Yeah, we all know how capnmike posted fantasy applications...
But I still think we missed the boat not developing that 2 million electron volt XRF for nuclear waste drum characterization.
Rottenapple, I can just imagine how you enjoyed Raiderman's last speech! LOL
Here's what Jenn had to say:
"...Yr post sounds like an unsolicited newsletter. Which I and most folks I know..immediately discard. Jenn"
And this is the same person that claims to be "cautiously optimistic"!
That sucks. eom
Griffin stated that the revenues for the year will be about 950K.
How many Valimed units is that?
About 12 ea. @ 79K- full price.
About 19 ea. @ 49K- 38% discount.
And somewhere in between with a combination of the above.
How many hospitals is Valimed in? I keep hearing 23 with multiple units (3) in one hospital, but no one has a complete list that I'm aware of. That would make 25 units operational.
The figures suggest serious discounts were given to some of the hospitals which partnered in the development of Valimed and "accepted delivery" of the first production units.
Not that there's anything wrong with that, just crunching numbers.
I didn't account for revenues from additional signatures, maintenance contracts and the like.
I'll let Scared or 24 fudge in those details! LOL
Hey Paige....
The Clydesdale
December, 6 2006 at Ireland's 32
13721 Burbank Blvd. @ Woodman, Van Nuys, California 91388
That's about four miles from where I live. I know the place and will attend.
Also I stopped by The Cowboy Palace last night on my way home from work to talk with the owner. The owner I knew sold the place about a year ago (don't go in the place to often). I asked to speak with the new owners, but they weren't in. I'll try again in a couple days.
Here's there website:
http://www.cowboypalace.com
You can always email them your links, but it might be best for me to talk with the owner first.
I asked a couple people what they thought about hearing an alternative type of country music and they thought it would be GREAT to have something new! I really didn't know how to describe your music style... I think I said "punk rock"! LOL
Anyway, check out the talent that plays there. It's less than ten miles from you Irish32 gig. You might want to check it out when ya'll are here.
No Crow, the fact is they ain't got sheet to show... as you've said many times.. BS is hard to sell.
"Hay, where is Ontheledge00 these daze???"
Ask smartypants, the poster Sassy claims tried to sell her PP shares. I'm sure he knows exactly where RS is hiding.
Well... maybe just a gold gilded egg Sanddollar, but not to worry, they still have their revolutionary technology platform-dagoose.
Paige, what about my comment. Do you think it should be a concern among shareholders how the ASD settlement may effect CDEX's pending patents?
Do you think it's in the best interest of shareholders to get an answer to that question?
How about you Cappy?
Maybe it will have little effect, maybe not, but I would certainly like to have the cards on the table.
I still wonder how the ASD settlement is going to effect the granting of CDEX's pending patents since CDEX has acknowledged ASD's rights to a key claim.
If I was heavily invested in this I would most certainly seek the opinion of a seasoned patent attorney.
THAT SHOULD BE A QUESTION AT THE MEETING IN TUCKSON.
Geez Raiderman that was a long one! Nice use of paragraphs though! LOL
Clarification: Nanodrop does what Valimed does except it's the size of a toaster and uses MICROLITER sample sizes- not MILLILITER.
Yes Paige, I noticed the generic things that the patent app says. All COTS UVF spectrometers do that Paige. Can you find me one that does NOT? I gave you an example of one- the Nanodrop, but they all can do what is calimed in the abstract.
In fact, CDEX's XRF patent had very similar wording in the claims. All XRF spectrometers (give or take active cooling) require the claimed components. IMO, the granting of CDEX's only patent hinged on the phrase "a least about one meter" since no other company that I'm aware of has ever claimed such a stand-off distance in open air without vaccum assistance.
Is it a useful patent? I don't think so. Was it a necessary patent? You bet it was.
"Notice what this Patent says it does.. I space things out for myself because it makes it easier to digest.

System and methods for detection and identification of chemical substances
Abstract
The invention provides a system and method utilizing, among other things, fluorescence spectroscopy in the ultraviolet portion of the electromagnetic spectrum to determine chemical species and concentrations.
The basic measuring system includes optics, a spectrograph, a detector, and an energy source ("head" components), along with a computer and control electronics and power source
capable of
generating and detecting unique fluorescence signatures for
individual and unique mixtures of chemical substances including, for example,
prescribed and/or compounded medications, alcohol products, food types, synthetic drugs, narcotics, perfumes, liquids, and the like.

Individual and Unique Mixtures....concentrations....Hmmmmmmm....
Gee... what ever happen to the good ole days when Boone and Baker could just authorize another 100 million shares without even a mention.
Now they have to go through all this proxy stuff, that cost money ya know. How's a penny stock company suppose to make a profit.
And what about the BIG FOUR that were to receive the "golden parachute" (TM- Stock) deal after leaving CDEX. As I recall, the details were suppose to be disclosed in a SEC filing footnote, but I never saw it.
Who were/are the BIG FOUR???
Well, well, well, I see that our ole buddy Nasfan has lost the faith.
And what about this:
"JG may be the most honest CEO any company has ever had...I just doubt I live long enough to see the proof..Not as naive as I used to be.
I hope and pray he is honest and has the company's best interest at heart..Maybe he is..I just need to see more results."
Just look at how he handled IPIX and no no further.
"I'm truly sorry for those that trusted in so many people, it's like a kick in the teeth.
