I would like to thank everyone for the kind words regarding my being added to the board of SK3. I know that a number of you have been advocating for me to take more of a role in the parent company, and apparently the guys thought I was ready to do so.
I would like to point out what my duties will be. I will be working on leading-edge business development along with research. In other words, helping my fellow board members determine the future path the company will take, the areas of the sector it will concentrate on, types of products and acquisitions to consider, etc. I won't be doing any of the work concerning finances, numbers, contracts, or business operations of SK3 Group. I am very pleased to have executives with the skill and experience of my partners to handle the necessary tasks in these areas.
So thanks again, everyone.
Dave
P. S. T-Hydrocan RMC-40(tm) is ready. The first bottles will ship to Pharmajanes by the first of next week. Details and pix of the bottles and labels soon.

Top 5 Warren Buffett Stocks To Own For 2014: Alternative Energy Partners Inc (AEGY)
Alternative Energy Partners, Inc. (AEGY), incorporated on April 28, 2008, is engaged in providing support services for medical marijuana. In May, 2013, the Company acquired the PharmaJanes. In May, 2013, it also acquired Simple Prepay merchant payment solution from iEquity Corp.
The Simple Prepay system was developed to offer dispensaries, collectives, and delivery services for medical cannabis. Combined with the PharmaJanes on-line and smart phone ordering platform, medical marijuana patients will be able to order, process and pay for their authorized needs.
Advisors’ Opinion:
[By Peter Graham]
On Monday, small cap marijuana stocks Alternative Energy Partners Inc (OTCBB: AEGY) and Medical Cannabis Payment Solutions (OTCMKTS: REFG) surged 117.86% and 17.95%, respectively, while tech stock Portlogic Systems Inc (OTCMKTS: PGSY) sank 20%. However, it appears that only one of these small cap stocks has been the subject of disclosed paid promotions or investor relation activities. So what will these three small caps do today and the rest of the week? Here is a quick look to help you decide on a trading or investing strategy:

Dharmanol™ Citrolene™ Update 04-14-2014 !!

Dharmanol™ Citrolene™ Update 04-14-2014
First results are in from our testing of our new product Dharmanol™ Citrolene™, which is currently in the development stage. The results are impressive, obvious, and very encouraging.
Dharmanol™ Citrolene™ combines an array of non-psychoactive elements of the cannabis/hemp plant with a natural terpene known as d-Limonene. D-Limonene is one of the most common terpenes found in cannabis/hemp and, unlike the cannabinoids, it is also found in other plants.
D-Limonene is an exciting molecule as it has been tested for its cancer-fighting qualities and the results are impressive; Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center lists over a dozen promising studies on its website.
In this application, it is the mechanism of d-Limonene that is so exiting. The molecule binds with same receptors in the human body as do pharmaceutical benzodiazepines such as Valium and Xanax. As a result, studies on lab animals have shown substantial relaxing, anti-anxiety and anti-spasmodic effects, very similar to those of the harder pharmaceuticals.
The dangers of benzodiazepines are well documented. These include tolerance, addiction, and a number of other negatives that compromise most of the benefits of these drugs in many patients. D-Limonene, however, is absolutely non-toxic, even in large doses. It is also extracted from the peels of citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruits and lemons.
The theory here is that because d-Limonene binds with the same receptors as Valium and Xanax, it will deliver similar results. But because it is basically a non-toxic food product, the negatives of use are far less than the chemical pharmaceutical drugs.
Much testing of lab rats shows that a dose of d-Limonene mimics most all of the effects of the benzos. Our first beta testing with medical cannabis patients certainly indicates that this may be very true.
First tests are bearing out the theory just as expected. Many subjects report substantial Valium/Xanax-like results from taking the medicine, but no negatives other than moderate lethargy and an occasional “citrus burp.”
One of the most promising effects that we have been witnessing from the first trials is an immediate reversal of mood following a negative triggering event. Individuals who are prone to depression have noticed an immediate turnaround from a downwards spiral after taking Dharmanol™ Citrolene™. This effect was repeated in the reports of several patients and seems to be a major factor of the effects of the medicine.
While all the info we have been gathering is absolutely anecdotal, it is indicative that the expected effects may be just as we anticipated. There may be great benefit in a relaxing, anti-anxiety, anti-spasmodic supplement that is all natural and thoroughly non-toxic. More testing is needed, of course, especially well-designed clinical trials, and we are working on that.
Free doses of Dharmanol™ Citrolene™ are available to those who wish to help us with the testing. They are available through www.Pharmajanes.com. We would like to sincerely thank all those who have helped us with this project.
Dharmanol™ Citrolene™ is now going through packaging development and will be available to purchase through Pharmajanes and participating dispensaries within a few weeks.
Thanks again to all those who have helped us develop this exciting new product.

