The traders are going to to find out about this one of these days so we might as well help it along. I am going to take to all the mining boards and the promotional boards. One of them might pick it up and run.

On the positive side there certainly is no Pump and Dump going on from paid promotion and investors and day traders like that.

The problem is that the chart is ugly and technical's look bad. Maybe that can be overcome with a little good volume.

With all due respect I couldn't disagree with you more. Mining production begins on the Strand and Kimberly Mines this spring as previously reported. This is not a financially crippled company like most early stage miners who's only option is to dilute to pay the bills.

These guys have proven in other engagements that they know how to package and present to obtain the best financing possible.

With the current share structure they can only go to 200,000,000 shares and if you get what you pay for and get to production, hooray!

If you were watching recently another company NSR* put together a little drill assay report on another property and promoted the pps from sub penny to over $1.70 in six weeks. I can't see where the resource is substantiated.

There are lots of junior miner exploration stage companies that have excellent proven resources and need the financing to get to the next step and to production. As you know this is not an easy to bridge the gap.

This management team knows how to make it happen.

Hello Good DR. SHSH Ugly chart but new just broke that could and should rapidly change. I know from the current chart standpoint you will not be impressed but tie it together with the following Marketwire PR and you may see why I am excited and buying more.

Remember that these guys took US Silver from the penny's to over $1.00. They don't need to bang on doors, the money is banging on their door. My guess is that they have 100's of millions of suspect investors behind them just waiting for them to put together the right deals.

Compare the quality of their two acquisition to all the scammy BS deals and you find a huge difference in the quality and proven quantity of the resources. This is not exploratory property they are picking up. Only solid proven resources with short term production horizon.

I have been saying this all along. They were going to buy something else and sure enough they are off and runninge with the Strand Mine and now this. Somehow I just bought 15,000 more shares at Scottrade. The MM's must be asleep at the switch.

Watch for the dips created by the day traders and buy, buy, buy! Do whatever it takes to get to 1,000,000 shares or more at these prices and never sell this stock.

Do not buy into the hyper ventilated gyrations expressed by the short term players on the board. All they want to do is buy shares that you sell too cheap and sell them back to you at a higher price. They understand that fear and greed are what motivates people and they can find a lot of that on these boards.

They may all not be kids but they are certainly dispassionate day traders who have banned together to control the action. Frankly they do it quite well so I decided to give it a try this morning with a 600,000 share of my SNDY holdings. BINGO I sold high and bought back low and made $500 is about 2 hours. As soon as I put in the buy order way below the ask for that many shares the pps drifted down until bingo!..

The point is that these groups can push the pps to just about anywhere they want with the little tricks they use to scare you up or down or in or out.

I decided a few months ago that I needed to learn the penny stock game if I was going to make any money.

The gurus like DPS and a few others are out there. Find them and follow them and learn what they know and we can catch fish for ever.

SRCH Typical pattern we have become accustomed to. Traders driving up the pps and then dumping and taking the profits. Additionally, it is tax time and a lot of people need to get liquid to be able to pay taxes in April.

When the profit taking is over they will drive the pps back up. Without any news from the company we are adrift in the sea of hopes and dreams.

Statement of Beneficial Ownership by Luxor. Probably to recognize that Luxor exercised a bunch of options in recent months. This is an update of previous disclosure filings on the same subject.

The reason you are seeing negative messages is because these folks want you to sell your shares to them on the cheap. And, some people are doing just that. These are the day traders who sell high and buy low over and over again. It is an art and a specialty and these folks make a lot of money doing it every day. Look at the history of the short term spreads on SRCH and you will see why they love to play this stock.. We went up to $1.90 and look where they took it today. They don't care about the long term prospects of the company or about getting caught without any shares when and if the company makes it's blockbuster announcement. Their motivation is short term profits and that's it. Anyone who whats to play the can learn how buy utilizing the IHUB boards and educational tools available.

To keep the investor coming we need to sell the "sizzle" and not the steak. The affiliated day traders don't care one way or the other. You and I have been doing just that. I have been digging into the Company and Breast Cancer. Today's PR confirmed many of my good gut feelings about the company as a long term pioneer in this arena. Their actions prove to me that they know what they are doing and they have concern for their shareholders.

For those of you who are not marketing oriented, re-read my post where I describe the logic behind installing and operating out of 60 teaching hospitals. It isn't apparent on the surface how significant this strategy is. This alone will lead to hyper growth of this company and it could be a lot sooner than you think.

Hyper growth requires financing therefor the restructure of the o/s. I am pretty sure it is in response to the deal points and requirements of the investor/lenders who are bringing in the new money.

A 42% reduction in the common shares also almost eliminates any thought of a reverse split because it would dilute the value of any warrants that are issued along with or attached to the financing.

Solo's is a real company with seasoned management with real high demand medical products, operational and making a profit with plans to grow, grow and grow some more.

Is anything wrong with this picture?

Just one PR with the right stuff and we won't even hear the sound of this rocket taking off, it will grow so fast there will be no looking back.

