Good stuff! GO BRAV
You are right but I still think the 49 represents a decent idea to how few people trade/invest in ECOS at this moment. Most OTCQB I follow have 200+ shareholders of record. I would assume if you could graph shareholders of record to actual shareholders there would be a positive correlation. I could be wrong. But this thing trades with such high volatility and such low liquidity that it is hard for me to imagine too many people involved. I believe it is a good thing as if ECOS can come through the few here early should do well IMO
$75,000 in dilution brings the mark cap down nearly $750,000, what a joke!
iBox updated :)
Funny I just heard back from the TA as well. I like to double check :) Looks like the MM's dumped almost all of that today at least. Hopefully the CO comes out and says what the shareholders are buying
Looks like we have a sale going on today
Me too, welcome aboard!
Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Should be a meaty update, looks like they may be waiting on finalizing something else as well!
MM's go away at the close. Doesn't mean anything. Had like 200k bid at .0016 and like 400k bid at .002 for close. Got a glimpse of over 3mil bid at .0015 earlier as well.
Yup poor suckers :)
Cool, thanks looks like you found it
To be honest I have no idea, I'd maybe look at what doesn't get put into subsequent events that increases OS for an idea
I'm far from concerned, this is the brightest ECOS has looked in years. The dilutive MM's are staying back and the 10K didn't really have anything we didn't already know. If anything the tidbit about the NPW is intriguing. Really looks like it's all downhill from here. Only bummer was that the FMI revenues weren't posted, and it looks like it will be in May so it doesn't really matter. Got ALOT of lines out there, think we might catch a big one soon ;)
TA sent me this on April 11, I'll ask again in a couple of days
Authorized: 1,000,000,000
Issued and Outstanding: 601,885,902
Restricted: 116,221,614
Anything sub .002 going to look real nice in a couple weeks IMO. Slap that bid if you want :)
Looks like May 15th is going to be way more important than this 10K was ever going to be
I do wonder how talks are going with the EXIM bank for financing. Perhaps we will see soon
Suck the retail bid whackers out at low prices IMO
First, "The first two units are to be delivered in approximately 90 to 120 days to The Republic of Georgia and Afghanistan".
Later, "In the last few months we have booked orders and are in the process of sourcing the components to complete these orders, our first production NPUs and we expect to ship in January after thorough testing"
Could see them in the 10Q, which would make it even better
Only a few folk were trying "to play" the 10K, if the diluters continue to stay away this can easily maintain an uptrend off of the Korea deal alone
Anyone remember then disclosing this?
In 2012, we have sent samples to Great Britain and Ireland for testing in furnace applications.
This cements to me how much of a hidden gem we have here:
As of March 31, 2013, we had forty-nine stockholders of record.
Got MS stating good news is on the way and a quarterly in a month that should show revenues. All seems we in ECOS land
Nothing really in there that I see other than showing the dilution that has occurred
Ya it's due Monday, will be interesting for sure ;)
Creating a nice base here before the next leg up! ECOS
I watched you start calling that at what, the low .00's? Amazing call, I'm going to have to look for a possible entry :) ECOS looks about ready to go with monthly orders of $350,000 coming in from 8K in February. May want to take a look ;)
Silly ETRF tried stacking the ask with millions at low .002's and now the best he can come up with is 250k at .0027 haha. All of a sudden the grumpies come out after the big asks get smoked. I wonder why? ;)
I'm in no rush either way as well, would't mind some more handouts that's for sure :)
Looks great so far, I'm sure the board appreciates it, I do
Dilution happens with publicly traded companies...it is their form of financing most of the time. The point is that it can create tremendous buying opportunities.

Sorry if those were yours. Cheers.
Good morning ECOS, lets have another wonderful day!
Not to mention the $350,000 a month is from 5 farms. The company has also stated, "ECOS is ramping up production to handle the 40 Anseong farms by September (12,000,000 liters/month). Mind blowing revenue possibilities here :)
Sitting with a current market cap of $1,551,948 with a projected $3,850,000 in annual revenue from Anseong alone! Sleeping giant about to wake up :)
Edit:
Using
Issued and Outstanding: 574,795,410
Restricted: 116,221,614
Authorized: 1,000,000,000
The 10Q in mid May is also going to be quite the event with the revenues being posted for the first time. A lot here on the horizon to keep moving with :)
Thank you for that. Sounds very promising! Looks like management's years of hard work is finally going to pay off
Time to really load up :) GO ECOS!
Will bounce from .06 IMHO
The fact that the dilution has stopped speaks volumes to me in terms of giving credibility to the new revenue sources. I hope you will share any response you may get back, appreciate the work. Have a wonderful afternoon!
Unless I am mistaken its fifteen calendar days, "will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date", and should be here Monday, like the last time they filed it late in 2011. Next week should be nice :)
Always easy to add more when its so undervalued :) Got a couple mil more in bids in case some more people want out before next week. GO ECOS
