Glad I am mostly out right now. Seems a slight direction change may be in the works for the company. Sad now even 1/100th Proxy votes control this. Hope there will not be a share dump/offering or swap with BTH. Thanks for the opinions Shell;
and you too AMG ("I have not read the exact Section to make an overwhelmingly informed decision. However, my gut feeling tells me it's as simple as I just described."}.
Big Pharma may show up maybe not, all shareholders have already waited longer than anticipated. BTH needs real money and soon to pay for Phase 2 or 3 trials. I don't think anyone wants dilution as a financing option.
If there is no money for trials the pps will drop more as former holders sell at any price possible. With such low volume this could be single digits. Some, possibly larger BTH holders, may think a few pennies a share is better than nothing. All options should be on the table including the sale of the unused tech that old BTH was involved in at the UF with Dr Yost. JMHFO.
I have written to BTH IR with my suggestion anyway and hope to have some affect / reply. Hope is in one of my hands, reality is filling the other.
...GLTA investors...
Giving more shares to shareholders / swapping shares /etc seems pointless Unless there is added Value. Value Such as resources for Phase 2 trials and added value to the breathalyzer concept. IMO. Borrowing money, waiting longer for large partnerships, shelf offerings all have risks and are Not controlled by a common interest or voting rights. (read as Kal).
My post
" I hope that they can raise the resources thru selling their rights for Breathalyzer Research to Blozf. This could benefit both (brother-sister) companies. Consolidating all Dr Yost's work at BLOZF may help BTH finance Phase 2 trials, by using this value which is just sitting on a shelf gathering dust. Win-Win...IMO..." ? "Pretty clear"!?
From PR...
"The immediate future is focused around securing the resources required to conduct a minimum of 2 phase II trials"
Always appreciate the semi knowledgeable opinions that all posters contribute. I comparatively seldom post here.
Sometimes I/others may be right or wrong But wish to express my/their thoughts or My/their crystal ball theories. Endless attempted domination of discussions undermines good DD, suppresses discussions.
This opinion/reply/post is from a VFW member that supports Free Speech and Thinking.
Low volume wait here as stated. Maybe BTH can finance the Phase 2 trials in some way besides dilution. Sell their breathalyzer /Yost investments to an interested party. Some think Big Pharma may appear here.
Probably to old to mow lawns/sell water/w-lemons/flip half pennies.
Maybe ignore comments from limited knowledge posters.
Maybe Take WWs or Veterans out fishing.
Maybe look into other medical use stocks or law suits or RNG/NG stocks.

I think the rate of growth for NG and RNG will be like a hockey stick. China's 90% control of rare earths and issues with battery disposal will force the US to use their Huge NG deposits and Green techs for RNG. Natural Gas is everywhere already with infrastructure for housing-manufacturing-energy pipelines already present. Bulk distribution for city utility company's vehicles is being planned everywhere and of course large and long haul trucking and UPS. ETC. China's "new long road", which Trump has exacerbated thru tariff wars, can't be ignored.
The same with Russia selling NG in Europe. EU countries may like the sound of Evs but political reality will drive NG / RNG adoption there too. CLNE is working to enter that market too.
Subsidized dirty oil from Canada wont last either and the few jobs processing it here in the US for east Asia markets has so many issues.
The new laws about shipping moving away from bunker oils are due to be implemented next month. Right... JMOs...
Brown vans and route garbage trucks are about the same size. There is already a conversion of garbage trucks from diesel to NG in my city. Maybe this trend will continue especially with more restrictive emission standards and possible subsidies and bulk fueling. No question that EVs don't have the power or distance capabilities and the major issues of disposal/manufacturing/rare earths from Chine/etc, along with charging times.
Large trucks are a given with Damlier's subsidized efforts, a 200 mile range before recharging, almost a joke for Long haul heavy trucks...GLTA...
God bless America Today. Especially those that gave the Ultimate sacrifices, or any sacrifice, that leads America to be the Light of God's guidance for Liberty of Free thinking and Speech.
