You're not viewing this clearly. KSWJ is a Grey Market stock. That means the MMs don't have to fill your orders unless they feel like it. The stock will continue to trade with a huge spread for some time to come.
You really are beyond dim.
snicker...
The brokerage industry is mounting an increasingly active campaign against Utah regulators in a frantic attempt to prevent the growing scandal around naked short selling from seeding regulation in other states.
And doesn't Essary claim to be "unbiased"?
Hello?
The only way anyone will pay attention to the Harrison lawsuit is
if he files it, otherwise it will get ignored, overlooked...
You don't find that comment, um, blazingly obvious? If a lawsuit isn't filed, it doesn't exist.
Harrison's lawsuit is another form of scam.
Really? It was Urbie and his cronies who ripped off CMKX shareholders. Why shouldn't they sue?
I'm looking forward to the Vancouver based lawsuit exposing these clowns to the public. Once their identities are known, there's going to be a lot of people who will feel very foolish for ever following these touts ramblings.
From the pyschological point of view, it interests me that the CMKX True Longs have such a deep need for this self-styled "gurus". They have no qualifications. They don't know anything about the financial markets They don't really have sources. They're never right.
And yet very few over there are willing to try to call them out.
lol, this one's even funnier.

That should dispel all doubt that Elo just makes stuff up.
Welcome to the CMKXcentric alternative universe.
CMKX fallout having much effect on Wall Street.
It [short selling] also creates an uneven playing field the way it's set up and managed.
Yes, it does. Shortsellers are at a considerable disadvantage compared to longs. I think that should be changed. We do need a level playing field.
For example, we can't short overbought stinky Pinkies economically. Why not? I can think of a great many that are insanely overpriced.
For God's sake.
Did you forget CMKI was the old CMKX ticker?
Yes, it was. And now it's somebody else's ticker. Do you find this concept difficult to grasp?
LOLOLOLISSIMO!! Excellent summary!
lol, I believe that means "sister-in-law".
A friend of mine who is also a shareholder of CMKX has just informed me that his SIL (who is also a shareholder), told him that tomorrow DHL is scheduled to make 60,000 deliveries.
These people are INSANE.
For God's sake.

Did you fail to notice that this company has nothing to do with CMKX? And that it's located in South Carolina?
Hey Janice. What's Up? You gave up on PAIM and BCIT.
Huh? I'm still posting on the PAIM board. Haven't posted at BCIT in awhile because nothing's happening.
He wasn't any smarter then than he is now.
Bedtime, Acca. I can hear your Mommy calling.
I do. Could be a Mac thing.
For some reason that site doesn't work for me.
Exceedingly lame, Acca. Please try to be original, if you're capable.
This guy claims to be a friend of Deli's:

Breakout, Deli bought many shares.
Not just rendall's. He bought in excess of 4 billion shares, retained 2+billion for himself and sold the rest. The purchase numbers are conservative, and the process by which they were bought and sold and possibly to whom is the problem.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=287787
lol, I think Acca's only paying us a visit because RB's so hosed it's pretty much unusable.
So do the rest of them. I hate to break this to you, but the SEC takes a dim view of people disseminating arrant lies about companies they're investigating.
Very encouraging! Which others of you are they going after?
Oh good!
You're ordering your ass to be patient? Wooooo....
Then you don't qualify, Acca. You're anything but educated.
What can I say? Boredom can drive one to take desperate measures.
And I confess that I really do wonder what Deli's been up to. If it's selling unregistered stock, I can imagine that he might have problems.
This month? I thought it was supposed to be this week.
Yes, lawyers always prefer cash. But if Urbie's scarpered to Canada and refuses to pay up, then maybe Stoecklein would take his pay out of the Entourage stock.
And maybe it's just another baseless rumor.
lol, AGAIN? I don't think anyone's been minding the store there in a long time.

Looks like if Deli is in hot water with the SEC for selling shares and not being a registered broker, That only means that they are widening their scope of investigation IMO. Many heads may roll here before it's done, makes you go Hmmmm. Probably why the rumor mill is ceasing IMO. Don't think the MM's and brokers and so called shorty arent aware of this SEC investigation. If criminal acts are found by Deli, that will tie him to UC and therefore a settlement is out of the question IMO. The SEC will not reward the cmkm company for illegal acts. And as for the shareholders , well we will see what happens

lol, it's boring here tonight... You're not obliged to believe in any of the rumors, dear. This isn't RB.
Another interesting rumor:

There is a problem with Stoecklein and CMKX.
Stoecklein is in possession of the ETGMF 45 million share certificate.
Stoecklein has a past due bill for CMKX legal representation that CMKX has not paid.
Stoecklein is threatening to take a certain amount of the ETGMF stock dividend as compensation for unpaid CMKX legal representation.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=287217
I don't think his bill could be quite that high yet, but give it time, lol...
Pedro:
An additional 290 ETGMF claims have lapsed.

This is also interesting.
Not personally. But I have spoken with a few board members who said they knew many people who have purchased small numbers of shares from Deli, plus I know he's been cooperative with the TF in terms of informing them of cert transfers he's been involved in.
If true, you really have to wonder why Frizzy would want any part of it.
Ohhhhhhhhh yes!
Sucks to be Delidog...
I KNOW that if I was one of those people that had put in $20K + (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT PUT IN OVER $100K), I would be leading the pack for a lawsuit. But, since Delidog bought most of my shares (albiet at a loss for me), I really have no reason to sue. That was another one of UC's strategies, you know. Get his good friend Deli to buy up shares from the message boarders and Paltalkers, so that they too would have less of a reason to sue. Can you imagine if all those people that sold to Delidog still had to get certs for their position? You know, Deli was not only buying shares in cert form. If you have an Ameritrade account, you were able to transfer the shares right to his account, after which, UC could buy them from Deli and they could just disappear from Ameritrade's books.

The SEC isn't gonna like that one bit.
Not if they are not ever made to cover their short positions in a timely manner.
You seem unable to understand that a short play is just like a long play, but in the opposite direction. What if someone told you you have to sell every position you took after a specific amount of time had passed?
You don't even begin to understand how shortselling works.
lol, I'll have to think of some ingenious things to do with mine. Not enough room in the freezer for all of 'em.
