This is why we listen to DMO and wish the MM's would keep their foot off the brake. They just can't stop manipulating this market and my suspecion is that SP has been selling shares like candy to do his financial work to get current and uplist. That fits the gagging of the TA. I would like to get the TA a subpoena to open up, but it leads us not to believe in SP because this is blatant manipulation on his part. SP, we are the shareholders and owner of this company. We WILL remember this stunt. GLTA. R3
If Tivu can continue to trade in larger quantities and see a nice increase in price, all of this would be worth it. But this is all up to the MM's and we all know it. This isn't about Tivus' inert value; it is about who and when Tivus will be manipulated. All this cheerleading is humorous. I am for Tivus, so keep it up, but it won't help. MM's. MM's. SP, ungag the TA. R3
Look at the past chart posted today, Wowza. The best indication of future performance is still past performance. What is your optimism based on that is stronger than this? GLTY. R3
Tomorrow's move should be larger than today. I suspect somewhere around .002. Wednesday will settle down start dropping with a further fall to .0006 and settling by Friday. News will impact this, but not about our finances and auditors. SP will drop some dopey pr and think it is news, but it won't be. Hoping for more but expecting less. R3
While I wish the news was their union with Lodgenet (which appears imminent), it will be some silly announcement like, "We have auditors." I have learned to expect the least from SP and then I am not disappointed. GLTA. R3
Here is the deal, Kaiser. We really don't know where the Marriott's are in this relationship. Tivu is still listed on the Marriott Dev. website (last time I checked) and they could have shares up the wazzooo. so let's be a little careful and that post. JMHO. R3
I think that ST could be a good thing, but so was Marriott. Perhaps Marriott was, but still no contract. This current little run will last as long as the Mm's let it run. All the new enthusiasm still doesn't equate to a company that is open and honest with it's shareholders. To date, TA is still gagged, no contract, no financial audits or uplist news, etc. So while I am bullish on Tivus' potential, I am a bear on SP bringing this company to the table. He is just way, way too secretive and does not release news that we should have. r3
Tivus takes one step forward and one step back. You can't keep "stop" signs up on your financials and then expect the stock to take off. SP may have ST, but what he doesn't have is contracts or working agreements. All this current trading activity is speculation. But that is what happens in pinky land. GLTA. R3
This is all about the MM's. If they let it run like early last month, it will run about to about .0027 and then they will dump their shares like rain in a thunderstorm. This is manipulation, but then again, welcome to pinky land!! GLTA. R3
This will probably run a day or two, after which it will settle a little higher (.0007) and wait for more rumor. GLTA. R3
D, MM's are turning loose? Give me your read. Jwez, cherp in here. R3
You, gronk, have given us a fresh new perspective on the business of providing IT in hotel rooms. Thank you. r3
Jwez, you hinted at partnership relationships in your last posting. Is there anything further you can add relative to presumptive relationships? You did mention gaming, Omni, IBM, LNET, Marriott, etc. Also, check your email. There are opportunities being wasted by Tivus in an economically difficult time for the hospitality industry. GLTY. R3
Despite my concerns about SP, I don't think that the sp will go below the .0006-.0004 range. There are still too many positives that could happen to create future share value. GLTA. R3
Shorts are never going to get out of Tivus and the trading range will continue to go between .0006 and .0004, flipping and buying. There are just way too many shorts here flipping the fire out of Tivus, and SP can't get us the kind of news and progress that will move the company forward. The share count at this point is way, way above 2,000,000,000. That is why the TA is gagged!!! This has become a trading joke with no company underneath this providing any real corporate news. SP is a joke, unfortunately, and I can no longer post hopeful notes with this obvious manipulation going on. No contract, temporary fronts on the hotel iptv, gagged TA, gagged sh's that go see the unit, no news of any noteworthy nature. I am here but will not post rah, rah until there is a reason. R3
I love all the talk of how many .0006's are left!! Ha! Ha! A few are left until the MM's dump millions more to deflate the heck out of Tivus. In the last six months the mm'S have only let Tivus run for about 36 hours without their dumping and manipulation; it took off!! The TA is gagged in order ot prevent the average sh from finding out how many more shares SP has dumped on the market and given to ST. Believe me, unfortunately, it will be huge and will remove us to a RS very soon. I wish I could pump Tivus, but there is less and less to pump. I still have hopes that SP will do the right thing and open up our communication channels, but he doesn't give any sign of being open. GLTA, but will have to include more oppenness and honesty. Until then, we are all flying blind. GLTA. R3 PS. No news today! Friday 13th.