Fortunately, it's not to late to take advantage of this investment phenomenon but who knows how long?

The Board's action as most likely been in the works for quite some and has nothing to do with the movement of the stock. It has everything to do with the future financial health and control of the company.

We will most likely find that the voting rights attached to the preferred shares will give management full control of company. This important when the company grants warrants an options to insiders and outsiders during the financing and growth phase of the company.

Management is making all the right moves.

The significance of the Board of Directors actions today is to say the least immense.

What this really means is that management realizes that they many many millions of dollars to fund the coming growth of the company and the lender/investors who are going to do the financing required the reduction in the number of common shares outstanding to be able to facilitate the financing.

Additionally, the way this was accomplished by swapping common for preferred shares internally does NOT dilute the common shareholders interest but greatly enhances their position. There just aren't too many management teams around who care that much about their shareholders to a short term hit. Hopefully, they retained the right to buy back those common shares if they so choose.

These guys are doing the right thing. In my opinion they don't have much choice because their mission in life is to reduce the mortality rate from breast cancer by 40%. They are driven by a power greater than themselves.

Looks like ATRN and SNDY are two entirely different companies Whereas ATRN's revenues and profits are predictable right now, SNDY's is unpredictable and has the potential to far exceed ATRN's, I mean way far. Now with the retirement of 150 million shares (I will discuss the ramifications in another post)that in itself is a set up for the well managed growth of the company. I own both stocks and will continue to accumulate while it makes sense. Probably for a very long time.

I believe an earler DD post found about 370,000,000 outstanding by contacting the Clearing House. Anyone else recall?

Does anyone know how you get to 680,000,000 shares when there are only 500,000,000 shares authorized per OTC Markets. Someone please check with the Nevada Secretary of State and look for the Authorized share count.

Isn't 150 million shares 42% of about 350 million outstanding? If 150 million shares equals 22% there would be about 680 million shares outstanding? HELP!

Many of my friends and family were alarmed by the 146% gain on Friday and afraid they were left standing at the station. Not any more!

Many penny stock investors (newbies) don't have ready funds so it takes a couple of days to load up to trade. You will see a turn around because of this dynamic. A lot of people are in the wings ready to take this stock down as the price bounces around.

Realistically, if the day trading groups have the horse power to overpower the stock, well,that is similar to the computerized robo traders on the big board.

Personally, I would rather work hard and find a gem like this company once in awhile and someday retire on the profits.

By the way, the noise made by the trading groups is one of the reasons you can even find one of these gems. Otherwise they remain obscure until they are forced to pay for promotions. Certainly not the case here.

Unfortunately, if all of us are going to play in the same sandbox we need to learn the rules of o the game for all the players. It is now obvious the run was well planned for a Friday this time around giving little or no time to react. Then a well planned concerted effort to unload on Monday morning when most of the part time penny stock traders are off to work somewhere and can't react.

Really, the only defense is to "ride the horse on the direction it's gong" and don't get lost.

This stock is sucking the air out of the room and fast. Surprising for a real company with a real product and no paid promotion or phoney baloney reports and assays.

CAT: Sorry but you are way behind the curve on this issue. This board devoted many hours of due diligence on Trout Fishing and Rock Creek, Cyanide Leach Systems, Montana mining in general, old and new state laws and lawsuits against miners bla, bla, bla. It may be hard for you to find anyone to go over this ground for you again. We fought some very bloody battles with the fraud squad that had the effect of changing nothing, including minds. In my opinion, entering this fray is a gross misappropriation of valuable time.

Right now it is very important for serious investors to focus on the opportunities that abound all over the IHUB Message Boards.

The LODE R/S is an example of a subsequent recapitalization to bring in preferred financing. It was never made public that the investors required the R/S prior to. They even changed the the name symbol from Goldspring GSPS to Comstock LODE. The dream of making millions with a high O/S count are immediately dashed with a Revers Split.

When the A/S is in the billions and the O/S is up to a billion or more and gotten there because of continuous dilution to finance operations the risk profile rises exponentially. Especially with junior minors and exploration stage companies.

An acquiring company can simply trade shares on equatable basis. An example would be to trade 1 share of the acquiring company for 10 shares of the acquired company with the high O/S. This is probably the strategy they will use.

Good DR. SNDY closed at the 200 day moving average. Resistance is at the the close of .0033. The RSI is at 70, volume is trending up and the D+ is at 39.71 and D- at 7.28. The pps is up from .0006 on December 25th. Do I smell a pullback coming or will it crash the barriers. All this looks good from my point of view but I like yours better, whatever that is. As I said it is serious business. Unfortunately, it is easy to assume that there is an implication of fraud because of the attempt to compare Hollis's actions with criminals. There are 1000's of cases that are resolved with settlement or dismissal. Perhaps some of those could be cited to expose the possibilities available and provide some balance to the discussion.

There is no doubt that you are a good researcher and a smart guy. I am sure you could make a strong contribution to the shareholders and maybe to yourself if you are one, if you chose to get as close as you can to the company and depart some of your knowledge directly.
