Sorry DewmBoom, I should know this but don't. What does the Yield sign mean and why is this important that it's been removed?
I have bigger dreams -- not just bazillionnaire, but gazillionnaire -- that is more, right?
No, RVC, wrong analogy. As Steve says, the tsunami comes unexpectedly, like an earthquake -- like the "big one" that will hit Calif. any day. It is expected, and everyone knows it's coming, just not when. So, people talk about it, scientists talk about it, the media talks about it.
The ones who "cry wolf" here, or "the sky is falling," are those who endlessly scream that the FTC is going to shut the company down, the CEO is going to jail, Biel has no products, the company makes up all the product trial reports, Biel doesn't have a partnerships with Braun, Boots, etc., there's going to be a stock split, on and on. Those are the ones crying wolf and I agree, I would like an end to those crying wolf.
No, wrong again! How many times has that been true!!? Biel was selling product in the US and was warned to stop, which they did. This is a case of one of the distributors in England they have supplied with Biel products trying to sell them in the US. Biel can't control what their distributors do except to tell them they can't do it. If they go ahead, it's not Biel's fault and no action will be taken against Biel. The product will just be blocked at Customs.
The more important question is whether this is a signal that the FDA has made their decision and allowed Biel to sell over the counter here in the USA, and that it just hasn't been announced yet. Since no stores here in the US have Biel's products on their shelfs, there will be a brief window of time here when companies overseas, who already have stock on hand, have been given the green light to start selling here.
MMs can also be taking out stop orders here -- people who thought they would lock in profits and set a stop order yesterday at .0012, .0014 etc. and now the MMs are taking them all out before letting Biel go back up.
SRINSOCAL
"Be Prepared for MM Shenanigans Today
105 million shares FTD yesterday. "
This is the post of the day so far. These are just MM games -- usually do this the first hour and then let it go. Today they may play around some more. The MMs know what's coming here so they also want was many cheap shares as they can get before the tsunami hits. I expect they were caught a little off guard yesterday so now bringing it down a bit to get a good stockpile of shares to trade when Biel starts to fly!
I know I don't need to tell the long GG&G this, but some of the newbies might be concerned. Just sit tight.
Wow! there are some huge buys going through -- 3- 7 million at a pop. People recognizing they can still get millions of shares for peanuts and the sky's the limit for profit.
Don't know where this will end today, but I think 15s are going to fall.
Go Biel!
Besides this, there are many of us who hold very, very large number of shares -- numbers as high as 100 to 300 million for a single individual have been discussed. I'm not in that league but I have been buying on a regular basis for several years now, and my average is under .0010 -- several million at .0004 to .0006. One can get a lot of shares at those prices. It's rare that someone gets the chance to buy cheap shares for this long a time -- a long time over which anyone with just a little bit of DD could have recognized the tremendous potential of this stock. That's been part of Biel's amazing story -- that people have had years to gather shares. And most of these people are not day trading -- they're holding long term -- IRAs and all that. So, when one thinks of the billions of outstanding shares out there, one has to take into account the number of shares that are locked away -- by Biel employees and by those of us who long ago recognized Biel for the gold mine it is.
Art - exactly! with all the discussion by Obama on down about the pandemic of drug addiction in this country it continues to amaze me that the FDA hasn't rushed this through and approved Actipatch for OTC availability. This isn't some little herbal treatment to cure cancer sold by an obscure doctor in Mexico. This is the real deal, and everybody else seems to realize it except the FDA.
Basically, the NHS is the British National Health Service. Braun has applied to put Biel products on the NHS tariff list, which means that if it is approved, Actipatch and other Biel products could be prescribed free of charge to patients, with the NHS paying for it. Thus, instead of all the high priced pain killers that are being prescribed by the millions now, doctors and hospitals could simply prescribe an Actipatch. Think millions and millions of Actipatchs being used, without the patients having to pay for them.