I would rather see $4M - $5M in BTH coffers to finance Trials. We don't make these decisions, just own shares which we can buy more or Holds or sell.
BTW with a consolidation of Yost UF work at BLOZF there would be obvious value added just like If/when BTH has resources to run Phase 2 trials. JMHFO...GLTA...
I hope that they can raise the resources thru selling their rights to Breathalyzer Research to Blozf. This could benefit both companies. Consolidate all Dr Yost work at BLOZF and help BTH finance Phase 2 trials, by using this value which is just sitting on a shelf gathering dust. Win-Win...Good AMG idea...IMO...
"The immediate future is focussed around securing the resources required to conduct a minimum of 2 phase II trials"
Looks like Portland is bribing Freightliner to stay there with a local headquarters and to retain workers at Swan Isl shipyards.
Green Oregon making another bad decision for the rest of their already overtaxed residents. Note their subsidized MAX lines.
Also their port in Coos bay ships huge coal and dirty Canadian crude that was transported in trains along the pristine Columbia river? Spills and accidents have already been issues. Kind of strange combinations of priorities in this state...IMO.LOL...
We'll all see how a long haul truck makes money stopping every 200 miles max to charge batteries for 90+ minutes (80%). Besides there will need to be infrastructure everywhere the truck goes.
https://www.oregonlive.com/business/2016/04/daimler_trucks_unveils_sweepin.html
Natural Gas infrastructure is already present on much of the west coast. Maybe heads can be pulled from *holes and voters wont support this 'Plan'.
The deal is signed with CLNE.

In the last annual report (12/2018) when they gave employees options and warrants. Think it will go to about 105m when all are done. But that's some time off and options and warrants are prices from .40s to over 1.00 for 5 years. At break time so don't have time for exact #s. Just from memory DD...GLTA...
That's Authorized shares which were for accounting When options and warrants will be exercised. Outstanding shares are about 88M with about half held by insiders.
They may need to raise some money for construction of new SC facility. New Mead Co. refinery could produce 10X the volume of pilot refinery which did $11M over last year. SC starts construction in July with others in planning. All similar to new Mead facility. You do the math. Profits from pilot facility mostly paid for new Mead refinery so that could happen with revs from new large Mead facility providing finances for subsequent facilities instead of raising more cash thru offerings.
So mini excavators, autos and some busses may be powered by electric batteries. Good for them. Cummings is placating the Unions with some jobs and using some past investments, but not trying to replace Large Diesel engines, which power things like Big Cats or Real Trucks. Their main customers.
ClNE is doing Trucks etc with large - high powered engines. Didn't see that market addressed by Cummings. Those engines need Real power. ...GLTA...
Revs up 15x 2019 over 2018 Quarter, loss down 75%. $11M from pilot refinery over past year.
Increased legal fees (911 patent case) - construction costs (Mead Co refinery) - Hemp cost, but mainly employee option expenses, seems like legitimate reasons for loss.
Pretty frikn good, and with new facility on line next Q = blowout. IMO...
SC construction starting in July. Prana results followed by pahse2, and Jamaica ganga farm - Colorado Planting of crops. Etc.
60k shares traded down 6.5%, gotta be kidding...JMHFO...GLTA...
I was glad to see they filed and on time. I read it as Camaron, the SLB connection for parts to EVTN. They still have the new CNC Center and are paying for it on time. Still have a fair sized inventory which maybe is where they are getting stuff for this Q2 delivery...SO...Maybe something WILL be happening here and we are not at a total loss as shareholders...GLTA...
Sadly there are a half dozen law firms chasing this with a few already filing. At the least KSHB will need to spend $ to oppose them as possible.?. If settlements occur another issue.
Bad optics also that management was cashing out some shares just prior. Folks are trying to keep > $5 for up-list reasons. IMO. FUBAR issues and oh well management replies and new tariff SNAFU.
