Cashbuilder...just for the record if I didn't make another penny on WAMUQ I be more then fine, I have no lost a penny here, the fact that I want to have a plan B just makes good sense, I've brought this up several times and no one wants to talk about, including yourself, was that post supposed to be helpful?
"i.e if you shorted this stock and do not want to cover, all you have to do is "nothing!" is that a fact or an opinion? If it is a fact then why wouldn't every broker in the country short this into the ground right now, since there would be no consequences? I want to know the answer to this question, Do shorts have to cover? Could someone point me in the right direction?
I feel like I'm being backed into a corner here, so there needs to be a plan B, I'm just not sure I want to stick around for the new company. Finra says there are 39,163,415 shorts out there, if they have to cover before 2/29, and shareholders start voting and locking up their shares, how will they cover? So plan B? Hold until the last minute to see if the shorts start to cover, if not vote?
Not having a plan B is not wise, is it? Tried to have this conversation several times but not takers...
Got you thanks,
What U? have to do....(Im not short)I believe there are shorts that need to cover, just trying to figure out if I want to stay or go, if there is a short squeeze, that drives to price up I may decide to go, but I I've voted and my shares are locked up then, I can't right?
So here's a questions, if there are actually outstanding shorts out there will they have to cover? If I choose not to return my ballot, I get nothing correct? So if someone out there is holding short or counterfeit shares, and they do not vote or provide the releases their share just go away? Correct leaving no reason to cover....? I guess I was hoping for a short covering before the end for Feb. that might run the price up and provide an exit point for someone not wanting to hold the newco shares for and indefinite period of time.....any thoughts?
Anyone have an opinion about whether shorts will have to cover?
How much would someone have to play for a shell like this, any guesses

The key to this is Willingham, did he sell himself down river, for a huge lose and job? If they weren't happy with the deal they still had time to hold out. "The Equity Committee and its advisors are pleased with the result and look forward to and support the swift confirmation of the Plan," said Michael Willingham
Chill, We don't know the whole story.
ok thanks for the clarification
I thought she was saying compensation from JPM and the FDIC
She said no releases without compensation....

I saw that on another site and there was no link, so I did a search, looking for the story and came up with the link I provided.
Don't know how valid it is.
“IMF President Christine LaGarde, along with European INTERPOL, has frozen the $50 BILLION of MF Global derivatives tied to J. P. Morgan and has informed President Barack Obama, as well as U. S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, that European INTERPOL will soon indict Jamie Dimon of J. P. Morgan for currency fraud, counterfeiting and money laundering

Where are you that it's not legal? It's legal in the US, his account is a custodial account, with me as the custodian. I do agree there are better places to put money than in the pinks.
My son has had an account since he was 13 or 14
Then who bought the 30Mil today?
