I explained why I'm here.
Nobody's shorting KSWJ.
Once it really starts screwing up for me, I can't get back to the message list. Or anywhere else.
What happens with you? The kind of error messages I get suggest to me that they're doing their ads differently, and that that's hosing everything. What's odd is that at first I just get an "Ooops" message. Then I can go back to the previous post and go on. But after ten to twenty minutes it gets worse, and very soon I can't get to messages at all. If I then go somewhere else and return to RB after about half an hour, it works once again. Maybe.
You disappoint me, Gump. I have only one RB alias. Now what's the "new" one I'm supposed to be using?
As noted in another context, you're extremely gullible. You're immediately prepared to believe what these cretins are saying, whether it's nonsense about me or about CMKX.
And your point is? You still actually believe that Urbie is a saint?
Michael, how sad that you don't realize that I only post as myself. My style is quite recognizable.
And these days I'm not even reading the RB board. RB's done something to its website and it'll only work for me for about ten minutes till I start getting error message. My guess is that they've done something to their code, and have forgotten that some people have Macs.
what if Entourage applies for this new listing on the Canada exchange TSX and then in order to IPO they use CIM shares reverse merged into the markets,..
What if this person got a brain transplant?
Yes, that does sound reasonable.
I've followed a lot of scammy stocks, and it never fails to amaze me that most of the con artists who run them don't have the sense to cut and run when logic dictates that they should. Many are sociopaths. They think they can talk their way out of anything.
Naturally I'm not saying George is necessarily any of the above...
Far as I can tell, you and a few others here are the only ones hurling insults.
And no, you didn't know how suspensions worked. You kept confusing the reasons given for them with the reasons given for revocations of registration, which is an entirely different matter.
Yep. Big boiler room there. But they're a very united group, and they've all called their certs and registered them, far as I can see.
lol, I wonder if he just stayed in Vegas for the rest of the week because he was sick and tired of all the annoying phone calls.
Actually, I came here because most posters didn't seem to understand how suspensions work.
You among them.
1) To give George time to put some distance between himself and his shareholders, it would appear.
The company has supplied all documents requested by the Securities and Exchange Commission and anticipates a resolution will be forthcoming.
A resolution of what, exactly? Why didn't George explain that? Obviously there's been no "resolution" of any kind.
2) Once again, in an attempt to reassure shareholders. There still isn't any real information about the extraction process. What there is is a phony address and phone number.
3) Because, in the wake of the suspension, Pink Sheets demanded that?
4) I have no position in this stock.
More bullshit. I find it more interesting that Emmerson Koch has sold his Entourage stock.
But you must admit
That doesnt give rocker the right to naked short his company!!??.
Patty hasn't accused Rocker of shorting OSTK naked.
Judging from how many certs have been processed this week, the "dedicated assistants" have been goofing off in Frizzy's absence.
Mano is one of the "Belgiums".
I think it's more likely that the caller, who's had more than one SPOTD, didn't really understand what he was being told.
You're exactly right on. George would have not even bothered to put out that press release if this stock was a scam.
Surely you're joking. ALL scam companies put out PRs. Usually they put out lots of them.
Oh my!!
Obviously you don't know how to read financial statements, Jimmy.
And they do indeed need to "improve internal business processes". Patty really screwed them up last year.
His own father says he may leave the board of directors. What does THAT tell you?
This has been discussed here before. It seems to me that if a company intends to offer a "dividend" or a "distribution" outside the system, no one within the system has any delivery requirements.
Years ago, many big companies used to send Christmas presents to investors. I remember my grandfather getting baskets of sugar from Domino. That was a kind of divvy. It wasn't delivered by brokers, obviously. Neither they nor anyone else in the system was involved in the process.
If the company is selling shares, it is true that the float is increasing but the market doesn't know that at the moment.
Sure the market knows it. There's more supply than there should be, and so there's no upward pressure.
If investors are willing to buy millions of shares, you would think that MMs would want to raise the price.
They don't care. They make money on the spread.
Seems like they are working against the company since the company is selling shares to raise funds and wants to get the best price for their shares, I would think.
They don't care about the company either. What they ARE working against is market sentiment. If traders want to buy, MMs are obliged to sell. If traders want to sell, MMs are obliged to buy.
Yawn. Bobo needs to get up to speed. That's been tried a million times and it never works.
This is significant in a way that I've never seen before. Why? Because they are going to do a public test of the system, and have the O'Quinn law consortium standing by to sue the crap out of the miscreants, should they attempt to game the system.
What CXN is proposing is simple - they are doing a one-for-one swap on their paper certificates, with a new CUSIP number and name for the newly issued shares.
But more significantly, they are issuing a special class of share that will not carry a CUSIP, but will have substantial future cash value. And you can only get it from the company.
Because it doesn't carry a CUSIP, the system can't hypothecate the shares - meaning that the brokers can't just ledger over some bogus D share IOUs, created out of thin air. Which means that every person that owns or buys CXN in the next few weeks will need to get their certificates from their brokers, and then contact the company, to get the new shares AND the D shares. No paper, no D shares. Simple.
Maybe you (and Bobo) should take a look at the company itself. The truth is that its fat substitute just hasn't caught on, any mroe than Olestra did years ago. The stock's significantly overpriced as it is.
Why do all these little companies think their stock somehow "deserves" to have a higher price, when their fundamentals simply don't warrant it?
True. But his "speculation" really only reveals his ignorance of the subject. Over the years, I've found brokers--full service and online--to be shockingly ignorant about a great many things.
But then they're not market anlaysts; they're salesmen.
lol, no. They had bread.
Peppers, tomatoes, and potatoes. Food back then must have been pretty boring.
lol, there's a first time for everything.
They didn't have hot sauce, either. At least not in most parts of the world.
Definitely musta been...different.
That's why everyone drank beer all the time until about 150 years ago. Men, women, children.
LOL!! Well hey, it can be bad for you.
Never make excuses for incompetent managers, Jimmy.

Beer is good for quenching the flames. Water is NOT.
That can happen when a stock's moving quickly in either direction. Though I suspect that wasn't the case with BKMP.
lol, you should have enough to last you a pretty long time...
Unless you give a party, of course. Should you do that, have a videocam handy to catch reactions.
I imagine you will see it as proof that the total share count must be large.
Yes, I would. And anyway, you can't really tell which trades are buys and which are sells.
By the way, Jimmy, did you catch OSTK's earnings report? Not good. Not good at all.
Patty needs to spend more time tending the store.
Yep. Did you see that crazy "position paper" Halpern wrote? Absolutely demented.
hmmmm, that's interesting. Maybe it does have something to do with the carrots. No horseradish in it....
