I just hope it is a morning PR.
My apologies, but I don't know what you mean.
Does anyone happen to have the current shares outstanding?
Soo... you post on boards saying that you have information that no one else has? Do you know what these boards are for? Maybe you're missing the point....
My fault :/ We are on the same page. My apologies.
I will, at .0044
Even better is that the FDA see's the benefit of medicinal use, and even recommends it. But until it is legalized at the federal level they have no authority. That would fall under the authority of the DEA.

Now, Obama said he would not go after any state legal dispensaries in the US.
We are good to go policy wise.
That is because the FDA regulates tobacco. They do not regulate MJ or the Federal Government would have to make it legal for medicinal purposes.

Loosing steam. Buy back in at .0044 - .0042
Definitely. But in reality the site just adds to the cost without showing any revenue. Once this hits the shelves in the next 10 days it will fly. Of course people taking profits today risk the chance of missing the boat with an afternoon PR.
That would be great! Let's keep our fingers crossed.
I'd hate to play Devil's advocate, but I think he may be correct. There was no PR announcing the site and everyone is going to be taking their profits from selling. I'm sure it will be in pennyland before the end of the month, but just not today.
PDOS has been on that list since the beg of Feb. The stock is trading just fine on Zecco (who uses pension). Does anyone have a link to the current list of stocks? All I am able to find is posts by individual people, not anything from the DTCC themselves.
Good post. I don't disagree with anything you said. My inquiries too have fallen on deaf ears. I think the reason I continue to buy in at these low levels is because I don't think Platinum Studios will go completely under. Hopefully they don't R/S, but I understand that is a possibility. It may take 6 months, but I think we will hear of some positive developments in that time frame. Even if they just sell their portfolio, I is worth at least the amount of $ the company is in debt for, IMO.
What I see is a company that put too many eggs in their Cowboys and Aliens movie, and now they are in a lot of debt. I don't believe he is taking company money to pay his personal bills. I can't prove this either way, of course. He quite possible could be......
Quite possibly. But again, no one can supply any solid information supporting your theory.
Yes, that is BofA. Where do we see proof that this is happening with PDOS?
"no wonder the CFO ran for the hills and they can NOT fina a replacement "
SO because there are penalties for CEO's who fudge the books, you say that PDOS is doing this? There is no proof that anything in the books is fraudulent.
I guess I am pretty optimistic about this stock. I don't think that Scott Rosenberg is a crook. Sure, the company is a penny stock and dilution happens. I'm still scooping up shares in the .0007 - .0009 range because there will be another spike in share price this year. Look at the chart over the past couple of years and they do put out press releases that drive the stock up 600% in the matter of a week. Hopefully they can find a way to get out of their 50 mil of debt, but doubtful.
Overall, I'm going to hold for the next couple of months.
The IP alone is worth over 5 mil....
I guess so! Thanks for the link. I stay pretty busy and try to stay up to date as much as possible.
No exactly 50 mil, but you may be close: about 30 mil in debt
From the last S-1
These liabilities would represent fixed costs, which would be required to be paid regardless of the level of our business or profitability. Our current liabilities as of September 30, 2011 were as follows: accounts payable of $1,257,540, accrued expenses and other current liabilities of $2,660,378, short-term notes payable of $5,672,410, related party payable of $447,500, related party notes payable, net of debt discount $662,286, derivative liabilities of $18,947,707, deferred revenue of $49,583 and capital lease obligations of $5,893 for total current liabilities of $29,703,297.
Also, about 220 mil shares of dilution:
Subsequent to September 30, 2011, the Company issued 31,267,987 shares of our common stock for services with a value of $203,340.
Subsequent to September 30, 2011, the Company issued 98,004,171 shares of our common stock in exchange for debt with a value of 424,653.
Subsequent to September 30, 2011, the Company issued 87,844,317 shares of our common stock with a value of $794,958 in a series of cashless warrant exercises.
Gonner, or not?
PDOS has lots of projects in the pipeline.
Atlantas Rising:
Producer Mark Canton says of the production:
"Atlantis Rising has the franchise potential of Men in Black, which I green lit for Scott while at Sony's Columbia Tristar Motion Picture Companies... I'm looking forward to bringing it to the screen with Platinum as a dynamic, state of the art action thriller."
Alien At Large
Rosenberg is also currently developing the sci-fi comedy, Alien At Large.
ComingSoon.net reports that Alien At Large is being adapted from the graphic novel by Bob Keenan, which “tells the story of Earth's first interstellar ambassador, who is not the brightest star in the galaxy. Although he means well, he has the uncanny ability to turn a harmless situation into utter catastrophe. Yet his bumbling might just save our planet, as his arrival unwittingly disrupts a nefarious alien conspiracy.”
I figure they either succeed or sell, and both would be good for the share price. And I highly doubt they will do a R/S
Also, I didn't realize Mark Canton was a board member at Platinum. Not sure it is of any importance. Just wanted to share. I still don't think this stock is gonner. Still undervalued and I have yet to see any firm evidence of increased share count.
Well, at least Mark Canton has Atlantas Rising listed under "Projects in Development" on IMDb:

Not huge but it's something.

RFMK had great news today! Currently distributing their product throughout Cali.
