Pictures on the internet? Don't invest in pictures? What??! I guess the reporters on the today show were taste testing photos? Sheeesh. Where does your bias come from?
GREAT FIND! UH OH! Another source calling Nightfood innovative.

Hey! At least you admit you don't know. Also, there are a lot of ice creams brands out there. If the big boys are watching, my guess is they would wait to see how well Nightfood does. There are about 40,000 grocery stores in the US ranging from conventional supermarkets to warehouse grocery.
https://www.foodindustry.com/articles/how-many-grocery-stores-are-there-in-the-united-states/
I don't know what the number would be if you include all the convenience stores, hotels, colleges and other possible points of sale. NIghtfood is in about 400+ stores. I hope this puts things in perspective. Nightfoods award winning, innovative product is off to a good start but has a long way to go.
That's a great idea. Hey Sput. How about trying the Pistachio. I'm curious if the aftertaste is just me.
You sure that's a good idea with your dental issues? LOL. Cookies and Dreams for TJ's Cookies and Cream. Nightfood doesn't have a peanut butter flavored ice cream so it would be difficult to compare. Why don't you just give your opinion on any other flavor of your choice? You could test the sleep factor and eat some prior to going to bed. I think on average most people eat about 1/2 the container at at time .
ROTFLMAO!!
"How can this be...I was told that NGTF ice cream is innovative?"
Multiple professionals and organizations say it is. What are your qualifications? That's what I thought...
"Looks like there will be no buyout"
Company is still too early for a buyout in my opinion. Give it some time.
"The big boys can just make this type of ice cream themselves and call it "Sleep Tight" or "Sleep Well"...and they already have all the resources they need to dominate the sleepy ice cream market."
So why didn't the big boys just create another brand to compete with Halo? They just bought them out instead of going thru the process of creating and marketing a new product. Makes complete sense.
If this was a good market do you think the big boys would be standing there like deer in the headlights?
How do you know they are not? Fact is you don't.

After manufacturing their first pint in early 2019, Nightfood ice cream is quickly establishing a national footprint. The brand has recently announced distribution in four of the top fifty supermarket chains in the United States. This includes over 100 locations of the Meijer supermarket chain throughout the Midwest, with concentration around the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Milwaukee, Lowe's Foods, with 78 stores in the Carolinas, and Harris Teeter, with over 250 locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, Delaware, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
On Feb 8, 2019, it was announced that Nightfood ice cream won the 2019 Product of the Year award in the ice cream category in a Kantar survey of over 40,000 consumers. On June 27, 2019, Nightfood announced it had won Best New Ice Cream in the 2019 World Dairy Innovation Awards.
Nightfood has recently expanded distribution and the award-winning ice cream is now available in over 400 high-volume supermarkets. This broad distribution footprint allows the Company to take advantage of Ibotta’s marketing programs, which are not tailored for smaller brands with narrow distribution.
Generally your statements are correct. Appears you learned first hand that you can lose a lot of money investing in the stock market. Keep in mind there are a lot of people that make a good living day trading and investing in the stock market. Millionaires have been made investing in the OTC. Time will tell if Nightfood is successful. Do you know the Halo story?
"Just a few years ago Justin Woolverton was pleading with US supermarkets to keep his reduced calorie ice cream tubs in their freezer cabinets.
Sales of his low fat, low sugar brand Halo Top were flat-lining, and stores were continually threatening to stop stocking it.
"We were hanging on by the skin of our teeth," says the 38-year-old, who launched the business in 2012. "We'd tell them 'leave us up there, things are going to turn around'."
Halo is now the best selling ice cream in the US.
I have tried several Halo ice creams. I think ours tastes better, has better branding and have come a long way in a short time.
"And yet you admit you wouldn't use the app."
I wouldn't use the app. I don't clip coupons. I'm not a shopper. It's pretty obvious lot's of people do use the app as evidenced by the large corporations (Nestle, Unilever, Hershey, General Mills and others) that utilize the service for marketing. Let me quote Uburoi ...
"Technology products like ibotta are likely geared to a certain population who like using coupons, or who are watching every dollar they spend. There's an entire population of people out there using technology differently, mainly Gen Y, which is part of NGTF's target market. I think it's brilliant. It's taking advantages of new ways of thinking aka new school thinking."
“We’ve been aggressive with our marketing investments, and we’re going to remain aggressive as Nestle and others are watching this space very carefully,” added Folkson. “Ibotta pay-per-sale pricing means we can spend aggressively without waste: we only pay when new customers redeem an offer and try Nightfood. Our initiatives with Ibotta can scale as we add more spend and as we add more supermarket locations across the country.”
“Our new customer acquisition costs with Ibotta will be a fraction of anything else we’ve been able to achieve through other strategies, including paid online ads and in-store product demonstrations,” explained CEO Sean Folkson.
I wouldn't use the app either but it works for companies like Talenti, Halo Top, Enlightened, Arctic Zero, Nestle, Unilever, Hershey and General Mills. I think they know more than YOU and me.
Google play store shows 10 million plus downloads of Ibotta with 366000 reviews with an average of 4.4 rating out of 5. Appears Ibotta does have issues but that's not NIghtfoods concern. Ibotta is another avenue to create more brand awareness and drive sales. Distribution. SALES. Profits.
Hard to avoid a potential huge winner! I purchased a pint of Halo Pistachio yesterday. I was very disappointed when I removed the top and there appeared to be an incredible amount of shrinkage. The level of ice cream was down about 1.5" from the top. The taste was also sub par to me. Barely resembled pistachio flavor and had and chemical aftertaste. I think it's from the Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol that Nightfood chooses not to use. The Nightfood flavors are incredible. Remember! DISTRIBUTION. SALES. PROFITS. aimho

