You have a link? All the links I saw said the 22nd. Google it.
Obama will be in Vegas a week from Friday, October 22. I wouldn't call this crazy. It could happen but would be top secret until that day. And yes, the Bill will be law by then so a grant would make perfect sense to help Harry Reid. Sure is strange considering Matt's announcement of lots of visitors the next couple weeks.
Thanks Tony. But I don't have much more to offer until we have some great news and get Pittman to sing praises to CBAI. I say by Christmas but expect a lot more news before the big event. Nite.
I'm not sure what that says. By the way, Matt answered the question I requested Neck to ask him last week. His answer was "yes". Nite nite all.
Good to hear Locks. All is good here. Interesting that Matt has a bunch of dignataries coming to visit. That is not by accident. Take care my friend. I'm over it.
Trust me. I'm done sharing. Matt told me he was giving a speech. He didn't say to who and I didn't ask out of respect. If he had wanted me to know to who I assume he would have told me. Then it got blown all out of proportion on here. So from now on I'll keep my conversations with Matt private.
Come on now Agent, I would stack my hours in the past against anyones. And that is no joke.
It's great they finally got these slim balls. Some like Sands have been ripping off investors for years. I hate for those that lost money though. Put them all under the jail as far as I'm concerned.
So then can we officially put you in the group of Doubting Thomas's?
Could very well be happening. Which would also cause others to want to consolidate too. I more like CBAI+Vita34+Lifebank. Then a name change to International Stem Cell Storage Company. LOL. But I truly have no clue. Just a guess.
That's certainly possible but I still think it is another company. Tick tock tick tock tick tock.
Just my opinion but I don't think it involves Cryo-Cell as they just turned down a buy-out offer and whatever Matt is talking about he was pretty confident in making happen.
I know I'm an idiot trying to use FB but I can't find the question. Can you help me find it?
Please let me know when the question is posted. We might get a quick response.
Just ask if the near-term "plan" to have another "knock me over with a feather" moment for CBAI is still in play?
That Matt would talk about making another major acquision near-term. One that would make uplisting possible. That wasn't a PR for all to see. Only those using FB and Ihub.
I thought he posted it on the FB page. When he talked about a month ago about having pulled off one knock me over with a feather acquisition when he bought Corcell. And that another was in the works. He also talked about uplisting. And he responded to CBAIWaiting about making false statements with Matt's reply being he doesn't boast in vain. I think investors would like to know he still feels confident about that.
Hey Neck, could you possibly post a question to Matt on the FB Investors page and ask if he can update us about the knock me over with a feather moment. Maybe something like Matt can you tell us if all is still going according to the "plan" on that? I just don't get on there often. And hopefully our team does better today.
I'll work on it when Matt returns to the office. I was shocked Matt said what he did on the FB Investors page that was posted on Ihub. An update might be possible.
It's not about me. Matt already told you something major is coming. Give him the benefit of the doubt for now. Big deals take a lot of time and energy. I came up with a new name for the company I like. How about International Stem Cell Storage?
Morning all. I don't watch the webinars as they are held for potential customers, not investors. I see there is a lot of distrust and anger this morning. That's fine. I can't defend myself or Matt right now. But by year-end you will all be singing praises to Matt IMO. And just for the record, I don't believe Matt is selling shares. A few at the most. We'll know when the next 10Q comes out. In the meantime, I'll wait and see, and others are free to sell and move on. See you guys in Vegas.
Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield insurance companies are franchisees, independent of the association (and traditionally each other), offering insurance plans within defined regions under one or both of the association's brands.

