RSI went to zero in a heartbeat. Yeesh. You’re probably right. Bouncing back quickly.
Ok. Wtf was that. Falling off a cliff. I don’t see any news.
Mornin. Let’s rip!
Once a heaping pile of dogshit...always a heaping pile of dogshit. JNUG not U lol.
Thankfully I got out at $9.61. Missed the tippity top but glad to exit. Held thru the last dilution and have been holding under water prior to this run up. Got lucky. Made a couple G’s now on to the next. Adding LCA and KCAC on pullbacks.
Let’s keep this freight train running boyz. Come on Tillman pop your spaq cherry and get this merger done.
I get all the delisting issues. Simply stating the preferred dividends were significant and they didn’t balk, so they clearly have some money.
I don’t know if they have the cash...maybe it’s a renegotiation? Whatever the case $5 mill isn’t enough to bankrupt the company. They have revenue streams that can be grown. MLM is clearly a mess but you’d think with the e-commerce boom, they could have benefited. The management team clearly isn’t a savvy group, but coffee and cannabis divisions have value. They simply need to get their shit together and run the company as a publicly traded company should be ran. Clearly being delisted was inexcusable as it took much effort to get on the Nasdaq. 2018 gave them a golden opportunity to dilute for cash, if needed, and they missed the opportunity. The preferred offering wasn’t terrible had they put the cash to work. Idk but seems to me there is more to the story.
OGI. Been on my watch. Good times. EV sector is nuts but seems inflated so Ive been missing out
Some people have all the luck!
Been holding for months:
CGC
GRWG
CURLF
GTBIF
TCNNF
HEXO(flyer)
I’m still sitting on casinos and restaurants as well as some premerger spaqs. All ripping!!
You??
They’ve been paying hefty preferred dividends, what makes you think they don’t have a measly $5 million
It’s about time. Will be a huge seller.
Y doe? What’s causing this volume and move? I can’t find any news on it?
What the shiznit. Big volume. Steady decline.
Don’t worry about me. I don’t need to lie. I lost half a million dollars on a bio tech company 15 years ago so I’m not out to impress anyone or gain followers. I’m made a couple grand. No biggie either way.
So all hope is again lost. Yeesh
More than likely. I dumped half my shares at $49.99 when there was some liquidity on the run up, so I’m green regardless, but it still would be nice to get something out of my remaining 140 shares. Lotto play at $7.50 a share. Not going to break me.
Nothing beats my Ameritrade alerts ringing all day as she takes out my higher and higher price targets. Let’s keep this train rollin. Choo choo.
This is semi comical other than the fact that it cost me money....
This morning, I put a 40 share limit sell in for $10. They did a partial fill, took 3 shares and charged me a $7 commission. Bro, that’s rude.
Agreed. That’s a sector wide benefit. This needs to get converted. We missing this historic run.
Thanks for sharing. Lacking communication or a PR, this will more than likely drift lower.
If you don’t mind me asking, when did you receive that email?
Why would emerging markets follow a US market trend attributed to news of a covid vaccine progression?
This is a worldwide pandemic that effects consumer confidence and discretionary at every level. Good news in that regard effects all markets. Clearly Luckin coffee is directly tied to consumer confidence and spending and should react accordingly to news affiliated to their industry regardless if they are trading in OTC land, are a Chinese company trading on a US exchange, or haven’t provided audited numbers as of yet.
I’m not correlating an overall US market move based on solely US indicators to a move in Luckin coffee share price, although at times it will move with sectors within the market. I am correlating a positive news covid related pr that spiked the US markets, particularly equities tied to a retail reopen trade, which should have an equally positive reaction to all markets globally with regards to positive vaccine progression and economic reopening in all countries.
Heavy volume. 50% haircut. So glad I stayed away from this heaping pile of dog$hit. Anyone soliciting investors towards a scam like this should be ashamed.
Crazy bad
Disappointing price action with so much momentum in all markets.
Capital expenditures will more than likely wipe out any gains created by debt forgiveness
Still hangin. Waiting on the numbers.
One would expect a residual pop in the eastern markets given the news and US market action, which will hopefully translate to a move in Luckin. Being a worldwide binary event that benefits consumer discretionary, if Luckin could add in some positive data, we should be off to the races.
That seems convenient. Funny how they leave out those tiny details when they PR the data.
SRNE needs to get there shit together and get something to market or it’s all going to be too little too late. I’ve got way too much money in this turd.
Wish Tillman had this converted last week. Hurt to miss today’s move. More room to run when it does I suppose.
2 billion dollar order cancelled. Vaccine imminent. No longer a demand for PPE. Kidding sorta.
Glad I sold this POS on Friday.
The giant has awoke
560k market cap. 2 billion dollar PO? 9 million share float and 500 million shares traded today! Damn. This about to bust.
That’s odd too. No market maker to move the price based on demand so it’s up to the seller to create a higher ask, and many may have been fine exiting at $10. Idk. Weird wacky shit here.
That’s an optimistic point of view. Certainly plausible based on share purchases made today. If insiders created the selling yesterday, then who came in to buy today?
Something is clearly being interpreted very different by many. It’s like the election...you’ll be able to make a case based on what side you’re on. I’m in limbo here. I didn’t like the way the 10Q read, but the buying volume today has me feeling there is more to the story.
Agreed.
I interpreted the 10Q as the fat lady has sung. No money. We done.
I have to admit something strange here. Given the 10Q details, the buying volume is confusing and is almost near the sell-off volume from yesterday.
I was expecting a further sell-off. This is odd.
Yep. Nothing left to see here. This be toast.
Do you have a link to the PR?
Yup. That can’t be good. Probably an insider or someone in the know that tomorrow looks bleak. The delisting news is slated for tomorrow so.....
