Thanks for agreeing,
now if you would just look at the HP-RTM link on the Technologies web-link i posted earlier,
its also here so you can see why you agree,
http://www.engelglobal.com/en/us/solutions/technologies/hp-rtm.html
This is one of the products i'm hoping for, an iPhone 7c, 4 inch screen, 'cheap', multi-coloured, and injection molded like the iPhone 5c, but with bmg instead of plastic.
http://www.gforgames.com/gadgets/auo-panels-for-next-4-inch-iphone-q1-2016-47509/
Where the "C" model fits in the iPhone lineup.
http://www.apple.com/iphone/compare/
So semi-amorphous alloys (60% stronger aluminium) for the expensive flagship iPhone and bmg molding for the cheapest iPhone.
Its so very easily doable, and Apple will be able to claim parts built in America, just like it does with the Mac Pro, but Apple takes its sweet time to get details right before releasing new products.
Some possible scenarios that will motivate Apple;
If lqmt gets a big contract Apple may jump and purchase a 'strategic' stake in lqmt (maybe 25%?)
or
If Apple is ready to start manufacturing bmg on u.s. soil then it sets up lqmt in Mesa
or
If another company comes looking to buy lqmt, then Apple jumps in.
until then Apple has no need to hurry,
Difference is that GTAT built their own sapphire furnaces, which all failed.
Lqmt has already been down that road with diecast machines, now lqmt patents portfolio grow while others with know how are doing all the work.
Materion is supplying the bmg feedstock, not lqmt.
Apple is doing the R&D, not lqmt.
Engel is building the machines, not lqmt.
Certified mold makers are building the molds, not lqmt.
Motivated sales team paying their own way, not lqmt.
and most importantly BMG Injection Molding does work,
the Gtat promise of higher yielding sapphire furnaces did not work.
True, lqmt has never been commercially successful so far, but all lqmt needs is a rich partner (Apple) to set them up in a nice big facility (Mesa) with lots of Injection Molding machines (Engel) and plenty of bmg stock (Materion)
Transforming lqmt's DNA from a patents holder to worlds largest BMG manufacture.
Several years back, Apple gave GTAT nearly a billion dollar loan with very favourable conditions and provided the Mesa facility too !
All Apple wanted was to be guaranteed sapphire shipments for its products.
Apple did not buy out GTAT because it needs sapphire
instead Apple tried to grow GTAT from a furnace manufacture into the worlds largest sapphire manufacture with Apple receiving priority when it comes to sapphire delivery.
Now what stops Apple doing that again with lqmt?
Turn lqmt from an IP holder into the worlds largest bmg manufacture, Apple has the money and Mesa is half empty. And if lqmt is in debt to Apple for a billion or so, it would make a buyout from a competitor more difficult, but if its possible for a competitor to buy lqmt, Apple would just step in and buy out lqmt anyways.
Spot On.
Apple is a company that likes to grow other American companies with it, for example GT advanced technology, Apple loaned them the money to become the biggest sapphire manufacture in the world ! but it was GTAT's incompetence/lies that failed the project, thank goodness lqmt has Engel and CIP patents.
Apple has also grown local building manufactures thanks to its mothership building.
Apple would like to see lqmt grow too and not compete against Apple, as per agreement, but if their patents are about to be bought by a rival, then Apple has no option but to buy out lqmt.
Maybe they are in booth 22 with Liquidmetal?
But if not then no need to worry, MEDevice is 3 months away and they are still accepting exhibitors, Only 22 exhibitors listed so far, so don't panic or look for a panic ;)

I'm happy you like the source, its the same source that claimed Jay Fisher Financial is really Jay Fisher Knives !
Watt a Classic that was, priceless.
Here you are ....
NDA & Confidential Contracts
Engel is just one buy out potential, owning CIP would give Engel a monopoly in BMG Injection Molding.
AND you can be sure Engel would NOT allow Apple to dictate what they can manufacture and who they can supply it too.
Who are you and what have you done with Watts?
