To get to this point in process optimization has required thousands of man hours, hundreds of bench scale tests and several thousand analyses.

So much effort to test, and so many analyses....and yet not a single technical report, nor any certified assays.

The only question is how much more money will be taken from investors before this delinquent company is suspended.

And remember, their claims that the slag has almost half an ounce of gold per ton makes no sense. The ores that were smelted to produce that slag pile never averaged anywhere close to half an ounce per ton of gold (there are several detailed USGS sources with grade information of the Jerome ores).

Somehow, the waste product (slag) has a higher gold content than the original ores? It's magic!!?

0.06 ppm gold? That is essentially non-detect and completely worthless.

"Head analysis of multiple sample splits by conventional and new analytical technology methods resulted in gold assay results ranging from N.D. (not detected) to 0.06 ppm, which is orders of magnitude lower than the content suggested in previous work by Arrakis and back calculated head assays."


"Any form of recovery analysis or assigning a head grade to the resource cannot be achieved from back calculations and will be rejected by the mining and financial industries."

"Although the resulting ‘less than one part per million gold’ in both the PLS solution as well as the VenMet precipitate demonstrates that the process either does not liberate sufficient gold quantities to justify the process or that sufficient gold quantities do not exist in the slag."

Samuel Engineering. Apparently they did a couple different work programs for SRCH, including a chain of custody process verification which came up well short of producing gold. Must be why they haven't put out a public filing in a year and a half and directors are bailing from the company...

No not Arrakis - a real engineering firm that people in the industry trust. Apparently the investor that informed me of this report knew about the work being done. Trying for figure out how many other investors knew about what was going on and why it was allowed to be swept under the rug...

Who produced that report - Arrakis? One of the keys to Searchlight's longevity has been to never, ever, produce a technical report of any kind. Just paraphrase, summarize, refer, and otherwise obscure the truth.

If you could get ahold of a copy of a technical report, it would be quite an interesting read.