As has been pointed out all morning, a multi-billion dollar company like Braun wouldn't do this unless it was a done deal. We should be hearing any day now. And remember, the US was the last of the leading 25 industrialized nations to get a national health care program -- Obamacare, though Obamacare is still no where near as extensive as what the citizens of the UK, France, Germany, Norway, etc. have. Anyway, if it's approved in the UK, that NHSs in countries all over the world could approve it as well.
Ok, you got me. I was being sarcastic -- thought I had been so outrageous that nobody would take it seriously. Just shows how easily spooked people can get on here.
I bought my first stake in Biel in the white teeth days, but got serious when we entered the marijuana market. Several million shares later I'm a happy camper waiting for dollars a share.
What, you didn't know all the trouble RIGH is in!? Oh, and I forget to mention Stantz is being sued by the Modern Language Association -- an organization of English language teachers -- for misspelling "right"!!
Vapobag -- did I forget anything?
Yes! there will be a reverse split announced any day now, and the SEC is going to charge Stantz for stock manipulation and insider trading, the CDC is going through the
Labs looking for possible contamination of marijuana samples with the Ebola virus, the FBI is watching Stantz's home as they suspect him of possible money laundering for a Columbian drug cartel, and the CIA is investigating RIGH as a possible front for an international terrorist organization. Probably shouldn't invest in this stock!
Thanks for all the thoughtful forecasting and analysis JustGoDeep. And, of course, my last message wasn't referring to you as not having a clue.
Again, doesn't know what he's talking about -- I've purchased three of the Healfast patches and I'm sure Biel is selling many, many of them here in the US to we who don't want to wait until you can get an ActiPatch at Walgreens. If they're not selling THAT many it is only because they don't want to divert resources for advertising here in the US when their advertising monies can go much further in the overseas market. Once all this is legal in the US, and they can advertise all their products, I'm sure vets and pet owners will be all over these.
Thanks. Look forward to listening to this!
I have always thought Stanz was laying low because of the anti-marijuana laws. Maybe he thinks it's safe to be more public now.
Thanks! Maybe we start getting more news now!
Thanks! Will keep hold of my shares!
Can someone summarize the call? Thanks! We going to $1 tomorrow? ;)
I've filled my form out and submitted it. No problems, no worries! Thanks for the easy url to follow RockyW.
Yes, Robert, your's, your cousins', your children's, your great-grandchildrens', your friends' kids...
Oh NO!!!
Sorry good G&Gs but it looks like the wiser heads on the board have prevailed, with their insightful analysis and broad understanding of the markets -- they were the ones who realized the SEC was going to shut this down, that Biel had no products, no markets, no support. How could we have been so blind to the truth -- I guess we just let our greed get the better of us.
Wait, is that .0011 I see...did someone just buy 9 million and 5 million shares, more than twenty million in a few minutes total? LMAO!!!
Thank you for your valuable and so well-informed opinion. That's certainly enough important information to make me sell all of my shares and never darken the door of the RIGH board again. And, I suppose, knowing all that you know, you will do the same.
Thanks for this, Iwant1mill. I see it's good through April 29, 2016 -- so these are not several years old test results. Unless there is a vast conspiracy going on here of several companies working with Stanz to fake Budgenius lab reports (which if discovered would immediately put them in jail) -- like there's a conspiracy of 97% of the world's leading scientists to fake global warming -- than Budgenius has a lab, somewhere, someplace, and they are doing testing, as we speak.
There are always just enough of these little tidbits that appear every so often to make it worthwhile to hang in there.
I understand mt321, but in fact, we don't know if some of the business concerns you have -- promotions, market share, etc. -- are not ongoing but we just don't know about them. If one believes the website that shows all the different varieties that have been tested -- and yes, perhaps that is a big "if" -- than the company is moving forward and is widely recognized and has clients. I have always thought that as long as marijuana remains on the Fed. prohibited list, than to advertise at all, or promote, is risky, and that it is best to just quietly go about the business until it's safe. If people want to invest, Ok, if not, OK. All of the pinkies are crap shoots, but they're so cheap that it's worth taking a chance. My two primary reasons for putting a little money here is that I think that the marijuana testing business will be one of the most important and hottest businesses in the sector, and there seems to be business being done on the website. If the website is not legitimate, someone is going to a lot of trouble to set it up and update it because it does change regularly. I may be hanging on a threat here, but as I see it, little risk but potential huge gain.
