to be over a penny to trade on the otcqb. That would place a valuation of around 30 million on the company. New to this one, have they discussed a reverse split?
Damn man, this could turn into a giant scandal and jail time if Jake doesn't follow through.
Messed thing is.... He would have to buy the whole float 2.3 bil just to have 25% voting. those 50 mil preferred that Shapiro has have are 1:250 voting rights.
I doubt it, i would think any injunction would only effect the companies ability to sell or issue shares.
Seriously, maybe since we are all down so much anyway...screw it, let's see what happens lol
First time stuck on the greys so I have no Idea. The others I have seem went gang busters in a downward direction in the fist seconds of open. This is weird to me, considering the large amount of volume before suspension.
Buyers lowballing and sellers are looking To sell hi. Surprised no matches yet though.
Soooo Atlas is filing for insolvency? Who is gonna distribute the film I wonder. Bright side, finally a little explanation about the debt.
Cool thanks.
What trading platform did you use to short this?
http://promotionstocksecrets.com/the-sec-just-suspended-my-stock-now-what/
Well this pretty Much covers it perfectly.
I had skimmed over this before but this my first time getting caught in a suspension. Read it closer this time. Interesting how it works to get a MM to sponsor it. Pretty much has to be definitive proof that the SEC will not pursue with litigation. Wonder how Merriman is gonna help with that.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Grey-Sheet-Grey-Market-Stock-Info-Board-3459/
This board says no grey sheet has come bak to being listed with a market maker. Sooo begs the question, what is needed to get back to being listed? Gonna research some more but curious if any of u know.
I feel bad for them, if i was in that industry and had that opportunity to jump in on the ground floor i probably would have also. Hope they get taken care of, and of course us as well.
Lol thats a good one.
Ugly situation. Both are legal documents. Got your popcorn ready?
That is not what Manu is alleging:

Line 34
Seriously! Bet we'll find out if there is a rebuttal ??
Couldn't find anything on the SEC site from my phone
Has anyone addressed the SEC disposition Manu references in the lawsuit? He said he did one in May? Anybody know what that was all about?
