BleckGirl, Your Poetry will add decor to this board. Please post it. I have always enjoyed your poems, and since I am currently the chairman, I say your poetry is most welcome here.
Cheers
winch12, glad to see you here. The concept sounds good to all of us.
For the next month, I'll do the best I can (time permitting) to
ensure this board stays civilized.
Cheers
Tbone, you maybe right, although most stocks move down at the end of
the month so the MMs can cover the short.
But the price movement of STRU has basically been nile for the past
several weeks, and I believe the MMs are not short at all.
I could be wrong, but next week will tell.
One of three things will happen next week. The price will go up,
or the price will go down, or the price will stay the same.
Now that's rocket science, LOL,LOL,LOL.....
Cheers
OT: To All, to post on this board, you must at least have a handle
that has some sort of substance to it and...
n/a
just doesn't cut it. If you're trying to hide behind an alias
then go and do it on RB.
This is not the place.
Cheers,
Lloyd (NetShoe)
jsb1143, I can't take the credit, it was Fatt Matt that came up with this board structure.
So far, it seems to be working very well. Still have some enhancements to do, but
all in due time.
Now, where have we heard that one before, LOL
Cheers
Thanks Tbone for helping Rmg100, I didn't think about the bookmark and the URL.
Cheers
Rask, LOL, get a band-aid...But you just might be right, with labor day coming up they may wait till after or get in before so they can have a relaxing holiday. Now thats wishfull thinking. LOL

I feel a little UpWard Tug Today.
Could be a good sign for Monday.
I'm starting to LOVE Monday Mornings. hahaha

Why all the Emails? Take a look at RB.
It is a blood house over there and Struthers is trying to calm the investors,
which is impossible. This is JMHO.
From reading the correspondence from STRU, I am still excited about my
investment. Yeah, like everyone else, I would have loved to see it all happen
last June, but it didn't. STRU does not operate on the time-table of the shareholders.
But, I do believe they are making the right choices and at the right time.
If anyone bought STRU for a short-term gain should have learned a lesson by now.
You can only successfully short-term-trade a stock by using the Charts. I know.
Any other method of short term trading is a sure failure. If you don't use the
charts, then it is always a mid-to-long-term trade. Thats it.
Take a moment and think about the RIGHTS to the lab equipement. The potential here
is out of this world.
For the record, I bought more STRU two weeks ago before I started my trip and am
very glad I did. I feel it is getting close to Rock-N-Roll-Time.
Cheers
Another Email from Doug...
August 24, 2000
Dear shareholders,
First, I would like to thank all the members of our great team for taking
the time to write and call this office with respect to the correspondence I
issued yesterday. On behalf of Struthers Inc. and our family of companies,
I would like to say that the upbeat notes were indeed welcomed. I'm glad
that I had the opportunity to clarify the issues discussed.
I also would like to take the opportunity to let everyone know that I was
pleased to do an interview on the National Public Radio, business review
portion of the show. The interview Tuesday will be aired Thursday, Aug. 31
at 7:51 AM. Although this interview will be aired in the state of South
Carolina, station 89.9, I'll update shareholders if or when this interview
will be released nationally. Despite the fact that this interview was
limited to four minutes, the interviewer was so impressed with your company
that he expressed a sincere interest in continuing to do follow-up
interviews as we grow. I truly believe we have a very unique company and an
exciting story to share. He was also very impressed with the fact that the
shareholders take so much time to educate new shareholders and potential
investors about the unique nature of our company. As he has interviewed
numerous companies, his comments with respect to the development of
Struthers Inc. solidified my belief that we do indeed have a company we can
be proud of.
I also have had the opportunity to review the videotaped interview, which
was filmed at The World Pork Expo with respect to the Gourley Scope™.
Ag-Day TV has supplied us with this short but very informative video showing
how the Gourley Scope™ works, with Dr. Dennis Gourley narrating the effect
this award-winning technology will have on the swine, sheep, and deer
industries. As most folks have not seen this video, I am sending it out to
Tom at WallStreetNewsCast.com and I will ask him to add this video to their
website and to download it to ours.
We are now starting our rollout program of media presentations and I will
inform everyone as to the interviews being held, and whether they are live
or taped for rebroadcasts on future dates. Struthers Inc. has never been in
a better position than it is right now to start dealing with the media and
informing the world as to what we have achieved.
Many folks have also requested an update as to the results of our embryo
transfers, which were completed prior to The World Pork Expo, and I am
excited to say that out of the embryos implanted non-surgically, a group of
new Struthers teammates will be joining us within the next two weeks. The
world's first offspring developed by implanting swine embryos non-surgically
by the Gourley Scope™ will be greeting folks at the new boar stud facility
ribbon-cutting ceremony. I would also like to ask the shareholders to take
part in naming our new teammates and if you have any suggestions for names,
just e-mail them to my attention and at the opening we will make a selection
of names for the whole group of new teammates. As always, you'll be updated
by a PR and correspondence about the new developments as they unfold.
As always, my warmest regards,
Douglas