Yeah. It's just hard to do! Especially when the spew is nonsensical unsupported bull corn.

Not for investors with a longer time frame to hold. Day traders and swing traders....sure.
"Show us the official profits. Even if the profits are small or nonexistent at this time.
By doing so would show transparency...and serious investors would respect that."
Can't show "official profits" yet and they surely can't show non-existent profits. That's what got Enron in trouble. Nightfood is an early stage growth company. Nightfood releases their transparent financials every 3 months.
Here is a good read for newbies....

Low volume is not necessarily a bad thing. Trading in any stock be it OTC or big board can reach what I call an equilibrium where no one is selling and no one is buying. It's a wait and see period. Waiting for more distribution and sales so we can realize profits. aimho
Kinda hard to show non-existent profits. That would be cooking the books wouldn't it? Also, the 10K is about as transparent as it gets. DISTRIBUTION FIRST! Get the product into any and every grocery, distributor, college, hotel, mom n pop convenience store and any other possible point of sale. Profits will come as distribution and sales increase. aimho
Who doesn't like ice cream!?
Supporting cancer awareness isn't going to sell more ice cream. It's going to support cancer awareness. Kudos to Nightfood.
Getting some product into hotel and/or colleges is no small feat. It's a start of something that could blossom into a major distribution channel. MOST people would agree!
"Nightfood ice cream is currently available in 4 major supermarket chains. These are Meijer, Woodman’s, Lowes Foods, and Harris Teeter. The product line has garnered extensive media interest from outlets such as Oprah Magazine, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and more. Consumers seem very enthusiastic about the prospect of a sleep-friendly ice cream. Management is working with these retail partners on various marketing and promotional campaigns to drive trial and repeat purchase at the store level."
All of this has occurred basically since January this year. Pretty phenomenal in my opinion.
Are you joking? Just the fact that it's available in a few of the "Staybridge Suites (InterContinental Hotel Group), Residence Inn (Marriott), and Hilton Garden Inn (Hilton)" hotels is enormous!! Distribution, no matter how big or small is growth. It's business smart to try and tap every market out there to see how the product is received. Distribution, sales then PROFITS!
" Hotel and campus distribution is not something management expects to significantly impact revenues or sales volume in the current quarter. However, this new distribution relationship, which makes these alternative retail channels possible, is viewed as a very valuable asset going forward.
Per the PR released 10-1-19......
“At this point, we are revising our internal distribution and revenue targets. 10,000 points of distribution could still happen in 2020, but we believe spring of 2021 is a more likely timeline. We will not be stating new revenue goals at this time due to the high level of unpredictability in these very early stages."
Previous projections have been removed from the website. Just trying to keep it real.
NIghtfood is headed for sub-penny! The ice cream isn't real! All of the deals are fictitious! SELL NOW! (sshhh, i need to cover). You are going to lose all your money like I did cuz I don't do good DD! All of the write ups by 3rd parties are fake!! SELL! SELL! (i want to get in as cheap as possible). There is no ice cream being sold by goPuff, Meijer, Lowes, Harris Teeter and all the rest! It's all fake! Nightfood is not innovative! All the awards are fake! All of the groups giving the awards are fake!! SELL! SELL! SELL! Nightfood is just mass hysteria in an effort to sell stock to the foolish investors who don't do any DD! SELL! SELL! SELL!