Three anecdotes from Dr. Apel
Last X-mas Eve two big bikers carried my daughter-in-law into my home. She had been told by her doctors to just go home and die. She had stage 4 cancer and had already gone through her insurance and the doctors had exhausted their arsenal of treatments. She was weak, gaunt and pale from the cancer and the brutal chemo and radiation therapies that she had endured. She only came to us because she wanted my wife, the mother of the father of her children and grandchildren, to promise to look after her offspring after her death. I just happened to have some “Simpson” medicine that Dave had given to me for inspection. She already had her paperwork together so I immediately started her on the therapy. Two days later she walked unaided to her car. Two weeks after that she went back to the hospital and was told that her cancer was now stage 2. She celebrated the news by doing her first solo parachute jump. Yes, she did pull the cord. She is now in complete remission.
Such a success story has to be put in context. In her 50’s, she had grown up in the Haight and in Sonoma County as a child and had considerable exposure to recreational drugs of all kinds, in some cases to the point of abuse. With her whole family involved in growing pot in Sonoma/Lake counties she had been smoking a lot her whole life. She had no problem at all with getting so stoned on the therapy. In fact, she enjoyed it! And continues to. All my grandchildren look to me like Jesus because I saved their mom. I guess I was in the right place with the right drug at the right time. But things don’t always work out so cleanly.
About a month later I got a call from a very old friend. He had heard about my involvement with medical marijuana and wanted my advice. He had mobility problems and some other chronic conditions and thought maybe our therapy could help. It took him a few weeks but he finally got his paperwork together and so my wife and I gave him a house call. We took an assortment of goodies, but the main one was Dave’s whole plant extract. As we were leaving I mentioned that he must respect that the extract is very strong and gets you very stoned. Pace yourself till you find out your comfort level.
He laughed at me and scoffed. “Who do you think you’re talking to? Get too stoned? I was in Vietnam and then with you in the Haight. I’ve been smoking weed for 50 years and I don’t even know why I do it cause it doesn’t even seem to get me high anymore.” 48 hours later I called him to see how things were going. He said “What in the hell did you do to me? I couldn’t walk for 12 hours and even then, the search for the bathroom in my studio apartment seemed like a climb up Everest.” This is when I first realized there was a potential problem with our therapy. Mr. G is doing fine now that he has found his effective dosage and claims that the extract has “reset” his biologic processes. (That doesn’t sound very scientific, does it? Oh well, that’s the way these anecdotes go.)
One more story: This one with a different ending. I got a call from one of my oldest friends about a lady who lived in the cottage behind his house. She had stage 4 ovarian cancer. His old house in Mill Valley was first a hunting lodge before the bridge was built, then a whorehouse, then the first Grateful Dead office (Round Records) in the 60’s and early 70’s. I have always been fascinated by that little cottage back there and always dreamed about living there myself. My wife and I, along with Dave and his wife Mary Ann (that’s the two founders of Dharma and me, constituting three of the four partners of B-Bio) stopped by her home to drop off her medicine and give her support. I had never met her before, but I realized right away she was completely inexperienced with recreational drugs. She was a legal consultant in the financial district and had never smoked pot. But god only knows what prescription drugs she was on. Two days later she called and informed us that she had stopped our therapy because she could not tolerate the side effects. I can just imagine how terrified she must have been, as well as living under the stress of cancer. Two weeks later she was dead.
Dave challenged me with the task of figuring out how to help such patients by providing a medicine that was an effective treatment, but non psychoactive. If we would have had Dharmanol at that time, this lady might well be still alive.
We did it! And the hits just keep on coming. We have had substantial success in the lab recently in this regard and new products/innovations will be revealed soon. I can say no more. Dave Gold and I would like you all to know: Should you or a loved one get sick and need our help we will be there for you, and if you can’t pay for the treatment, we will cover it.
Congratulations all !!! Very good news !!
Definitive agreement.. ;)

Can anyone figure out how to use the VWAP 'overlay' parameters?
Anyone want to try their hand at calculating the VWAP
formula for AEGY/SKTO merger?

Re: StockNinja33 post# 96447

VWAP EXPLAINED
VWAP is calculated by multiplying the volume at each price level
by the respective price and dividing by the total volume. The more
volume traded at a certain price level, the more impact that price
has on VWAP.
VWAP= ?(Pn*Vn) / ?(Vn)
where P = price traded;
V = volume traded;
n = number of trades
As an example, consider the following series of trades:
500 shares @ $10.00
300 shares @ $10.05
200 shares @ $10.10
The average price for these three trades is $10.05, however
the VWAP is $10.035 because more volume was executed at
the $10.00 level than at the $10.10 price. One of the keys to
a successful VWAP trade is anticipating market volume and
participating accordingly.
Thank you Stock Ninja!

I think you misunderstand the point of the announcement; banks can deal with the cash being used by medicinal marijuana dispensaries. Currently these businesses are holding millions in cash they can’t process, all the way from Jan 1st. It’s a big problem. Even local government has been making a case for relaxing banking laws.
Credit Card companies are a different animal. The big two, Visa and Mastercard, have already stated that they will not touch this industry until Federal Law change. I’m sure they would love to, but their lawyers won’t let them. It is too high a potential liability. They are also international entities and may risk losing more than they would gain in the long term.
The business model of PharmaJanes is to become an online access point, connecting people to dispensaries and local co-ops, and helping to arrange easy payments. The payment system PharmaJanes is using is owned by the controlling company. I’m sure it will stick around as an option, but for all we know, by launch they may even accept BitCoin. The Janescard will bolster consumer affinity and mutual benefit, like Amazon’s Visa. But does Amazon only accept their Visa? It’s a business; they will work with the consumer to make payment as easy as possible. I think you are focusing too much on microprints while ignoring the obvious larger implications.
As always, do your own DD and then do what you like. I’m not giving advice.
