Bashers keep people from buying a stock by claiming its a scam and youll lose your money. Result: you dont buy, you lose nothing.
Pumpers get people to buy into a company, NOT telling buyers its a scam or that they will lose their money. Result: you take a chance, get stuck or lose all of your investment.

Are either of those scenarios ethical. Never mind the methods used just judge the framework.
Anyone who can say yes to that question knows nothing of the markets and will likely get fleeced.

This is the second longest running connundrum in the markets. Whats the first? The simple trade. One side of the trade thinks theyre taking advantage of the other buy selling them something they think will lose value. The other thinks they are taking advantage by relieving the seller of something they think will go up in value.

The first person who can reconcile themselves of these truths wins the game.
Or, you take emotion out of the equation. If you can do that then you can see and understand both points of view (discarding non truths) and easily make youre way through the markets, and life.