Just maybe, the new blood is honest and has integrity...I hope so."
Yes, everyone's savior MP kicked you all in the teeth IMO. Now what on earth makes you think he's going to turn around and hire a new CEO that is honest, has integrity and is looking out for the honest shareholder's best interests?
Geez!!!! Wasn't that what MP was suppose to do?
Unbelieveable!! I guess hope is hard to snuff out. Only when you sell out and take your loss does your vision clear.
Griffin also emphasized several times that the additional shares will be held in treasury and not used immediately.
Yeah right.
His repeated example for the uses of the treasury shares included acquisitions- something that is not 100% dilutive and could retain shareholder equity. What a nice concept!
NOW, review the history of Loch Harris. Look at their shell aquisitions and how they distributed newly authorized shares from their many amendments!
But on the postitive side a congrats is in order.
It appears that CDEX will soon be stepping up production of their number one selling product by 100%.
2007 will be our year! 10.00/share- no sweat! LOL
Yawn.......
Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends,
be careful as you pass, step inside, step inside.
Right around the corner is the meth gun to protect our borders, If you don't believe the story, then move along, move along...
RA, No question that there were scripted Q&A's, not all, but some.
Just like I believe that there are several poster on the TCL board that are plants.
If it isn't readily apparent it's still best to just assume it!
Milchip said he didn't want to make the CEO look STUPID so he let the answer go at that.
An honest assessment by Milchip. Griffin had absolutely no credible answer for the lack of Valimed news.
As Xeno popinted out, one would think that the chain of custody of a newly manufcatureerd Valimed unit is;
> contract manufacture > CDEX (for programming) > End use hospital
In other words, the unit is drop shipped directly to the hospital after configuring at CDEX's Tucson facility.
Has CDEX begun a second production run?
Is CDEX using the same marketing model for the meth gun as they are for Valimed?
Oops!@*^$#&(
"How did Mari sell her PP shares right after she bought them? Less than 60 days later if my memory is correct."
But how many shares have I sold?
- Ontheedge
Well... I guess if they let lmorovan ask a question the cc couldn't have been entirely staged.
Also, Jim stated in no uncertain terms that he is angry at the SEC for trying to protect investor's interests.
How can a nanocap make money if they can't sell shares without discretion?
Did Cappy's question get answered?
Why would an investor want to continue to hold their position if the authorization of additional shares is a foregone conclusion?
Is there anything anticipated by Griffin before the end of the tax year which will drive up the PPS?
I got the feeling that beta testing results with the meth gun will not become available when expected.
Mass production by March?
Poleeze!
If any investors has an inside contact at your local hospital please forward the information to Griffin.
Are you listening Cappy?
JG did not describe the meth gun as detecting trace quantities invisible to the naked eye. He mentioned only bulk detection of large crystals and the use of a swab. That's something that many other products can already do.
Where's the nich?
What Jimbo danced around is there has been no Valimed sales since the last PR. Baxa proposals yes. Sales no.
Wouldn't a CDEX work order for the second production run of Valimeds be material? It was the first time around.
"Like all great salesmen, Jim always manages to *sound* so sincere, forthright, and upfront."
Slick Jimmy! He even put a discernable quiver in his voice for special effects.
Xeno, I gotta admit, you called it to the tee!
I'm listening to it now:
Conference Call can be listened to again at:
416-915-1028
Pascode: 923605
RA do you have the link?
No one should be so stupid to think that the Loch/CDEX cartel haven't maintained a lock on the majority vote.
If the addiitonal shares get approved, how do you suppose they're going to maintain that lock?
"Why are NONE of these companies stepping up to buy a stake in this revolutionary tech company at firesale prices?"
Because the tech is NOT revolutionary and never has been IMO.
Standard COTS stuff taylored for niche markets.
That's why.
There's a popular country western bar in my town that has live music 7 days a week. I'm going to have the owner take a look at your web site.
They shoot Hollywood movies there about once every other month. A lot of well known hats (and boots) hanging from the walls.
It's called The Cowboy Palace, "The Last True Western Honky Tonk". It's located in the town of Chatsworth where hundreds of the old western movies were made.
Currently they're shooting the TV series "24" down the street from me (studio location). Keith frequents a small Irish Pub down the street.
I'll get the owner's email addy and link him up for a look see.
Sand, I find it sad to read how so many people got swindled out of their hard earned money, some retirement money, others college money for their kids...etc.
I hope the conmen, their religious hypocrties lawyer(s), and all the accomplices that aided and abetted learn the true meaning of Karma (in their current life).
"These guys have run this scam for so long, and made so much money - both from stock sales and from the missing $25,000,000 accululated loss in CDEx (where DID all that money go?) that I would not be surprised to see them take over the company (again) and rerun the same playbook that worked before for them."
BOHICA
Shareholders are trying to put positive spin on the news just like they did when the patent infringement law suit was announced.
Amazing!
Gap down Bid in the morning?
Trading starts at 9:00. Early bird gets the worm.
The PPS is .25/45.3 = .00552 Loch equivalent....
....now divide that number by 2 for dilution.
Nah-ah Crow, it's someone in MO that knows how well the meth gun is working... decided to buy in. Didn't finsh pickin' up 100K shares until this mornin'.
At least that's what they're saying on the TCL board.
If those buys coincide with a financing package it would seem that someone is playing with fire.
