No Sinful, I think this PR is just like GW Bush Sr.'s war on drugs; just a way to distract the public from the real issues.

I love some of the wording "intent to unveil"
"that is intended to be mounted" (how about CAN BE)

"in response to interest from various government agencies" sure sounds like those various agencies are no longer interested, if they were why go on a dog and pony show.

And this "expected to attract thousands of attendees" WOW, thousands! Now tens of thousands is a show.

Just bitter - $32,000.00 in loses so far.