Jwez is reliable and will tell us what he can, when he can. If he can't, it is probably because it either violates his agreement or or he just doesn't know. I suspect that SP doesn't have any news and we are in a dead zone. I do have a funny feeling that ST got a large influential share stake in the company, and that is the reason for the TA being gagged. Maybe this will buy some influence in some important areas. GLTA.
R3
Another meaningless 911 dump (this time down) at day's end. Price still hangs at .0005. R3
Here is one of the bad things about guys like SP; they forget who bought all the stock that took them down the road. They stop communicating, hurting themselves and the sp, and then if they don't make it just walk away in silence. This is a tough time because jwez is on vacation and obviously not hearing from SP, and Wags just doesn't say much any more after signing his non-reveal agreement. So what SP has done is shut down two of our most reliable sources of accurate information because he is not a good ceo.
I used to take heart whenever a company got a really good and experienced person like Mr. Truckenmiller, but my experience has been that after a bit they see the nonsense pulled by the ceo, leave (again, with no fan fair) and the poor sh's are stuck with the rotten ceo. This can be pinky hell, but I hope not. If I were a gambling man, however, I would still have to give us no better than 50/50 odds. I don't intend to be negative, but SP is giving us absolutely no information upon which to build a company. GLTA. R3
The failure to pay legal bills and taxes??? Welcome to America! Tivus is no different then anyone else in this country that thinks we all got here by paying NOTHING. Even the "greatest generation" had to have Donald Duck (No kidding!) try to prompt them to pay their taxes in the middle of WWII. The marines that raised the flag on Iwo Jima had to be brought home to get Americans to buy bonds to keep us from bankruptcy in WWII. "We the people" have a long history of thinking we got here by paying nothing and stiffing ourselves, "we the people". Sorry, it just doesn't happen that way, and SP comes out of this "proud" tradition of citizen involvement????? Yea, right. GLTA. R3
It does appear that the Mm's are trying to hold the price of Tivus up and have signaled a run coming. SP better put up some good news asap if he is going to coordinate the stock run with news. He normally loves releasing on a Thursday????? R3
Has anyone talked with jwez? r3
What happened to jwez? He was to talk to SP today. R3
This guy never, ever comes close. It is a shame that he even posts!! HE HAS NO CREDIBILITY!!!! R3
Amen. Let's get everything up to date!! R3
jwez, you must ask SP why the TA is gagged!!!?!! And no, saying they aren't gagged is a non-starter. He also needs to give us two other updates: IBM and financials. Why can't ibm keep up with Tivu on what they showed while you were there, and when are the financials going to be updated, and us moved to uplist. Contracts?????
All of these questions are a result of what SP has done or not done, announced and failed to follow up on, etc. He may not like them, but we do need him to help us company owners know what is happening. R3
Please, SP,ungag the TA! Update financials, tell us about IBM and be more open. GLTA. R3
I know that Mr. "T" is a big deal. I just wish that they would ungag the TA, would file their financials and appropriate letters, and uplist. Then, a contract and their new tv front. I am concerned that they haven't started the clock yet because not everything is installed on the system!!!! This would just delay a contract. Let's hope they are moving forward. R3
The MM's are trying to see if a run is warranted. Time will tell. R3
The bulletin board does look better, but the QX requires some comment from the moderators who changed the board. I hope that means we are uplisting or have uplisted and are awaiting an announcement.