I agree with all that, the MA knife is near perfect to show whats now possible with lqmt.
I believe no one can say with absolute certainty that a buyout will or will not happen.
All we can do is discuss the possibilities.
If Apple advertise a lqmt product….. lqmt would skyrocket and analysts would hype it up,
Even though lqmt would earn no income from the Apple product.
When MA does advertise a lqmt product ….. nothing happens,
Even though, as the manufacture, lqmt would earn the highest % income possible from such a deal.
Irony.
18 hours after linking the Hybrid video on youtube the view count went up more than 100, so after 4 days only 12 views, then more than 100 views in just 18 hours.
It just goes to show that many investors/analysts/institution are unaware of the significant achievement lqmt has accomplished ....
The Successful Commercial Production of Injection Molded BMG.
Designed, Prototyped, Manufactured ALL IN-HOUSE.
The short volume was just 3% today, what happened?
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=lqmt&action=view#.VV6swFqMXzI
Tech Companies always compete against each other, we can all expect similar attention heading lqmt's way once the tech industries see lqmt has finally commercialised IM BMG.
Just a small example of money being spent in this area, and lqmt can be used in many many areas,
Re-crystallisation would occur if the BMG was heated beyond its melting point.
I wonder how they solved re-crystallisation when welding BMG ?
Do you? If so just say so, Choose Yes or Choose No.
From what i know, the molded objects are not tempered in the mold.
The point was, what part of the contract do YOU want to successfully challenge?
Any part that the new buyer desires, which is not me by the way, although i wish it was.
So, are you saying Liquidmetal management did not know what they were doing when they agreed to let CIP, a vehicle to control who gets exclusive rights for CE and who gets exclusive rights for non-CE, be formed. That LQMT management didn't think it was in their interest to sign the MTA?
I'm talking about a potential buyer of lqmt.
Do you imagine that the MTA may be the reason why not?
That is always possible
Since LQMT has contractually delivered everything that Apple wanted and Apple has contractually delivered everything that LQMT wanted, then why should the contract be changed?
Because any potential buyer of lqmt will want it changed how else can they continue R&D on BMG.
Shouldn't LQMT management prove first that they can be successful in the non-CE portion of the market before trying to take on that area of the market in which they previously have failed and Apple is much better equipped to handle?
Again it is in regards to any potential buyer, such as Google or Samesong, they have the experience in CE.
And so far lqmt has already successfully produced the first non CE injection molded bmg device, the Hybrid Knife.
So lqmt is elastic straight out of the mold?
What part of the contract will be challenged?
Any part of any contract can be challenged. Thats what lawyers are for.
On what legal basis will the contract be challenged?
On possession of patents. Restricting R&D and use of patents bought by new owner/s.
Why hasn't the contract been challenged within the first 5 years?
No one has bought out Lqmt .... yet.
How has GTA managed to get out of their contract?
By failing to deliver.
I try to imagine the Hybrid Knife CNC milled out of titanium, the wear on drill bits, if the CNC machine can actually mill the Hybrid design, the amount of milled material that has to be recycled, the cycle time per part.
Then i imagine the Hybrid Knife injection molded in a few minutes, stronger and more flexible than titanium, then i wonder how many mold cavities per cycle and how many grames can the melt crucible hold.
I believe lqmt can be tempered, the Elastic Deformation video shows lqmt to be very flexible too, so no inbuilt stresses in the alloy.
On YouTube, 12 views
With Richard Miltner showing the lqmt knife on video, any doubts about whether lqmt can manufacture a bmg product, on time, where completely cut to shreds :)
Miltner must have been so impressed with the knife that he showed it off without any company logos or paraphernalia laser engraved on the knife.
Maybe thats why short traders increased short selling Thu-Fri (relative to the days volume) so as to try and lower the pps so they can buy back lqmt and cover their previous short positions.
It might work or it might cause a price spike if short positions can’t be cleared below the original short trade price, we will find out in the weeks leading up too the Blade show and the Symposium.
It is encouraging to see short traders looking for (or even trying to create) the exit for their positions.