I forgot to mention that THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PROFITS YET!! Profits come before distribution and sales. How come they don't know that? SELL! SELL! SELL!
Hear! Hear! Way to go Nightfood!
Distribution and sales first. Profitability comes later. Business 101.
Not sure what you expect but Nightfood has come a very, very long way in a short period of time. When you first started following NIghtfood did you expect the price to shoot to $14 post haste? $10 maybe? Did you "drink the koolaide" at .92 looking for $7 and lose money? NIghtfood has gone from concept to sales very quickly. Distribution is growing. I would love the price to rocket to $25 right now or the market cap to be touching $1 billion but I understand the company is new. I have the patience to weather the normals ups and downs and price fluctuations that occur. NIghtfood has a plan and they are working it.
Most penny stocks don't have a product or the product is very vague and may just be an idea. NIghtfood has product that has won multiple awards, is generating some revenue and has growing distribution. It also has many raving reviews by several groups, MoMs Meet being just one. Most penny stocks have billions of shares authorized with an enormous float. That is not the case with Nightfood.
But there are no other innovative, award winning, great tasting ice creams that have entered the sleep friendly category.
"A recent survey found that more than half of Americans consider ice cream an evening snack, with an additional quarter classifying it a late-night indulgence. Ice cream was named the second most popular night snack choice, according to research firm Mintel.
The truth is, all that fat and sugar right before bed is actually disruptive to catching those zzzs. But since some traditions are not to be messed with, what if we could tweak that frozen wonder to make it a little bit less taxing on one’s body?
That’s the premise of functional food startup Nightfood’s line of what it calls “sleep-friendly” ice cream. Launching in February, the brand says its confections will complement the human sleep cycle.
The $4.99 pints, the company says, have a balance of fiber, protein, and (less) sugar, which its scientific advisors (sleep experts Michael Breus and Michael Grandner along with nutritionist and sleep therapist Lauren Broch) helped formulate. Ingredients include a protein that’s relatively low in lactose, as well as minerals, amino acids, and enzymes they say aid sleep and reduce acid reflux.
Nightfood comes in eight tried-and-true flavors like chocolate, vanilla, chocolate chip cookie dough, and decaf coffee, all tailored to promote better rest. The Cherry Eclipse flavor, for example, relies on a specific type of cherry that’s naturally highest in melatonin. Other products are made from Chocamine, a cocoa-based ingredient that tastes just like the real thing but without the caffeine kick.
“We looked at everything through the prism of sleep,” founder Sean Folkson tells Fast Company. “It’s not about, like, dropping an Ambien or some sleep aid into the product; it’s about making ice cream in a way that’s less disruptive.”
You commented on the PR of 10-01-19 where Nighfood revised projections. They are not projecting millions in revenue for Q4.....unfortunately. Some sold out while others purchased. The group currently holding shares are not expecting millions in Q4. Sean is working hard getting our innovative product into the potential sellers hands. aimho
Still at it huh? I don't think Nightfood can be lumped into your generalization as being like most penny stocks. NIghtfood is likely to be the exception to your post.
I'm jealous. My sample pack is gone and there is no availability here......yet.
LFAP is a scam but FLES is going to the moon??? LOL!!
Need to put a little red ball on the end of that nose. ..
Must have sold out quick.