Open Email from Doug Beatty (CEO)
To all shareholders and potential investors of Struthers Inc:
I understand the anticipation that is growing in regards to the re-filing of
the Form 10. Many professionals including the management team here at
Struthers, Inc. and our family of companies have invested hundreds of hours
working on the filing and are very eager to have the fruits of our labor
reach its final destination - the SEC. We are closer to re-filing than we
have been at any point thus far. We will issue a press release, to inform
all shareholders and public, as soon as we file the Form 10 with the SEC. I
ask for your cooperation and patience in waiting for this press release.
Frances has been swamped with phone calls and e-mails, and as you know, we
will not be able at present to disclose any information with respect to the
filing date or the nature of new company business. The volume of calls and
e-mails recently has consumed a considerable amount of her time and the
staff of Struthers Inc. As we all have many projects that we are working
on, Frances has been given the responsibility of numerous other projects,
such as the preparation of the BSF grand opening, annual report and the
upcoming Shareholders meeting, and the, soon to be commercially launched,
Tender Prime T line. All these projects and a considerable amount of new
business is first paramount to the building of this corporation. In
commenting on why we have been very diligent in the refilling process, I
would like to offer the following:
While flying this weekend as pilot command up the coast of the Carolinas, my
thoughts drifted back to 1990 and the invasion of Kuwait, and obviously the
Allied response of Operation Desert Storm. A stunning display of airpower
was caught on television for the world to view. The cameraman close to the
runway used by the U.S. jets captured a stunning film of 24 F-16s lining up
for tactical formation take off. Once this procedure is initiated, there is
no delay until the entire package of 24 jets is in the air. This entire
display of airpower is awesome. Now imagine if you would the same image,
however, with one little change, the cameraman turns his camera around and
films a pilot running towards the ramp with a biscuit and a soda in his hand
shouting, " hold on, I got held up in the cafeteria". Well for one thing, it
wouldn't happen. Each of those 24 pilots knew that if they didn't perform
their job the package would have had to be aborted. This mission came down
to the people. For all its wonderful high-tech hardware, with the most
powerful assets of the United States Air Force is the same as the most
powerful asset of this company, its people. Those jets did not fly without
pilots and those pilots were backed up by a team of over 300 professionals
for each squadron. The same holds true for Struthers, Inc. Flying solo is
not a solo act. I learned some incredible important fundamentals in flying.
Flying is a group effort. The product of a professional team of people,
airship mechanics, air traffic controllers, a good instructor, and
intelligence such as weather reports and no misunderstandings of what the
real mission is must be accomplished.
You have a great deal of people, professional people who take their position
here at Struthers very seriously. I'm not just talking about people who
work for Struthers; I am speaking of those folks who take this company very
seriously, lawyers, auditors, printers etc. With one goal in mind, this is
to make your company a strong and formidable force in the animal
reproductive biotech community, that is the mission, and it will be
completed to the fullest extent of our abilities.
With this in mind, we undertook the challenge of developing and improving
upon our previously filed Form 10. With the help of numerous outside
professionals, we decided to put together a filing, which in the eyes of the
public, would be a document that your company would be proud to send to the
SEC. This document is the result, as mentioned above, of hundreds of hours
of research, reformulation of the document so that it may be read by the
public, and shareholders with respect to making this document understandable
so that folks that are not currently in the reproductive biotechnology area
can understand where Struthers Inc. came from, where it is now, and where
Struthers is going in the future. We have been very diligent in providing
information on the last two quarters, information on the recent
acquisitions, and information on who are the management team and the
numerous veterinarians, technicians, managers and all other employees that
work with us and for your company. We will not compromise filing of this
document for the sake of just getting a document to the SEC. It is for that
reason that we have taken a great deal of time in preparing a filing that I
believe we should all be proud of.
The Form 10 filing is really your company's window to the world and it
allows those new investors and investment houses the opportunity to view
this company and make informed decisions on whether they would like to add
Struthers Inc. to their portfolio. It was a very difficult decision to
include as much as we have and to take us much time as we needed to complete
this document. A decision that I believe will be well worth the effort that
we have put in thus far. We do not take filing of the Form 10 lightly, and
as noted above in the flying metaphor we will get this package airborne and
accomplish our mission. However, this is just the next step, following this
will be quarterly reports so that you may view your company's progress and
Press Releases, news reports with respect to the growth of this business.
I appreciate the fact that you'll understand our position on this matter and
realize that although it has taken longer than expected to refile we believe
that it has been well worth the effort. For those individuals that do not
believe we're going to file, think again, we've reached what I call V1 Max,
and there is no going back.
I also want to take this time to thank those individuals who realize that
we're not only working on refilling but continuing to build a very strong
company and you are allowing us the opportunity to use our time effectively.
I would also ask you to take some time and view the web site, read the
numerous PR's that have been released, and especially those releases that
pertain to the growth of alliance herds, the Gourley Scope T and the awards
received for it, and the Web sites of our recent acquisitions. You'll note
that there is a strong progression of events, which has built a very strong
corporate foundation; one that will allow us to grow and be the major player
in the industry. We all are building a corporation for which I am very
proud to be associated with and I am very proud of our continually growing
shareholder base.
This note has probably been one of the most difficult notes I have had to
write this week, as it has been always my directive to have open
communication with all of our team members and the public. However, open
communication does not mean that any one person is given information that
has not been released as a PR to the public. If information has come from
the office, it was reported to you because the information that we had in
our possession we believe was deemed correct. We are always happy to discuss
any of the information that has been released by this office and expand upon
those areas for which folks need more clarification. As you undoubtedly know
we are very pleased with the developments of Struthers Inc. and we are
always excited to educate as many people as possible as to the nature of our
business.
I also believe it is important this time to discuss why the timelines for
the boar stud facility opening were not met. I offer no excuses for doing
things the right way. However, one can argue that the boar stud was not
opened as planned, that we should have had the foresight to anticipate as
with all new constructions, the weather, inconsistencies in carpentry work
and also the fact that we held off on purchasing $100,000 worth lab
equipment to the fact that Rhett was able to secure the rights to the lab
equipment and semen processing equipment which only costs us a few thousand
to build, but on the open market we may sell for $12,000 to $14,000,
securing the worldwide rights to this new semen equipment was the right
thing to do, and saving the shareholders the cost of well over $100,000 was
very important to us. We are now able to use the boar stud facility to show
off this new technology and sell it to generate another revenue stream. In
addition, with respect to the boars, we now have over 200 boars available
rather than the 60 we were going to start with. I would like to thank Rhett
openly for his due diligence in saving the shareholders and the company a
considerable amount of money and at the same time generating a new revenue
source. We will place the animals in the boar stud as soon as we have
finished the ribbing cutting ceremony, and have time to bio-secure the unit
before the introduction of our high health animals.
I thank you very much for your patience and for taking the time to read my
correspondence.
Please note that this correspondence as all new correspondence will be
posted to the Company's Web site under my comments area. That way everyone
from the shareholders to the public will have access to all the comments and
correspondence from this office.
With my deepest respect,
Douglas