I've been a shareholder here for a long time and I wish we received more information in a more timely fashion and I'm not trying to apologize for the CEO in any way. Something as simple as changing the name and symbol from the teeth whitening name we still have should have been done long ago -- as he DID promise at several times in the past. I must say, however, that anything to do with the marijuana business is still risky, legally. It's still prohibited by Fed. law, and up until fairly recently one still saw police closing down shops and arresting people in California. If I were operating any kind of marijuana business in California I would be very careful as well and keep a very low profile. I wouldn't have a storefront with "Marijuana Lab" in neon lights flashing on the outside! This is particularly true if I had pounds? of marijuana sitting around to be tested. Perhaps if the Feds. take it off the prohibited substance list this summer, and the marijuana business operates more freely and openly in Calif. than Stanz will also feel more comfortable with going public as it were. I'm willing to wait to see what happens on this one. It didn't take much loose change to pick up several millions shares here and any movement up at this point would make me substantially more than the loose change I invested.
And for those of you who disagree with me and that argue there is no lab and the company doesn't exist, please, don't respond. I've heard and read it all. One of us will be right in the end, and I'm not staying awake at nights worrying whether it will be me.
Do any of the GG&Gs have any thoughts on why we've not moved up some, this year particularly? Outside of the .0023 that BIEL hit when the FDA announced the new class of gadgets, we've been trading a very tight trading range between .0005 and .0012 or so for months. And, I don't want any responses that this is a pos or scam, blah blah blah. I'd like a thoughtful answer from some of you about this. It seems to me that with the range day after day between 8 and 10, and a huge block at the ask at .0010 that it can only be that the MMs and others know the potential of BIEL when it blows with FDA approval, NHS health care acceptance, etc. and they want to be able to buy in quickly at these low prices rather than let it move up and have to buy in at higher prices. I'm sure many of them have been accumulating millions of shares at these low prices, as have I, but until the big news releases come out, they can keep the price down here and then jump on it when the news hits. Any thoughts?
And, this plan was so original and successful that it won a best marketing award in the UK!
I meant manufacturing capacity -- going to be huge!
All great information. Thanks Simpsonly and Jim. The pressure just keeps building here -- any one of about five announcements could send Biel skyrocketing! I wonder what the company is doing to have in place the manufacturing when the news hits -- American market, UK NHS, and Braun all potentially about the same time! What a great challenge to have!
Thanks to all the GG & Gs here!
Great! Thanks seven-up! I just thought I'd read on here one time that they only published the updates on Monday mornings. Thanks for the link!
GG & Gs -- again, do the FDA rulings only appear on Mondays, or could we get the OTC clearance on any day?
Thanks !
Does the FDA make their announcements only on Monday, or could the approval come at any time? I thought I had read here that each week's news -- such as OTC approval for Actipatch -- were only made each Monday morning.
News out!
American Green Executes Purchase Agreement for Medical Marijuana Dispensary Building in Tempe, Arizona
Tempe, AZ – March 22, 2016 - American Green, Inc. (OTC:ERBB) today announced that it has it signed a Purchase Agreement for a Class A building in Tempe, Arizona that will be a prime location for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary it will lease to one of it’s license holder clients.
“As previously reported in December of last year, American Green received approval from the City of Tempe to purchase the building for the purpose of leasing it to an AZDHS license holder for use as a medical marijuana dispensary,” says Jonathan Miller, American Green CEO. “The required zoning to operate a dispensary in this building was approved in advance of a moratorium preventing further dispensary openings in Tempe for at least a year.” Tempe is home to Arizona State University.
