Yep. I just loved the IOMG squeeze back in 1996. As you say, a real squeeze is unmistakable.
The only short squeezes I've ever seen, and they were explosive, were on blockbuster legit news and they were Nasdaq stocks.

Amazingly we are already getting offers to settle from company reps. I don't think that will work.
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=288972
Interesting, if true.
LOLOLOLOL!!
Okay, so he's not entirely demented, except that he seems unable to recognize the difference between the NASD and the SEC.
And what "settlement" is he referring to?
At least he has THAT much sense.
I think Gump will LIKE that. He needs excuses.
snicker, in just what sense is the NASD a "child of Joe Kennedy Sr"? WHEN was the NASD created?
Perhaps Bud was thinking of the SEC. But then he doesn't think all that clearly. Ever.
And then there're the the shares that haven't been entered on Frizzy's confirmation list. What a dreadful mess.
But this is extremely entertaining. Somebody really needs to explain to ol' Bud what "separation of powers" actually means.
http://cmkxunitedforum.proboards70.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1149558...
lol, even THAT should make it easier for them.
lol, why does he apparently think I need to be "traced"? Anyone with half a brain could "locate" me within ten minutes.
Sorry, bucko. That's just propaganda put out by CMKX True Longs.
You wanna stay employed?
I suspect he didn't, and even now doesn't, admit that he sold out. But the first day he aligned himself with Urbie, he allied himself with the Other Side. And God knows that's not in the interests of the shareholders.
lol, it's the first time ANYONE has tried to do this. She apparently wants to "promise" to pay you for 90% of your investment....in five years. Given the many imponderables, that doesn't sound like a very good deal to me.
But apart from that, I don't see how she can do it without either making a tender offer or declaring a reverse split.
True, but our capital markets aren't, thank God, run by the likes of Pat Robertson.
Perhaps Pearl should read up on this:
http://www.sec.gov/answers/tender.htm
Yeah, that's gotta be it...
Oh for God's sake.
He believes that the reason UC cannot say anything to the shareholders at the moment is because UC's attorneys are wanting him to clear some things up with the SEC.
That, I suspect, is a gross understatement.
I'm liking Frizzy less and less.
snicker....
lol, good point.
It is my understanding the cost to have L2 on pinksheets.com is quite high...
It isn't. Once it was $185 a month; I think now it's $200.
I just entered all my Cert numbers in the task force site and I about fell over. Out of 5 certs only 2 were listed as having been received ( some 6 mil ). 3 certs ( the larger ones ) were NOT listed as being received..some 22 mil.
Please re-check your cert # and make sure their counted because I never thought to recheck until today..so you can add 22 million more to the list..
http://www.cmkmtaskforce.com/confirmrequest.php
Thanks,
Pat
I have posted this a another board and so far we have found over 50 mil shares not counted in the last couple hours....People check yours again.,..Just for grins if nothing else.

Others report the same. lol, no wonder Frizzy thinks brokers have been denying shareholders their certs.
but its not a reverse split its a bond they are using to buy back the stock. Its my understanding that it is 100% allowed.
Otherwise known as a form of tender offer. If she wants it to be a tender offer, then she has to make it a tender offer.
If she wants to reduce the size of the o/s by 90% "automatically", she has to file to do a reverse split.
She can't just take stock out of your account because she feels like it.
No, Pearl's saying that. She said that the stock "rarely ever" trades below 0.0001.
I know I've said this many times before....
CMKX traded below 0.0001 for months. A number of retail investors joined in the fun. They called their brokerages to get the trading range. Don't know if they placed telephone limit orders, or just used market orders. The last, I think, would have been extremely foolish.
But some bought as low as 0.00006, and some sold as low as 0.00003.
The only way she can make it "mandatory" or, in her own words, "automatic" is by filing to do a reverse split.
i havent seen anything about a reverse split.
and the buy back looks to be 100% mandatory no matter what.
(A) Supply and demand determines the price per share but the stock rarely ever trades below .0001.
I take this to mean that sometimes it does.
Here's the key point among all the fluff:
(A) We are currently considering making the conversion automatic, so that we accomplish the goal by reducing the number of common shares outstanding without a reverse split.
So she's thinking of doing a reverse split. I believe she'll have to.
but there are 2 billion Objecting Beneficial Owners according to ADP....
Only ten times more people than there are in the United States, lol...
Dontcha just love it when people "exclaim" things in PRs?
90% of everything is going to the debentures........
Only if she figures out a way to do that. Still nothing on the Daily List, and if she needs to file with the Nasdaq to do a reverse split, she should have done it ten days before the 15th.
You're not viewing this clearly. KSWJ is a Grey Market stock. That means the MMs don't have to fill your orders unless they feel like it. The stock will continue to trade with a huge spread for some time to come.
You really are beyond dim.
snicker...
The brokerage industry is mounting an increasingly active campaign against Utah regulators in a frantic attempt to prevent the growing scandal around naked short selling from seeding regulation in other states.
And doesn't Essary claim to be "unbiased"?
Hello?
The only way anyone will pay attention to the Harrison lawsuit is
if he files it, otherwise it will get ignored, overlooked...
You don't find that comment, um, blazingly obvious? If a lawsuit isn't filed, it doesn't exist.
Harrison's lawsuit is another form of scam.
Really? It was Urbie and his cronies who ripped off CMKX shareholders. Why shouldn't they sue?
I'm looking forward to the Vancouver based lawsuit exposing these clowns to the public. Once their identities are known, there's going to be a lot of people who will feel very foolish for ever following these touts ramblings.
From the pyschological point of view, it interests me that the CMKX True Longs have such a deep need for this self-styled "gurus". They have no qualifications. They don't know anything about the financial markets They don't really have sources. They're never right.
And yet very few over there are willing to try to call them out.
lol, this one's even funnier.

That should dispel all doubt that Elo just makes stuff up.
Welcome to the CMKXcentric alternative universe.
CMKX fallout having much effect on Wall Street.
It [short selling] also creates an uneven playing field the way it's set up and managed.
Yes, it does. Shortsellers are at a considerable disadvantage compared to longs. I think that should be changed. We do need a level playing field.
For example, we can't short overbought stinky Pinkies economically. Why not? I can think of a great many that are insanely overpriced.
For God's sake.
Did you forget CMKI was the old CMKX ticker?
Yes, it was. And now it's somebody else's ticker. Do you find this concept difficult to grasp?
LOLOLOLISSIMO!! Excellent summary!
lol, I believe that means "sister-in-law".
A friend of mine who is also a shareholder of CMKX has just informed me that his SIL (who is also a shareholder), told him that tomorrow DHL is scheduled to make 60,000 deliveries.
These people are INSANE.
