Yes!
The Reg-A investor is dumb.
Here’s why:
Anyone who’s bought into the Reg-A is 100% counting on SFOR (a 20+ year company) to ultimately be profitable OTHERWISE SFOR will come back at them and do another reverse split or offer more convertible debt features which will dilute them.
Let’s be clear;
SFOR in 20 years has launched numerous products and not one single product ever produced a profit.
Now all of the sudden this is the golden ticket?
If SafeVchat were anything this stock would have launched off the ground today like a rocket.
I got $5 bucks that says Monday Mark Kay says some kind of glitch occurred.
Ouch!
Down 22% on launch day!
That’s gotta suck for you and other bag holders.
Remember yesterday when everyone was expecting this POS company to actually be trading between $0.35 and $0.50 today?
Don’t say you weren’t warned
Does it matter?
It was all a pump and dump from the beginning so they could hit targets with their $2.5 million dollar Reg-A.
What a scam
The best part is some very dumb investors are being taught an expensive lesson.
I’m not here to make you money.
If anything I hope that I’m selling and you’re buying.
We ain’t friends.
Tell me how much money you made this week?
Oh wait...I already know. You don’t earn a single penny this week.
All you did was lose.
Maronti
If you followed along you’d see that I bought at $0.0030 and sold in the $0.05’s.
I’m glad you didn’t “lissened” either
No.
You’ve never told anyone what to do as far as I know (for stock trades).
So?
So what dude?
You’ve been and are wrong about SFOR and every time you come in here and write bullish comments you are most likely harming other traders.
Lol...
I’m about ready to sell.
That two...
Two awesome trades in two days and thank god I don’t listen to bag holders like you.
LMFAO!!!
Want a lesson in how NOT TO LAUNCH A PRODUCT?
Step right up and watch SFOR!
Sheeeeeesh
Best of luck man.
For the record I wish this thing would run.
When I sold yesterday I was pretty confident that Mark Kay would come up with something that buggered traders and he didn’t disappoint.
So...today is the launch and SafeVchat is live but there won’t be a Press Release until Monday?
Also...this 10 billion share reduction? It’s not news BECAUSE they have never ever ever had a profitable quarter whether they have 1 share or 4 billion.
The day this company announces a profit is the way I’ll change my tune.
Look at every 10Q for as far back as you’d like and you’ll see that they spend $5.50 to make $1.00 and that’s a fast way to make sure your shareholders are the ones funding your day to day from toilet paper to paper clips.
I bought back in this morning. My position has nothing to do with whether or not I think SFOR is a good company because it isn’t.
I bought back in to hope and catch the low and sell the high.
Anyone fooling themselves that this is investment worthy is going to lose every penny.
If I sell right now at $0.08 it is a pretty awesome and profitable trade.
Just trade it.
This stock is no good for holding.
It’s not investment worthy.
It’s a crap stock with zero profitable quarters or years in 20 freaking years man.
It’s got some momentum and that’s it.
I sold it yesterday at $0.09 and bought back today at $0.075.
I’ll be a seller again today.
This is a crap stock ran by three guys who will lie directly to your face so that they have a nice Christmas that bag holders pay for.
Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
It wasn’t a waste of time for you to write it...
It was a waste of time for me to read it.
I love how you new bag holders suddenly are stock geniuses.
I sold at $0.09 because I wanted a profitable trade.
I actually tried to sell at near $0.10but couldn’t because it was too thin.
I actually chased it all the way down to $0.09 and was thrilled when my last trade closed.
Yup...
$0.0711 in after hours
Enjoy your losses
I don’t even know why you guys are mad at me.
It’s not like I’m wrong.
I said sell at $0.09
And you’re not going to.
I don’t owe you a screenshot.
You should have sold at $0.09
I guess we will see tomorrow
I’m not chasing anything.
I made a lot of money and just FYI...
I hope it runs and I hope it runs super high and you all make money.
I already made money
Lol
Karma ain’t got nothing to do with trading.
By the way...
You don’t know what charity I’m donating to so go shove your karma.
You know what I know?
I know you’re not donating or giving to a charity today.
Not gonna happen
Do you know that SFOR is a penny stock?
You’re not buying APPL or MSFT at the ground floor.
SFOR has been a public stock for over 20 years!
Anyway... have fun holding it
I’m out
Why you mad at me anyway?
I told you all to get out at $0.09
It wasn’t one trade
It was several
All filled at $0.09
If you were my “fellow” traders you would have sold at $0.09
Buy more
Do it!
Lol
Said nobody who bought APPL when it was @$60.
Do the math...
5,000,000 shares @ $0.075
Ditched them at $0.09
Last I checked SFOR and their awesome product launch isn’t doing so well with the stock price.
Yes I did
I sold
This is going down on my top five scrubs
Lol...
Look...
Here to you and the trolls plaguing me lately.
I hold SFOR shares.
I want them to go up.
