Excellent post!!!!
What does this have to do with Titan? Nobody cares.
Nobody cares.
Shouldn't your post be removed? It has nothing to do with Titan. Titan isn't even mentioned. Is there a moderator who can remove this post please?
Good stuff Frankestin!!!
And Medtronic tells Titan they do not have to pay back the $1.5 million loan until November 2023 even though the last milestone is done this fall. Explain that one please SPORT19. We are ALL ears.
I would mention the Winnipeg Jets but you know what is happening there. Arizona Cardinals fan so you know my pain. Kind of like me holding Titan for 10 plus years. I love to suffer. But our day will come.
Tomorrow will be the tell tale sign with premarket volume. Will watch for your 4 am report. Will buy more at open if I see significant volume. If there is small volume premarket with the number of news stories regarding Tempol, then there is something amiss.
Well. Holy shit! We talk about McNally not being on the board and he decides to step off the board.
We say they need a different spokesperson that doesn't put people to sleep and looky there, a new spokesperson arrives! You can't make it up.
Medtronic can only handcuff us until the last milestone is met. At that time, Titan can pay back the loan. Strangest thing in the agreement is they have I believe until November 2023 to pay it of. I am pretty clueless as to why it could be extended that long. Makes zero sense.
Thank you for the post. It is a dangerous time between 3rd and 4th and last milestone. Medtronic has controlled us but I believe the balance of power begins to shift as we approach the 4th milestone. Medtronic better shit or get off the pot. September is coming, patents are increasing and the loan can be paid off in a second.
Okay. I am stupid. Would the camera patent and its IP be what Medtronic is using or have agreed to use as part of the lengthy redacted agreement?
Would Genova have to relinquish power of attorney for this patent in order for Medtronic to use the IP?
Again, I apologize for my stupidity.
CNBC ARTICLE TODAY AT 3:39 PM.
Scientists may have found a promising new oral treatment for Covid-19, the National Institutes of Health said Thursday, citing a new study.
The drug, called TEMPOL, can reduce Covid-19 infections by impairing an enzyme the virus needs to make copies of itself once it’s inside human cells, the NIH said.
“We urgently need additional effective, accessible treatments for COVID-19,” said Dr. Diana W. Bianchi, director of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.

Scientists may have found a promising new treatment for Covid-19 after an experimental oral antiviral drug demonstrated the ability to prevent the coronavirus from replicating, the National Institutes of Health said Thursday, citing a new study.
The drug, called TEMPOL, can reduce Covid-19 infections by impairing an enzyme the virus needs to make copies of itself once it’s inside human cells, which could potentially limit the severity of the disease, researchers at the NIH said. The drug was tested in an experiment of cell cultures with live viruses.
“We urgently need additional effective, accessible treatments for COVID-19,” Dr. Diana W. Bianchi, director of the NIH’s National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, wrote in a statement. “An oral drug that prevents SARS-CoV-2 from replicating would be an important tool for reducing the severity of the disease.”