I Had High hopes here as a LT shareholder but not adding again till after this seems settled somewhat. Next Q report in June?
I suggest taking some profits when a stock doubles or better and buying more if one has confidence when it drops. I sold my BA (held since 2008)awhile ago and bought more cnab recently after selling some kshb recently.
I may buy here again and still hold bth for now as a spec. I still believe in the medical breathalyzer which was Dr Yost's initial FAIMS work at UF. Lost my ass on imsc (FAIMS etd/ntd) to LLL after being too much of a believer. Can only blame or praise yourself...GLTA...
BTW, I feel the whole market is way overbought.
Federal Court Denies Pure Hemp Collective’s Early Motion for Summary Judgment
DENVER, April 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Cannabis Corporation (CNAB) (the “Company” or “United Cannabis”) surpassed a significant hurdle in its pending patent infringement case against Pure Hemp Collective when United States District Judge William Martinez held that “[d]espite the ambiguities, the Court is convinced under the current state of the case law that the challenged claims of the 911 Patent are not directed at unpatentable subject matter . . . Pure Hemp has failed to establish beyond genuine dispute that a liquefied version of cannabinoids and related chemicals at the concentrations specified in the 911 Patent is anything like a natural phenomenon.”
The Court also dispensed with Pure Hemp’s contention that Claim 31 of the 911 Patent, a dependent claim that adds a medium chain triglyceride (MCT) to the claimed formulations, was invalid under 35 U.S.C. § 112. Noting that United Cannabis had previously corrected a multiple dependency problem via disclaimer, Judge Martinez held “n short, there is neither a good reason nor a statutory basis to declare Claim 31 invalid, even though it previously depended on multiple dependent claims. The Court therefore rejects this argument.”
Jesús Vázquez, Vice President and General Counsel of United Cannabis, commented: “We are pleased with the Court’s analysis of the case law and with its ruling. The ruling is a very favorable development for us in the pending litigation in that it fully disposes of one major challenge to the validity of the 911 Patent raised by Pure Hemp. The ruling is also important because it strengthens our company’s patent portfolio. We are mindful that the case continues, and we look
10M shares for the company shelf offering to keep running ($34M) but 20M options and warrants for management. Are they taking this private or setting up a sale?

Would have been nice if they waited to sell shares until maybe after next Q. Yes 10-5b-1 planned sale but bad mojo right now, IMO...
Now 2 law firms also seeking investors for suits. Probably ambulance chasers but...Great, what $4.20 next?

There might be some in Canada but I wouldn't even guess how @ the US OTC or @ what cost.
But.
Sure appreciate the post that ensured any positive discussions and maybe even crystal ball theories were Snuffed. Maybe with outdated or incorrect info. Overpowering discussions will limit use and reduce participation, maybe even discourage investment, maybe intentionally... IMHFO...
I spoke with my wallet this AM @ $1.10. I still think this will be a good add...GLTA...
Hope to have Canoila as a customer for our refined CBD products. Maybe their ASMs could even use some "Prana" products. They include different epideferphane/CBD/CBN/THC mixtures.
Up 20% today to $.05... Great ideas and plenty of space for all in the Budding Marijuana medical and recreational industry.
BTW
10K, (Items 11? + compensation? + consulting? 75m shares?) = 10/1 RS?
BCU / ROU? update from Dr.Yost on BLO message board. Could imply further success for Medical unit here also...GLTA...
yea Jack, and you paid an extra $10k for a hybrid. Gov/taxpayer subsidized too. I understand your opinions. Don't invest here as obviously you don't like NG/RNG.
Fuel cells wont be common for 10+ years. NG/RNG will power generation and a lot of transportation. Existing batteries can not sustain large loads and are impractical for recharging times ...Good luck on your other investments.
Ive owned hygs (great idea, bad stock, fair flip) for many years, the possible final long term answer to creating power. RNG and America's huge NG reserves is better near term, reusing trash gasses is greenest.