Another Email from Doug (CEO)....
Dear Fred:
I thank you very much your note. However, the only deadliness that have
been set had been those by the shareholders and those in the chat rooms.
Please do not confuse these deadlines with anything that has been released by
this office. You are right we have spent a great deal of time preparing an
excellent filing. I offered no excuses for doing things the right way the
first time. However, one could argue that the boar stud was not opened as
planned, but we should have anticipated poor weather, inconsistencies in the
carpentry work and the fact that we held off on purchasing $100,000 worth of
lab equipment to the fact that Rhett secured the rights to a new machine
which only costs $12,000, securing worldwide rights to this new semen
auto-sealer was the right thing to do as we now are able to use the boar stud
facility to show off the new machine and sell it to generate another revenue
stream. With respect to the boar stud we now have over 200 boar's available
rather than the 60 that we were going to start with. With over 200 boar's
that facility will be over half full. Also we will not put our boars in that
facility until we do the grand opening and then have time to bio-secure the
unit before introduction of the animals, as no visitors will be allowed into
the unit once it is open.
Fred, as you'll notice there are reasons for everything. Please understand
that I am not upset with your note, you certainly have valid concerns,
however, at this time I want to present a full and complete filing so that
everyone including the general public will be able to see where Struthers
was, where it is now, and where we're going in the future. I cannot and
will not work on shareholder timelines as this serves no purpose and only
causes confusion.
However, having said that I will take some time this evening and write an
e-mail to the shareholders and general public, have it read by our legal
department and send it out and posted to the Web site. I am trying to keep
as much communication going between this office, our subsidiaries and our
investors as much as possible. As you know I will never give dates in the
e-mails, but will be as informative as possible. So I'm very happy that you
sent me this note as it has helped me to plan a communique which should help
stop confusion or rumors in the chat areas.
I hope this helps, have a great weekend.
Best regards,
Douglas

