I would like to thank everyone for the kind words regarding my being added to the board of SK3. I know that a number of you have been advocating for me to take more of a role in the parent company, and apparently the guys thought I was ready to do so.
I would like to point out what my duties will be. I will be working on leading-edge business development along with research. In other words, helping my fellow board members determine the future path the company will take, the areas of the sector it will concentrate on, types of products and acquisitions to consider, etc. I won't be doing any of the work concerning finances, numbers, contracts, or business operations of SK3 Group. I am very pleased to have executives with the skill and experience of my partners to handle the necessary tasks in these areas.
