Sadly there are a half dozen law firms chasing this with a few already filing. At the least KSHB will need to spend $ to oppose them as possible.?. If settlements occur another issue.
Bad optics also that management was cashing out some shares just prior. Folks are trying to keep > $5 for up-list reasons. IMO. FUBAR issues and oh well management replies and new tariff SNAFU.
I Had High hopes here as a LT shareholder but not adding again till after this seems settled somewhat. Next Q report in June?
