Awesome.
Hi all,
So with the increased O/S count, upcoming audited financials and up listing off the OTC do you think there will be a Reverse spit? If so, any guesses at what that would look like?
TIA
We said the same thing about the following, did we sell 1?
stratellite
magic money
magic phone
vozbrasil
no mas cables
skystat
argus
International Wholesale Carrier traffic
StratVOIP
CenterLine
HotZone
TAO
SAS-51
IPW
Englewood Corporation
Reverse splits traditionally have hurt penny stocks. There are WAY MORE examples of bad than good. I'm sure someone has researched that can post. (and be sure and don't forget to add WSGI's (Globetel) past RS history!)
I have 180,000 shares, most I've owned for 6+ yrs. I'm about $40K in the hole and not (imo) because of bad DD on my part but because over the years I've been lied to, strung along, played into a scam but most importantly I believed trusted and wanted.
Anybody that thinks this stock is going up up up please contact me and I will make a deal that you can buy mine at .25 when the price hits .50
Research,
IF and when the SP goes down to .0666 I will be buying more. :)
I think it would be interesting to know WHO Solidor Investments is since they were seemingly just created in March 2012.
I would like to know the connection from Greenhouse Investments to Solidor. Are there the same 'people' in both orgs?
I would surmise that this PR reflects the ongoing attempt by Greenhouse to 'clean up the house' at CODA group and get their financials in order and ready for audit.
It doesn't take a genius to see that CODA has a unique product and patent in the EchoScope. Sales to Lockheed are HUGE; apparently the 'rental' program that was set up are selling out and more government (here and abroad) dollars are being allocated to homeland security which the EchoScope can assist in. Greenhouse/Solidor are in a great position (as are we shareholders) esp. if they can get off the pinks. Once that happens having 40% stock ownership provides a lot more leverage ESPECIALLY if a bigger fish wants to come a long and assimilate.
Just my opinion on this PR.
Nice post Silky
Bob, IMO if the "said various government agencies" really wanted it wouldn't WSGI be putting out a PR about a sale or two of the BiB?
In my mind this is a very suspect PR.
I feel your pain. It's time to put some REAL pressure on these guys. I don't like feeling like someone stole from me and for 6 years I gave the benefit of doubt, support and space to produce. Nothing has happened. It is criminal if they don't produce and sell something. Heck it wouldn't have taken me 6+ years and millions of dollars to build a tethered balloon device stuffed into a box. I could of done that in about 6mos. by myself for around $32,000.00.
I'm ticked... no more head in the sand waiting and waiting, hoping and praying and supporting. Unbelievable, how do people like this sleep at night? Unless they show me a product and sales they are now thieves to me.
Hey WSGI, how about some pictures of the BIB(tm)? Maybe some actions shots? How about a link to that video mentioned in the PR? And don't say wait until the show, showing folks now may make them want to go to the show.
No Sinful, I think this PR is just like GW Bush Sr.'s war on drugs; just a way to distract the public from the real issues.
I love some of the wording "intent to unveil"
"that is intended to be mounted" (how about CAN BE)
"in response to interest from various government agencies" sure sounds like those various agencies are no longer interested, if they were why go on a dog and pony show.
And this "expected to attract thousands of attendees" WOW, thousands! Now tens of thousands is a show.
Just bitter - $32,000.00 in loses so far.
Barf bag in a box now there's a wsgi product. Love the wording in this PR.
Had 909,090,000 now down to 90909.
Anyone know or willing to wager a guess at how much revenue was generated from the sale to TT Marine?
Isn't that what they call 'naked short' selling?
Hmmm no responses to the link/news story I posted.
I thought for sure someone would comment. The last paragraph or so was interesting bringing up the new laws about surveillance.
Anyone post this link yet? Sort of encouraging.

This clips tells it all, just like WSGI...I want my two dollars!
(Actually it's $40,000)
The big question and the big news to shareholders and traders would be how much is this partnership/sale worth?! Did Coda get paid anything or was there a payment during the testing phase? What are the revenues?
Seems like things have settled down now.
Anybody know how many shareholders there are now as compared to a week ago?
OMG, OMG, OMG we might hit .04!!!!
Yeesh, I think my APS is still $1.25 or something ridiculous like.
Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me.
Agreed. That's exactly what I'm hoping for and why I'm holding til at least next Jan/Feb. Good luck to all of us.
Lots and lots of reasons I can think of. Statistically I don't feel you can call a real trend after only compiling 8 positions (4 x 2).
I would agree after seeing 6-8 years of quarterly.
I would rather look at where their income came from in the those 4th qtrs. Maybe it was military related, they have a history of 'timely' spending.