Here is one for you all to muddle. When Matt pulled off the last knock me down with a feather moment BCBS was involved for sure. Matt bought Corcell from Vita 34. BCBS owns about a third of Vita 34. Private investors from the US own about another third of Vita 34 and could be BCBS Independent owners. And a BCBS executive was on our Board until early last year. Could BCBS be involved in another knock me over with a feather moment with CBAI?
I'm beginning to believe that more and more lately. A definite possibility.
I have no clue. Locks has suggested BCBS Independent owners could hold a lot of shares with none being over 5%. Beyond that I really don't know. Matt and crew own less than 5% together I think.
Agent, I've been saying that for a couple of months now. I'm not an expert on SEC filing requirements but my understanding is once an outside company/person gets to 5% (beneficial owner), they have to file. And so far nothing.
And to answer TT's question. We have no outside beneficial owners as of the last 10Q. Which is surprising to me. Vita 34 was a beneficial owner until CBAI diluted.
I doubt it but nothing would surprise me. That would only be possible if Matt has found a big backer. I think it is more likely someone big is accumulating.
Is this old? Don't remember it and it isn't dated.

Cord Blood America, Inc. (http://www.cordblood-america.com) (OTC Bulletin Board: CBAI), the umbilical cord blood stem cell preservation company focused on bringing the life saving potential of stem cells, a biological insurance policy, to families nationwide and internationally, today said that clinical trials ongoing in the U.S. using umbilical cord blood in the treatment of cerebral palsy, high-risk hematologic cancer, injured spinal cords and Type 1 diabetes provide significant further evidence of the importance of storing umbilical cord blood at the time of birth.
"We are asked with some frequency why store these stem cells available only at birth. On our web site at www.corcell.com is a list of more than 70 diseases that are already treated by these stem cells, including acute and chronic leukemia's, severe aplastic anemia, Hodgkin's Disease, a number of inherited metabolic diseases and immune system disorders and malignancies including Ewing Sarcoma and Sickle Cell Disease," said Matthew Schissler, co-founder and CEO. "Once in a while, it is my duty and obligation to step away from the day-to-day and reflect on the larger scope of work in the umbilical cord blood stem cell arena. In doing so, I recognize that our loyal shareholders may not be privy to all of the data we receive, involving the outstanding studies with these cells. It is my hope that a simple statement such as this, can direct our shareholders to the resources publicly available."
"What is truly exciting is that the National Institutes of Health at www.clinicaltrials.gov now lists clinical trials ongoing at such prestigious research institutions as Duke University and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center to understand the possible usage of stem cell infusions for the treatment of intractable diseases, including Type I diabetes in children, cerebral palsy in children, chronic spinal cord injuries, lymphoma and other blood borne cancers," Mr. Schissler said.
"Also, there is research ongoing elsewhere in the world to use umbilical cord blood stem cells to combat Alzheimer's, cardiac disease, lupus, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, rheumatoid arthritis and stroke. This truly is an excellent time to be involved in this sector as we work toward our goal of becoming the most significant stem cell company in the world," said Mr. Schissler.
I do believe we will get some action today along with a PR. Have no clue if there will be any meat in the PR but I feel certain we will get one. Can't pass up this day without some comment IMO. As for the President, I'm not sure why he isn't putting some attention to this. If you search the subject of Stem Cell Awareness Day it seems only California is really on top of this.
If he really wanted to sign it today it wouldn't be a problem. If it was something he really wanted he could sign it the day after it had passed both Houses. No excuses.
If the President doesn't take time to sign the Bill today and recognize Stem Cell Awareness Day it would just be another missed opportunity for this guy.
There appears to be a conflict with that schedule.
President Obama on Wednesday will bestow the nation’s highest military honor for valor on a soldier who died after saving the lives of 22 men in Afghanistan.
Miller's parents and seven siblings will accept the award for Robert at the White House on Wednesday.

How do you difine on time filings? The law is 45 days from the prior quarter close and the only reason they missed that recently was adding in new non-US data.
I'm kind of getting the same feeling Mr Long. But the President still has to sign the legislation and that should finally get some attention when he does. Today is the most likely time to do it obviously.
Last post here also. Gruber most of it was posted on the Investors FB page. Many times people have posted email answers as well. For instance, I posted a comment from Matt about him selling shares. Night all.
Big game tomorrow. Can't wait. Hopefully CBAI and our team will be winners.
Neck, I didn't know your name was Pete?
It's possible. He could still PR this if he chooses. Perhaps tomorrow as I assume we will get something that has to do with the new law and it being Stem Cell Awareness Day.
The tooth fairy.
