Griffin also emphasized several times that the additional shares will be held in treasury and not used immediately.

Yeah right.

His repeated example for the uses of the treasury shares included acquisitions- something that is not 100% dilutive and could retain shareholder equity. What a nice concept!

NOW, review the history of Loch Harris. Look at their shell aquisitions and how they distributed newly authorized shares from their many amendments!

But on the postitive side a congrats is in order.

It appears that CDEX will soon be stepping up production of their number one selling product by 100%.

2007 will be our year! 10.00/share- no sweat! LOL