Love ya OTC but not buying the "season" thing.
Winter here is summer elsewhere in the world and CDOC is worldwide (and I'd wager more world than US).
Just saying.
Well yes and no imo.
I think that the past history of the company plays a part.
The fact that we are on the pinks is a factor.
Financials are unaudited for now.
Not a lot of shareholders percentage wise.
I believe it is a little undervalued. Maybe should be around .15-.20 soon.
I also think that the fact that we are now held by a company that's interests are $$$ and not ocean related is interesting AND soon to be held by a new venture SOLIDOR. What's up with that? I'd like to know more about this move.
In addition, something that sort of slipped by in the report. WHY has the chief architect of the EchoScope left to pursue his interest in sleep aptnea? Bothers me a little as a long term sh. If Coda is on the verge of growing rapidly wouldn't he want to stay? It looks like he is still on as a consultant but hmmm...
Not a lot of investors in this stock right now imo so leverage is high even for an individual (45000 X .088 = 3996) which is not a lot of money.
I'd like to see us stay above .08 for a bit until new news comes up and bumps us to .10 to stay until next qtr financials.
Nah, just MM's trying to spook us longs into selling.
Sorry I thought we were talking share price comparisons and financials as output by the company based on your first post.
I have no idea what you are trying to say in your response. Can you clarify?
Great job Hoss! Liked the info.
One comment, if radio programme is for mass public consumption remove the profanity. Makes it more professional in my humble opinion.
Thanks for getting it out there!
Mike,
So what does that mean exactly; converts to $1.05 a share.
Are you saying that CDOC is undervalued by a buck? How did you get that figure? Just trying to learn here.
Thanks, and thanks to the other replies.
Can anyone shed light on this paragraph from the report. Esp. the last sentence?
Since February 21, 2008 our Balance Sheet also includes a $12 million convertible secured debt (“Debt”)
in favor of Greenhouse Investments Limited (now assigned to Solidor Investments Limited). Under the
terms of the Secured Loan Agreement relating to the Debt, the Company has an obligation to pay
coupon of 8.5%, payable bi-annually. A primary focus of our restructuring has been to rehabilitate our
income statement in such a way as to reach a level where the annual coupon obligations associated with
this Debt are serviceable. Current revenues and costs levels of the Group are in keeping with the 8
obligations of servicing this Debt. As of April 30, 2012, the principal Debt amount plus accrued and
unpaid interest amounted to $15,363,643.
With this level of debt, the failure to maintain our SG&A costs at around $6 million per annum and
achieve revenues in excess of $16m per annum would threaten our ability to sustain our profitability
going forward.
At face value these look good. Any CPA's out there wish to comment? I'm looking at the balance sheet and am a little confused.
Welcome to the mine LiCharTin.
Acumen,
Don't be nasty. I'm like Mt.B, been here a long time wishing, dreaming, hoping and now praying. Doesn't mean we are liar's or bad people, just dreamers. Send your comments to the company instead I say.
Well I too, like acumen and others are getting weary.
How long does it take to build a product? I've been an investor for 8 years and really haven't seen anything other than some prototypes and some of those were built by other people (later acquired).
I say let's put the heat on the company and 'show us the beef'!
We are now "World Surveillance GROUP", we've supposedly got GTC and Eastcorp and some university something or other etc.
While we are waiting on the Argus how about building some other things and stay ahead of the curve? My god back when there were Blockbuster's they could put those buildings up in a weekend; seriously.
My personal pumping of this company is starting to move towards dumping unless something happens pdq.
Wow volume at 200. This thing is taking off! Or should I say the stock is 'tethered'. :)
I read that also. So it is basically a sit and wait game for now.
(A) waiting on the quarterly due out by June 15th
(B) waiting to see if they file 'audited' financials in the fall?
If they are putting more money in to sales and marketing I'd like to see that in the form of more news reports, radio, TV etc. Time to hire a PR firm maybe?
I would think, and I'm not a mind reader, but since the majority of shares are owned by Green and Co, they stand to benefit the most by a stock rise. Wouldn't you, if in their position, dump some money into the group to get more exposure?
Nupapa,
Good points. I agree but I would also like to see them start the push off the pinks and onto a more respectable board. Doing so would make them a lot more viable for an acquisition. I think as investors/owners we need to start questioning more and asking the current powers that be what their plan and time line is to get us off the pinks.
There is no denying (or is there?) that this company has products and sales but WHY is the stock not moving? I know it's not moving on the pinks because there is no volume to speak of for MM's to make any money and that says to me this is the perfect time to move and move quickly up a board or two and avoid being shorted etc.
Other thoughts?