Hi Everyone, I'm back from my trip. It was fantastic seeing my daughter get her degree from Southwest Texas State University. It was also great seeing some old friends and other members of the family that I have not seen for some time.
I have been playing catch-up for the past two days. I must say, seems like a lot of soap-opra crap going on over at the RB.
For those of you who do not visit RB, good for, I have some info that has not been posted yet on this board. It may have been posted over at the RB, but I want to try and keep this board up-to-date as much as possible.
Thanks to all who visit this board.
NetShoe
Matt,
Yes I do see it. When viewing all messages,
the board you are in is not underlined which tells me that is the
board I'm in.
BUT, when I read a message, it does not tell me what board I'm in,
they ALL are underlined.
Now, this isn't really a biggy, but, like,
I went to my mailbox to read your post to me and it does not
tell me what board the post is in.
Like this time, I went to the
(Whats Aint' Working) to find the message and did not.
So my next GUESS was the IHub Wish List board whcih was correct.
Should be a link on all messages to take you straight to the
message listing of the board the message came from.
Cheers
My wish is - is -is to know what board I'm in when reading a post.
Also, a link that will take me back to the message listing.
EX: When I went to the CLUBFATT.COM site and clicked message boards,
it took me straight to a message in a board, but I had no way of knowing
what board I was in or a way to get to the message list to see the rest of
the messages.
Am I making sense here, I hope so.
Cheers
Lloyd
Matt, Funny thing just happened. I went to the clubfatt site and clicked on
the message boards and IHub logged me automatically. So I figured
you got it fixed. I exited IHub and went back to it and IHubt wanted my to
type in my username and password. I said, wow that is wierd.
I then went to the the very first page of IHub and it logged me in automatically.
I have been going straight to the login page expecting it to log me in.
NO NO NO my good man. I must go to the very front of the site
in order to get logged in. So I have changed my bookmarks.
So, for now, it is fixed.
Cheers,
Lloyd
ChairMail, Well spank my butt and call me stupid. I just can't find where
I or anyone else can sign-up for the mailing list for a particular board.
Cheers,
Lloyd
Matt - I thunk I did too. Got here signed up for the email list and then
back paged to post this here message. Good Job,
You Da Man!
Cheers,
Lloyd
Rmg110, Hey Robert, you like those dollars signs do you. LOL
Robert my friend, I haven't gone anywhere. I still read RB (Raging Bickering)
but have not posted much lately. Been pretty busy at home.
Thanks for the posts, it is some good info.
Besides, you have my email, contact me anytime you feel the urge.