“This will be the only MMJ dispensary in a Class A building in the greater Phoenix area. The surrounding cities of Tempe, Chandler and Ahwatukee will provide the bulk of clients for the dispensary. It has easy on/off access from I-10. The area is underserved and should generated substantial revenue based on existing patient counts in the area,” Miller continued. “There are several dispensaries in town generating more than one million dollars per month in revenues. It is important to note that currently all cannabis products produced in the state of Arizona are sold - there is not a surplus of material or medicine. The best product sells first and drives repeat, loyalty purchases. American Green’s Chief Horticulture Officer, Alfred Hermiz, will be directing cultivation in the Phoenix facility and we are confident in his ability to produce top quality product with which, this dispensary should be able to reach similar sales numbers.”
“With this acquisition, American Green takes another important step toward the fulfillment of its stated plan of investing in assets, improving those assets, and deriving income from those assets. In addition to rent revenues, the Company is contracted to participate in the management of the cultivation and dispensary to the extent allowed by law. This model is being repeated in other states and furthers American Green’s goal of becoming a national brand as well as positioning American Green within the changing legal landscape to one day secure its own licenses for production, distribution, and sales of legal marijuana products,” concludes Miller.

Great News from American Green
American Green Branded Stores and Products to Open in Washington State Retail Marijuana Market
Tempe, AZ –March 3, 2016 - American Green, Inc. (OTC:ERBB) today announced that the Company has been chosen as the the brand name for up to three locations to be secured by Paradigm, LLC, in the state of Washington. Each of the three retail marijuana locations will operate under the name “American Green.”
“Paradigm is excited to begin working with American Green. This opportunity will allow us to use the American Green brand name and have access to licensing and marketing services to help develop products for the recreational market in the state of Washington,” says Kate Gonsalves, Manager of Paradigm, LLC a company formed for the purpose of obtaining a retail license with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB). “Upon securing a license, we can open and operate up to three retail locations in the State of Washington. We have a great opportunity to secure each license and are eager to get under way in working with American Green and look forward to the future, “ Gonsalves continued.”
“This opportunity gives a tremendous boost to our branding program - product packaging to branding retail locations - all being operated under the American Green banner. It’s a big step forward for us,” stated Jonathan Miller, American Green CEO. “We're very excited to be able to work with Paradigm and help them open up to three retail locations in Washington. Paradigm is committed to the opportunity that will provide $250,000 in license fees and $250,000 in product development fees per store every five years. Assuming we open three stores, the fees will amount to $1.5 million over five years for the use of the American Green brand and demonstrates the profitability of our licensing model.”
American Green branding has heretofore been limited to packaging materials in Colorado and Oregon. In Washington state, the retail location, itself, will be called “American Green” as well as the packaging in the store. The goal for American Green branding is national awareness through the offering of consistently premium products that consumers and patients can count on for their cannabis needs.
“This is a huge win for American Green. American Green branded stores carrying American Green branded products. It’s what we were aiming for and it happened faster than expected,” Miller continued. “Paradigm can test market American Green branded products more quickly, develop scalable product lines and make a large impact in the Washington market that American Green can carry over to other states. We have a great team on board to handle our growth which should help translate opportunities into revenues and bottom line profits for the company. ERBB-ON!”

Ok, enough, let's get this out. ETrade has converted the shares and we can trade them now. How about others -- Scott Trade, AmeriTrade? I'm tired of hearing the shares aren't available and when they are they will all be sold! Well, I have shares and I'm not selling!
We can trade now. All the ETrade shares -- at least mine did, so assume everybody else's did as well -- showed up on Monday morning. Maybe some of the smaller brokers haven't gotten them exchanged yet, but if ETrade has done it than that's a big bunch of shares. The argument that investors are just waiting to get their shares before they sell them doesn't hold water. I for one am just waiting to see what happens -- I never invest more than I can afford to lose, so if I lose it I lose it, but have made money the last couple of days. We'll see.
So here's a scenario. Biel is in serious trouble with the SEC. They might arrest all their senior execs. And shut down the company. Meanwhile, over in the UK, a gigantic multinational Corp. -Braun - knows nothing about this and goes ahead and apples to the NHS for approval for Biel's products.
I think not...
Go Biel!!