Do I trust Mark ?
No!
He’s lied directly to me.
Do I like SFOR as a company or George or Ram?
No!
Absolutely not.
My bias about SFOR and it’s management aside, I’m still capable of recognizing a stock that’s about to be in play, when it’s in play, and with luck before the play is over.
No matter what... I’m going to walk away from this stock with either 10’s of thousands or 100’s of thousands in pure profit.
I bought twice today.
$0.1595
$0.1460
If you and others can’t read 20 years worth of not timely filings and reverse splits and press releases that never made a single profit then it’s not for me to convince you that SFOR is not an “investment” stock.
It’s a trade and penny stocks are nothing more than my dirty little secret.
Lol!
Really?
So 23 years of professional and private trading got revealed in a simple post where I explained the bears beat up the bulls using 20 years of Mark Kay’s misrepresentations or SFOR’s constant dilution and share/convertible note/warrants/reverse splits.
Let’s clear the air.
I don’t know you.
You don’t know me.
I do know I’ve forgotten more about trading than you’ll ever know because you’re retail.
Besides a day job or a retirement plan, your SFOR trade is tantamount to a hobby.
Sorta like a train set...or model airplanes. You spend money and lose money and your wife is upset about it.
Have fun.
I’m not worried and I def am not “not” worried because of your confidence in SFOR or it’s share price.
Hope your trades treated you as well as mine today.
There is no “why”.
He’s just reading every other retail self proclaimed stock market officianado say that today is nothing more than “consolidation”.
It’s not.
Today is bad.
You don’t go to $0.21 and then fall nearly 40% only to slightly recover on monstrous volume because of simple “consolidation”.
Today...the SFOR bears have beaten back the bulls with a stick.
It’s a stick they laced with SFOR’s 20 years of issuing meaningless and revenue-less press releases and pump and dumps that just so happen to coincide with their Reg-A filing.
It’s definitely a trade-able one.
Got some good news on another little stinky pink with “supposedly” upside as early as tomorrow but already up nicely today.
Good luck with your trades
I’m not worried.
It’s a solid trade with some news to sell into this week.
Hope you’ll be fine too
I got $0.1495
Oh
Okay...
SFOR has been doing this for 20 years. They constantly have cutting edge tech and patents.
Tell you what Absinthe...
Show me ONE...
One single profitable 10Q in 20 years and I’ll concede.
(I swear to god if you show me where Microsoft paid them a one time lump sum of around $10 million dollars I will laugh at you endlessly).
One quarter of profitable revenue in 20
Years...
Now all the sudden you think they’ve nailed it?
I own shares.
Been trading them for a few weeks. I even bought this morning.
I’m not here to bash or whatever
Just saying a simple truth that cannot be beaten:
“Until they are, they aren’t!”
How often do you take others down with you? $0.15 wasn’t the bottom... the bottom was very clearly in the $0.12’s.
How’s that Robinhood type platform treating you?
My guess is quite a bit higher. Even if it’s just a spike higher than your forecast it’ll be trade-able and possibly prove even long term investment worthy.
We shall see
Hey absinthe..
I don’t know exactly what your post means but we aren’t on the opposing sides.
I’m hopeful you’re finally in the black or close to it.
Stating the obvious doesn’t make us enemies.
SFOR has 20 years of failed product marketing.
SFOR has relied solely on shareholders for 20 years through dilutive and toxic notes.
If they’ve finally seen the error of their ways with SafeVchat then I’m happy for everyone.
Just Google SafeVchat and you’ll see for yourself there is nearly zero marketing last week or even so far this week.
Yet another John Madden type nonsense quote that simply and basically says “I’m okay even though I’m losing money”.
Why does typical retail always rationalize losses on a trade?
It doesn’t need rationalizing. You were wrong.
You should have bought lower or sold higher.
It’s no wonder retail bankrupts itself so often.
SFOR cannot market SafeVchat.
Have you noticed how they’ve toned down their “we are the best” rhetoric ?!?!
It’s because they aren’t.
And they’ll be sued by everyone from Grandma down the street to Microsoft for saying so.
You do realize that 1000’s of OTC stocks announce share reductions right?
They’re meaningless.
Who gives a crap if you’re OTC stock reduces shares by 14 Billion if the losses per share on 4 Billion are still LOSSES!
Some of you retail are just gold panners.
You can’t do math and instead you just find a nice place in a creek and start panning for gold hoping for a huge nugget.
Google SafeVchat.
I personally know the woman who marketed the Nintendo Wii for the west coast.
The marketing campaign was nearly a year ahead of the launch.
SFOR is smaller. Much smaller and with a terrible track record of marketing products. (Mark... if you are reading this you know who I’m talking about and I personally put you two in touch)
Seriously though... a week before launch you start a Twitter campaign which is free and you’re supposedly launching a platform to rival a billion dollar video conferencing platform?
Not how I would have done it.
But hey...to each their own.