Lloyd
Matt,
Guess I should have explained everything.
Yes, cookies are on. I have a lot of sites that read
my cookies so I don;t have to retype so often.
I did however try clearing the cache, on disk and
in memory.
But, it didn't work. After I cleared everything,
I exited the browser
Re started the browser,
logged onto the IHub.
Exited the IHub
Went back to IHub and it made me
manually type in my username and password.
I exited the browser again,
and again it made me manually type my
username and password.
I have about 4 gigs of free space
and cache is set kinda high for my
java stuff.
Thanks for the help.
Lloyd
It Ain't Working for me, The save my username and password, I still have to type it in each time.
I use Netscape Communicator 4.51
Thanks,
Lloyd
Matt, You are a BUSY BUSY man. I think you are doing a great job. Cheers, Lloyd
Rmg110, That was a GREAT test. LOL Now what? LOL Cheers
koi, Thanks for coming over. The best to you as well. Cheers
rdorsey26, thanks for coming over. I too hope this will be a civilized place.
Cheers
Caradoc,
I too will be glad when Matt finishes witht he Chairman concept. That is the only reson I have not posted it on the RB board.
But, not to worry, I'm glad you did. By the time the Chairman feature is installed, I'll be ready to kick some out, maybe, LOL.
I believe Matt is looking for ground floor investors. Email him and ask. I have been a member of his group for just about a year if not longer and he did ask for investors a while back.
Cheers
I recieved the following email today in response to one I sent into OTCNN Networks.

Well said, Lloyd. I'll probably use your comments in our Investor

Hi Matt,
I will later, wanted to wait for a little to see if this draws in a different crowd.
So far so good, you're here, LOL
Cheers,
Lloyd
I'll start this board with a RePost from RB by ALANR
Let's first talk about the concept along with the innovative technology Struthers has
and continues to acquire and improve upon. What it has and will produce for us and
the Porcine Industry.
1)All hogs produced to be nearly disease free,,,,,,Just unheard of in this industry.
2)The washing of embryos and non-surgical embryo transplants.
3)Genetically Superior embryos can be transported efficiently,,,eliminating live
animal transport.
4)Vastly improved embryo shelf life.
5)Elimination of disease transfer risks.
6)The advantage of ET Technology is numerous and will contribute to it's rapid
acceptance in the Porcine Industry "WORLD WIDE".

********************MANAGEMENT********************
My belief is we have a strong management team, contrary to some beliefs. They
have a strong vision on where they want to take this company and I believe Doug,
Rhett, Brent and The STRU Crew know how to get us there.
Doug and Rhett are aligning themselves with some of the top people in the industry.
Brent Legred of LSG, Dr. Bowden, Dr. Gourley of Elite Visions, Randy Muller of
Muller AI and also Ken Remley(BKR) now the new CFO of Struthers. I believe the
people I have mentioned and the many that will follow will lead Struthers to be one of
the TOP GENETIC companies in the "WORLD". I believe all these people share the
same positive outlook in growing this making and making it as profitable as
possible.
THE STRUTHERS CONCEPT ALONG WITH THE INOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY WILL
KEEP THE PRESENT DAY HOG PRODUCER VIABLE. A WIN WIN SITUATION
FOR STRUTHERS AND THEIR FAMILY OF COMPANIES, US THE
SHAREHOLDERS AND EVERYONE THAT ALIGNS THEMSELVES WITH US.
*****************************************************
We all continue the wait to come off the pinks, and it will happen,,,, when,,,, your
guess is as good as mine, but again it will happen.
I am still very high and confident on STRU and have continued to increase my
position. I do not spend a lot of time on RB or in the chat anymore but I and Linda
are still around. For those of you still keeping the faith I applaude you for the
patience you have shown. The time will come when we realize how much the wait
was really worth. I wish everyone great success and most of all a long and healthy
life in which we can enjoy the fruits of our labor.
As Always.....LONG and STRONG in STRU.....