By the way, Blah, is the Tivu system interactive, i.e. you touch it and it goes to where you want it to go? GLTA. R3
BTW, why is otcqx posted in the billboard above????? We are a pinky with a stop sign. Someone has redesigned all the above, and nothing would make me happier than an uplisting to the QX tomorrow a.m. Otherwise, we might want that removed for clarities sake. R3
BillG, I agree. Some of this is just ridiculous. GLTY. R3
Now, now there is no need to name call. I understand your excitement but just pumping Tivus won't make it prosperous one second sooner than them just giving transparent and open information about their progress. GLTA. R3
People, just saying it ain't going to make it happen. GLTA. R3
We need to get real and tell SP no one is going to want or buy these shares if he doesn't get his act together and do the details. I love the tech, but SP has to get real and do the stuff of business. GLTA. R3
As always with Tivus, this is a puzzle with few answers. The only transparency is on the interface in Philly not yet working and waiting on IBM. OK, even that is not transparent! It's done, but it isn't done because of IBM?? Really? Jwez goes to Philly and sees it, Blah goes to Philly and doesn't! Can anyone say slight of hand.
People seem to think that Truckenmiller is loaded with cash. I don't see that. Millionaires come and go today, and his wealth doesn't appear that strong. Besides, I doubt if he would risk it in giving SP money. Would you???
SP hides too much of what is happening. It is the same way with gagging the TA, putting jwez and waggs on a gag agreement, failing to get the financials posted, failing even to get the lawyer letter delaying the financials, and only announcing pr's that are not important. Notice, no $'s announced realtive to ad insertion, and if the Host contract is not announced in the next two weeks, I say that some reason will pop up in 90 days why Tivus can't announce the Host contract! It kind of fits; contract, but no contract, earnings, but no earnings. And who are we kidding; if the ad insertion was a smashing success it would be trumpeted across America.
Now, I am not saying SP is a crook, but I am saying he went after Truckenmiller with a ton of shares (notice that the TA is gagged) to save Tivus, or at least to lend credibility on the short run. I think he still believes he has a Host contract (I am doubtful at this point)but is doing the only thing he can: use Truckenmiller to try to get new customers. We will know for sure if the financials or even the attorney letter is not posted in the next week. No letter, No audit, and Tivus is weaker than we surmised. It's done with the Marriott's and on to Truckenmiller to see if there are any customers available.
I don't like painting an austere picture, but SP doesn't seem to realize that all this bobbing and weaving he does is dropping sp and creating a lack of confidence. He is not a good ceo and I hope he turns this all over to Truckenmiller to run. Hope I am substantively wrong, but. . . . GLTA. R3
Chew on this for a while. Why did Truckenmiller come to Tivus? He certainly wouldn't come without there being financial incentive, and SP can't give him $'s. So, my guess is stock. Why would he take stock? Because he apparently believes that ad insertion is going to be a proven reality to make money. He and SP have been in conversation for quite some time. He needed to see something to get him to come out of consulting and work with Tivus. Salaries come and go, but he needed to believe that Tivus had that special something that would cause it to be viable. The ad insertion tech must have pushed him over the line.
Secondly, is money going to come from a Host/Marriott contract? Not enough to tempt him. I think the Host deal is falling behind in what really needs to happen. Oh, they will get Host, but that isn't what is tempting Truckenmiller. He sees a killing in this somewhere.
On the horizon is Big Blue. They have everything Tivus doesn't have: money, staff, R&D and the power to get any job done of any size. Why would IBM want Tivus? A whole new system of revenue that will challenge the industry in what SP says is, "Game over." You put IBM with Tivus and Truckenmiller and you might be able to say, "Game over." So, perhaps M&A is working over time to get this done. Interesting to contemplate. AIMHO and GLTA. R3

I don't see any Barney Fife's in here. I do see people trying to get answers to their questions surrounding a stock they have purchased. That is called DD and is perfectly legitimate.
If SP is in Philly, I suggest that he try to find blah before he checks out and gives him any updates that can be shared. Blah, thanks again for all your work in Philly.
R3
I am not an electronics person so I cannot talk with any clarity on that matter. What I see from Blah's work and what jwez posted is day and night different. How is it that SP could show jwez this Wow system, but that IBM needed to update their system before it goes on the hotel system? In other words, how did you see this Wow setup? Did you see this running it through SP's computer? I hope that makes sense? You must not have been running through the hotel/IBM system. R3
