My current holding is djrt and tons of it. It has many "Blue Chip" quality and share count of 24.5+2.5=27 million. I believe the "trash" status is likely to change to "value," and it may even be upgraded to "growth," 2-3 years out.

Overall impression: Blend
It is obvious sale volume for this location is mediocre,and not setup as a showcase of being "the ultimate sexy-wear of the Hollywood stars/celebrity choice destination," to thousands of visitors each day on The Walk...it needs a creative director or I have more excitement shopping at JCP.
My view:
It needs to bring out the star power to accent its product line...to save money use legacy product/endorsement for window dressing...after all this suppose be the brand of choice by Hollywood stars! Built on it. It just that simple.

What I learned from all this?
Incremental expansion accompanied by a smart and effective brand building program,seems a calculated low risk way to grow a company;treating customers like a king,is what make it sustainable;Keeping eyes on the SG&A:PROFITABILITY!! And there is NO SHORT CUTS.

June 1/2?? "Went to Talledega yesterday and ended up not getting to drive. I was disappointed because I had heard that they were very efficient. My first experience was not good at all, I had a 10 o'clock time and our group did not get out to track until 2pm. Thunderstorms started at 230. Needless to say, it ended up being a wasted day due to over bookings in Chicago and Talledega requiring half of the Tallefega crew to cover Chicago. If they had been on schedule the rain would not have affected our group. I feel worse for the people that drove 3-6 hours and had to go home without driving. When management makes decisions that adversely affect customers the way that they did yesterday, more than a "we can't control the weather" is in order (I.e. hotels and airlines usually compensate customers for overbooking mistakes). Anyway, I will reschedule, buy another tank of gas, and hopefully get the experience I should have had yesterday..."

I believe this dog needs 1 or 2 years time for a turn around to occur,this takes time and I give a 33% chance likely to work........only if no more predatory lending at the expense of old investors........so far,it's been a blood bath.......position on buyout:capital structure favorite existing lender/those with controlling interest,making expensive buyout unnecessary,or small investors are at their mercy....need to go dirt digging on Five Island Asset Management to get a better grip on the new master of this dying dog......