I agree with Multi88 that there is little enough discussion here to need the regulating of opinions...GLTA...
US Army ret.
So, how do you charge the batteries? Hydro, wind, solar, nuclear? ALL have problems. When put into the local Dumps, what happens to the batteries? decompose causing ground-water and soil contaminations along with noxious fumes (YES) that we all breath/drink/eat? We are already dealing with battery pollution problems from lead and chemicals batteries, newer nicads are worse, just smaller and lighter in weight. RNG is at least using the gasses we produce in common trash...GLTA...
How about EV Battery charging? and the nasty battery disposal is already an issue?
Mr.Slam, cute...LMFAO
Good luck to you sir on other investments. I/we may be interested in your other - better stock picks as this one apparently does not meet your standards as a speculative OTC stock.
Welcome to the discussion I ass-u-me you're not a buyer. Mr. Slam... A lot of info and opinions on this stock MB, linked reports, etc.
Revenues for first couple months at small refining facility were $3.3M or close to $20M for the year possible. New Mead Co facility is 10X the volume capability and is on line starting this month. No more bonuses, etc. You do the math...GLTA...
Mr. Slam, you should read the entire report with existing initiatives considered. Don't invest if you are not confident. I've bought more last week...GLTA...
The next Q should have some initial review of the Mead, Co mega refining facility. Also news about Prana with T.Vercruz and Easterlin. Growing / processing "Ganga" at Jamaica facilities with CRD? News on Trials there too. SC partnership and progress of that refining facility. Sounding like a real business. $.40s/$50s+ will be way gone too, IMO...GLTA...

# "2" in Revs just behind CGC...!!!!
Didn't see this posted, even if it was this is worth repeating...GLTA...
If it's PGE I would think that they would be allowed spending targeting environmental issues such as with EVTN. Work is in progress and deposits after a confirmed order usually aren't refundable. Relatively small spending for them and probably from allocated funds. Murphy's law we get work and it's got these issues. Expected more from SLB and still hope for work there too.
The basic separator concept is still the simplest Ive seen and relatively cheap. Great Green applications. Dumb incidents in the past and now bad salesman / ?$-management jr. have been issues here lately. Been here for Katrina latrines and XChallenge fiasco etc, so I can wait through the year again...GLTA...
edit. John jr, take some of Our money from that cookiejar and Drive with your laptop/presentation and SELL. YOU are taking the paycheck!
shareholders aren't
Shouldn't there be a 10K? They said transition to wastewater and making parts for separators...
#1, On March 16, 2018 Jamaica’s University of the West Indies’ Ethics Committee approved our proposal to conduct clinical trials on our Prana Bio Nutrient Medicinals P1 Capsules for the treatment of chronic pain. The study was conducted in conjunction with CRD at the Centre For Cannabis Research at the University of West Indies, Mona Campus, in Jamaica. The clinical research study has been completed for enrollment, patient dosing, and blood analysis. Data is being analyzed by outside biostatisticians. A peer-reviewed publication is expected in 2019.
#2 95% owned Prana run separately. T Vasquez's 'new roll" Prana? CRD-Prana?
Jamaican "Ganga" branding for a new line from Prana with Tony V? They said the licensing was involved. Two growing seasons on the farms?
yea put that together ASAP. Too...GLTA...
Well, we see $3.3M from the small refinery over 2 months, so that's almost $20M for the year there. The Mead Co facility is on-line in a couple days @ 10X volume, so that's (7 X $1.5M X 10) $105M. Projecting $125M for the year?..OMGosh...Are these simple #s wrong?
Seems that CNAB just might have the revenues for the discussed expansions even after expenses.
Paying for Management options ($15M of the losses on the 10Q) seems reasonable to me if we get this, PLUs Prana's Epidepferphane with FDA IND status and cannabinoids/THC pills in trials with CRD...GLTA...
Are they done with Phase 1 trial? Also Epidiferphane? Next Q report may have answers...GLTA...
