Mike is this a joke? Correct me if I am wrong, but this is an old article from Oct 8, 1991. Has there been new development? I have not been able to find any new news regarding any DD or articles pertaining to this merger.

At the moment it seems people are being cautious of trading due to world and at home news. Also the scare of the DTC chill it has turned potential investor/flippers off. I have continued to load at these levels along with holding millions of shares. I will continue to buy more as well as others. As we all know it will take volume which will need news to get this PPS to where it should be. There have been set backs, but that is what it is (real life). However, I still believe that in the end I will be able to sell shares at a profit and walk away a happy investor. I plan on holding some of my shares until years from now. I hope for those shares to generate extreme upside with a merger/buyout and/or with sales to continue to grow. I have along with most of you looked at my SNDY in the RED and said to myself AHH...but...I know what I have!!!

No different than betting all on black or red at the roulette table. Wait for the PR from SNDY and you will buy at a higher price or get in/more at the cheap shares. Either way if you have hope you buy and/or sit on the shares you have. GLTA I am accumulating more now anticipating news of a merger/buyout.

Unless there is a direct connection of truth which there has been ZERO produced. We all HOPE and anticipate but is it a calculated decision or a feeling?

Walking back into a trading stock that was once sub penny should find itself above when thawed out. So, I anticipate a large sell off of panicked investors/traders OR lots of get them why you can shares (cause the penguin is a coming!). If u do not have level two the reason this is not moving is their is a 6,500 and 4,000 dollar buy to bump this to the next level that is preventing this from moving. Do, you can get frustrated and keep selling into the 3's or hold tight. Volume will see this a 10 bagger in time. I am going to continue to load up and the weak hands.

If I really think about the product they are developing it is being used at day cares (my children), universities in Georgia (GT and Clayton College), private schools use them. Why would public schools not want gaur entered delivered information to parents? What parent would not want information about their children's progress? To top it off what local business would not want to advertise to their local market? This is a product that is already being used and if adapted by public school systems at no cost once integrated in the system could later be charged a upkeep fee. Along with advertisement dollars could generate a good profit. What new innovated ideas have you thought of that could potentially change communication to better your community's life? Kudos for ECDC trying to better their community and furthering their business!!! I support this message!!!

I get that I live and grew up down the road from ecdc headquarters. I am familiar with most all schools in the metro Atlanta area. I can do the work myself to find out. I would never call schools to get info, but there are other ways.

What schools are you working with? Can u be more specific on which schools? Are you starting at the elementary level and working up?

I get the frustration level, but even if they did post everything on your list... The public would just say "there they go saying the same thing as last time!". The saying "no, news is good news." Is a hard one to sell in penny stocks. However, I enjoy these two... "The quiet before the storm and if you have nothing good to say do not say it at all". I would substitute good with "new". Just because nothing is being said does not necessarily mean nothing is being done. As far as I know they do not have a PR department. As we all know investing is risky and at this level ridiculous results are expected in a short time. I believe along with others that we investing in an undervalued company. That is why we are here, on this board, and have thousands to tens of thousands of our money in this company. This is how we show our support for the company and our future. Expectation of results will require patients and an iron stomachs. All remain long and strong or sell me your shares.

The only think I can say is that my child's daycare has gone electronic. It gives us feedback about their day sent through our email. The concept is good at the school level as well. Why would a company not want to advertise to a targeted market. It would be guaranteed exposure to their targeted market. Also, once enmeshed in a school system a service fee could be charged at a later date. Although, I agree you are doing business with what has been described as a less than savory character. It does not take away from the concept and application of the product.

What days did they dilute? What was the share volume for those days? How do u know for SURE that they sold stock? I am asking for FACT not speculation as proof. Really I am looking for how u know they diluted. I would like to be able to check for myself.