The findings were published in the peer-reviewed journal Science.
While vaccines have been incredibly useful in driving down Covid-19 cases in the United States and other parts of the world, scientists say treatments are still badly needed for those who get infected with the virus.
The U.S. is still reporting an average of roughly 16,300 infections per day as of Wednesday, according to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University. Gilead Sciences’ remdesivir is the only drug that has received full U.S. approval from the Food and Drug Administration for treatment of Covid, and that needs to be administered in a hospital intravenously.
Pfizer, which developed the first authorized Covid-19 vaccine in the U.S. with German drugmaker BioNTech, is also developing an oral drug for Covid that can be taken at home at the first sign of illness. Researchers hope the medication will keep the disease from progressing and prevent hospital trips. It began an early stage trial in March.
The NIH researchers said they plan to conduct additional preliminary studies and will seek opportunities to evaluate the drug in a clinical study of Covid.
The study’s findings were “hopeful,” said Dr. Tracey Rouault, another NIH official who led the study.
“However, clinical studies are needed to determine if the drug is effective in patients, particularly early in the disease course when the virus begins to replicate.”
Really? It is getting so old. You need more material. I really don't understand why a person would hope for the failure of a company like Titan. There are so many other better things to do, isn't there?
I would be happy with a billion but would prefer 2.
I stand corrected. Still a revenue generator.
Well, at least he is consistent.
Sorry I do not have that information.
I was doing a triple arthrodesis foot surgery that required an iliac crest aspiration to mix with some bone chips. The bone aspiration needle was a basically a large plastic device with a needle to harvest from the hip. The device was $285 just for a disposable piece of plastic. My point is the mark up on healthcare products is absolutely ridiculous. A trocar for a laparoscopic cholecystectomy(gallbladder) run $300 each. Now hospitals are reprocessing them to save on costs.
Bottom line, it is a revenue stream. DaVinci arms can only be used a certain number of times and then they are discarded. Disposables are where the money is made.
Fantastic post Frankestin. Entry into the body through a trocar was problematic for me. I could not believe they would use a rigid trocar for access. I have seen Gelport for laparoscopic cases or hand assisted surgical cases but I did not believe it was possible that a Gelport was compatible with ENOS. Basically, this is an accordion access sheath with a sealing system attached that in my mind and a crucial piece to the puzzle. It is also a disposable which generates revenue to each and every surgical case.
It also capture of any fluid from the body into the sheath to prevent any contamination of the abdomen, .keeping the surgical field sterile
Chuckled a bit as the verbiage on the patent as it is similar to the Titan MDT agreement. Not sure if it was English at first. Now if I had seen REDACTED in the patent, I really would have had a laugh.
Profit taking at its finest. Sell the news!!! So predictable. Hilarious.
Thanks for the advice. Said it before. Will say it again. Titan longs here hold a lot of baggage and it is difficult to look forward without looking back to see what has transpired in the past. A lot eye on the side of caution. Wish we could all be hypnotized to forget the past but that would be impossible. Cautious optimism going forward. Go Jets!!!
Going to be a crazy day.
It can go as high as the market wants it to go. My belief is that this is milestone is very important as there is only one left. What do you do for the next few months until the fourth milestone is reached? Day trade? What if there is a buyout? What if there is not? Do you really want to be on the sidelines? Just my opinion but I believe we creep up slowly until November. There are no other catalysts until the fourth milestone is achieved. Perhaps the manipulation, day trading and games will stop. Don't want to miss the boat, do you?
The timing of this announcement is also very important. It is directly related to HUGO and human testing starting. Titan telegraphed why they achieved the milestone. What would be the fourth milestone? Has to be ENOS and IDE. Why would Medtronic give $10 million for ENOS unless Medtronic was interested in ENOS. Unless I am missing something totally.
Great post until you mentioned the Islanders. Come on buddy. You know the Winnipeg Jets are the best team.
Due on achievement of the last milestone. I hope they do not part ways. Who knows though.
And if that is the case, why would Medtronic give Titan $10 million dollars for getting IDE approval, then ask for the loan money back and then say "Good luck! See you later!""
Saw that as well. If Titan is helping develop the "ENOS system" with financial and certain technical assistance from Medtronic, then look out!!!!
Agreed. Announcement by Titan reaching milestone 3 should happen tomorrow. Which makes me ponder what milestone 4 would be. Any thoughts. What would happen by November? Submission of ENOS to FDA?
Amen, I had a chuckle when I realized Paul Cataford was the founder and CEO of Zephyr Sleep Technologies and then I witnessed McNally51 almost put me to SLEEP with the recent video conference. Not related but a tad funny to me. A new spokesperson is desperately needed.
Agreed. He has mentioned it several times. AGAIN, makes it very anticimactic. Several message boards are excited. The milestone is coming! The milestone is coming!!! It is a done deal and I doubt it affects pps. The excitement builds between milestone 3 and 4. What happens after the completion of milestone 4? Or does something happen before the achievement of milestone 4? Or does nothing happen between milestone 3 and milestone 4? Who knows. Ask Mr. Redaction. I think he knows.
Again. Quite anticlimactic. If you were to do a job for someone, you would tell them it would be done in two weeks and then surprise them when it was completed before the deadline. In doing so, you build your reputation. "This guy gets things done early! I would highly recommend him!" You would think announcing early would be a priority to build shareholder confidence. Just my opinion.
If Medtronic does buy us, this is great news. If Medtronic does not buy us out, it is a good day for Medtronic but does not mean much to Titan. We will see.
Perhaps Titan had to wait for Medtronic to announce Hugo placements to occur outside the US before they can announce they reached the mysterious third milestone which is related possibly to HUGO. Who knows.
I would have preferred to have said a milestone needed to be reached in May and then announced early in April rather than wait to the end of the month to announce. Seems anticlimactic. Par for the course.
Oppenheimer presentation was this morning.
They have to find someone else with a little more camera presence and a little more enthusiasm to do these presentations. Why not have the conference at Titan Living Labs in front of Enos? The presenter could walk the audience through the system live and show viewers its attributes instead of sitting behind a desk again in an office with slides. McNally puts you to sleep.
Also thought it was interesting how McNally mentions there are already plans and talks with surgeons to enroll patients in FDA studies, there is no mention on plans to raise capital in 2022. Hopefully, Titan has enough funds to get through FDA.
I think we should have a group prayer.
Looks like a fantastic new hire who focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Of course we are down premarket on minimal volume. Can't make it up.

Truly an amazing post Bigkahuna.
Thank you Beast. I did not realize the $1.5 million dollar loan was due with the last payment. I guess it reinforces my thoughts.
There may be three things that may happen in my mind:
Titan achieves its fourth milestone and goes it alone.
Titan achieves its fourth milestone and is either bought out or another agreement is made with Medtronic.
Titan reaches its 3rd milestone and is bought out before it reaches the fourth milestone.
What I mean is it would be upsetting to some if you had sold stock to take profits and then an unexpected buyout occurs while you have no skin in the game.
Until the $1.5 million loan is paid off, Medtronic is allowed to have an observer on Titan's board. So once the fourth milestone is reached, then the loan by rule has to be paid off and once done, the observer leaves and disappears into the sunset never to be a part of Titan's meetings ever again. Doesn't make much sense, does it?
