Just so everyone understands the level of risk here, I do believe their is a very real possibility this stock could be revoked by the SEC. I could lose my entire investment. Barring that, I expect to make a ton of money here.

With stocks like this one, where I know what I own and know it will be golden, I have found that what works best for me is to just forget I own it. Believe me, I will definitely notice when it turns green again!

It was withdrawn on 2/22/19 because they were trying to effect a name/ticker change, but they still couldn't do that because they were SEC delinquent at that point. They still haven't fixed this mess.

One thing that *does* worry me about this stock possibly being manipulated, however, is the SEC delinquency status. Frankly, i'm worried about this entity being suspended and I hope they get the filings up to date quickly.

If someone is manipulating this stock, then that's completely out of my control. I do know, however, that I have been able to double my position while averaging down very nicely. I fully expect this stock to fly once the filings are up to date and the name/ticker has been changed. I'm completely not bothered by any of this.

Let's hope they don't screw it up like with LIBE

People seem genuinely afraid of the previously proposed 1:25,000 RS. I don't foresee any large movement in pps until the company addresses this issue.

Yeah, I said I wouldn't/couldn't buy any more, but I just did. I am holding more shares of LIBE than any other, ever. I have no doubt that this will be HUGE once the dust settles. Awesome DD posted here.

I agree it would be nice to know the details, but would that really change anything? I'm content to just let them go about their business and focus on moving forward, rather than reliving the past.

I think the 8k was very clear and don't feel "in the dark" about anything.

Filings. Once those drop, they will be able to get the name and ticker changed asap. Following that, I expect audits and uplist. It'll make your head spin!

A little shake and bake, a few more serious investors, and a sprinkling of news is all this thing needs for liftoff!

Just wait until the rest of the auto makers realize they could be getting up to 14% improved fuel economy. This thing's gonna go thermonuclear.

Realistically though, 3 units ain't gonna pay off all those toxic notes. I expect a lot of dilution before end of year.
