It would be nice to hear from some one who has been watching this stock for a while, talk about what is going on, and about the future. All opinions are appreciated.
It would be nice to hear from any one who has been watching this stock for a little while talk about what's going on with with increased volume. Are people dumping, or what?
Could there own company blog be more depressing?
No questioning...these guys are very smart. They have robotics, of course. But, they are running a successful videoconferencing business, as well. My guess is that the video business will end up being the money-maker. I think they will succeed, matter what.
Their delay on posting financials is causing this to drop. With all the problems Chinese companies have had with the SEC, either they are being extra careful, or they are being extra careful. In either case, it's probably not good. My preference would be honest, on time numbers. Let the chips fall where they may. Bluffing is no good in the long run, regardless.
Intersting article, though old. It may explain the low price:
Company in center of fraud probe based in Grafton
By Cary Spivak of the Journal Sentinel
Dec. 2, 2011
The connection between Richard Kranitz, the veteran Grafton attorney charged with fraud yesterday after an FBI sting operation, and a company central to the investigation, is closer than charging documents indicate.
Turns out that Kranitz is more than just a board member of the China Wi-Max, a telecommunications company that played a key role in the investigation, as noted in the federal charging documents. Documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission show that the company this year moved its headquarters from Denver to Grafton. The address for the company is the same as Kranitz's law office.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Boston is charging Kranitz, 68, with mail and wire fraud, saying he played a key role in setting up a kickback to an undercover FBI agent posing as a manager of a New York investment fund. The agent offered to invest up to $5 million in China Wi-Max in return for a kickback equal to 50 percent of the investment, according to charging documents. The charges come out of a nationwide probe of kickbacks in the penny stock market. The yearlong investigation resulted in charges filed Thursday against 13 executives, lawyers and stock promoters nationwide.
James Prange, the Greenbush businessman charged with mail fraud for introducing Steven Berman, the chief executive of China Wi-max to the undercover agent, also plays a bigger role in the telecommunications company. The FBI affidavit that led to the charges refer to Prange as operating Northern Equity Inc. and being in the business of raising capital for emerging companies. The affidavit says Prange introduced the the undercover agent up with executives of several penny stock companies whose executives were will to pay kickbacks and that Prange received about $6,000 in kickbacks.
The China Wi-max website, however, lists Jim Prange as the company's director of investor relations.
Neither Prange or Kranitz could be reached for comment.

What's up with the website?
Why no website?
Where are you getting this information? What can you confirm?
Just wondering.
What makes tickers show up, go up, go down? Any ideas?
I thought he sounded very depressed.
Blaming shorts is not a good sign.
It seems to me that Encounter will evolve into a holding company. After listening to Mr. Hargis speak, it sounds like he has a bad attitude toward some of the shorts. Hopefully, he won't throw the baby out with the bath water.
I think a reverse split is highly unlikely.
I am feeling much more optimistic that you are.
I was able to watch a week or so ago. Now,they seem to be gone. I assume something is happening. (Hopefully, for the better.)
The fact that this is a music video website we're talking about, and followed by so many "geeks", (and I like geeks), is a good sign to me. That shows me that it's technology drive, at this stage. This is what you want...lot's o' geeks!
I just have a regular AT$T connection on a 5 year old Toshiba laptop, and MMX is the only one that screams.
Again, dumb guy response: I have never seen anything so fast and clear. (I've done lots 'o dumb guy surfing.) The fact that you're getting so upset about my comments make me glad to see the new shares in my account.
Sorry.
I'm just giving you the layman's opinion. I spend lots of time looking at videos, on line (Hulu, Youtube, etc....), and nothing lodes and plays on my computer, and is synced up like MMX's stuff. I haven't seen anything like it, anywhere. I am just being honest about my opinion. Not trying to influence. I am thinking of buying this stock.
I think we are missing what is so great about MusicMatrix. It's the technology. I don't know how they are doing it, but I have never seen anything so clear and easy to watch on the internet. Zero glitches. It's quite a wonder. I think that is where the value is. If they could find some real web designers, then we'd have something more. But, we are looking for a buyer of the technology. And, it's worth a lot.
This would skyrocket if Khoo could get his ego out of the picture.
What PPS would it take to cover the commission?
When I Google "Blood Will Tell", I find nothing but video games.
Why don't they have a Chinese language website?
Why was this stock worth over 2.0 in recent past?
Their Blog needs more blogging.
It's more politics than rocket science. Let me know if you want to really talk about it. I'm rscott.mclean@hotmail.com
I know. I see that they are coming to us. That's all well and good. I just wish he didn't sell out so quickly. He may be taking them for a ride, as well.
Everyone's behavior changes around gold, of course. Let's start our own mining company! It could be a co-op with those on this board. It's not that complicated. We could all have a healthy income and exiting life.
That's not the same. Bad examples.
Nice try. Otherwise, PPS would be skyrocketing. This is huge news. It has negative consequences. I want it to go up just as badly as you do.
Sad.
Nice try.
Doubtful.
It's the reason this isn't shooting through the roof. If they finance it though proceeds, as they said, it would grow. This leaves doubts about PPS in many minds.
The institutionals are another for of dilution.
This will bounce to the moon!
