justerx, In a reply to a post of mine, that consisted of 21 lines and had at least 7 topics, you said "B2B if you could answer any of my posts if you know."
I've relpied to many, many of your posts. The only person that could possibly fully answer you, is Jim Dial. Maybe you can order a copy of the transcript of his eventual trial and find sme of the answers your are seeking.
In another post you asked "Does anyone know if BBB or Visxlaserman are on the board of directors of Global Oil Tools?"
Where in the World did you come up with an ide like that? Those two and I made many positive posts about GFCI. BBB and I had, what we thought, was solid evidence that GFCI was a real company. Mysupport ended in late 2005. BBB stayed hopfull for far longer than he should have, but I don't think for a minute they were on the take. There have been two posters that I think were active mouth pieces for Dial. Yes11NY and Marana. And I don't think they were being paid. Those two only had Dial's word for what they were saying.
The people that did us all wrong were Dial, Newman, the Jarvis Boyz, Mike King, Andy Baum, john Dolkart and others. They were the ones that perpetrated the scam.
As for R'G Raymond. I don't think he was a part of the original scam. I think he actually paid $.50 for a lot of shares. From that time on he would tell sharehoders anything to try and keep them from selling. I think he took part in that rediculous SH meeting to do what he could to try and get the PPS back to a dump point. RG is no friend of GFCI shareholders.
Does anyone know if BBB or Visxlaserman are on the board of directors of Global Oil Tools?
"why did the shareholders never hear what happened except from a message board? "
Read this carefully and let it soak in. Because we are dealing with pink sheet scam artists.
rex, thanks for the link. It doesn't appear to hae changed from the online version. You can register with TM and comment on the story. I did.
justerx. I've heard that some with their shares in certificate form did not get the CTBG distribution. I've heard of none that had their shares with a brokerage that didn't get the distribution. Were yours in a certificate?
You seem to be rationalizing that Dial was sort of an innocent bystander in the fiasco. Have you bought into his story that shorts are the problem with inflated O/S? Was Transfere Online aware of any extra shares that Dial put out? I don't know. But he could hae put out sharees without telling them.
There may hae been 40 MM shares O/S when the distribution was first annoounced, but it's clear to me that Dial neer stopped printing shrares. The Feds found that he issued over 15 MM to GGI. The Texas Monthly said that the Fed case against Grifco siad that millions of shares had been given to insiders. Do you think Dial reported all those shares?
As for message dissapearing or beig changed on "the other board." I seen MANY posts deleted. I was never aware of them being changed. This board was far worse about deleting posts. It has a very active cadre of Delete Police. I guess if one had an in with Good ol Matt, one could have messages changed.
I advise anyone still wringing their hand about Grifco to get over it. However, I'm holding on to a hope that Dial goes to prison.
print, do you know if the Texas Monthly hard copy of the story that covered Lois and Nick ever came out? TIA.
I'll show my ignorance and admit that I must not know just what a share holder of record is. Are they the ones that got their shares in certificate form? I know that many of them didn't get CTBG shares.
I didn't get my certificates because Dial was advising share holders to do that. I had long since stopped believing anything he said was for SH benefit. I didn't foresee that millions of shares in cert form would not get the CTBG spin off.
I think that Dial was calling for SHs to get their shares in cert form because he knew there were not enough CTBG shares to cover all the GFCI shares he had floated into the market and he thought that those with certs would, for some reason, not get the spin off shares.
Dial is first, most and always a despicable crook.
I don't remember a short position being "proven" on the message board. As for Dial saying there was one, what makes you think he told the truth? The man has a horrendous track record of lying.
A regular cry of pink scam artists is "SHORTS are killing us", as cover for printing millions of shares. Did he ever publically account for the over 15 million shares he gave to GGI to play with?
"has anbody here contacted clayton smith?"
Do you mean other than the SEC and the FBI? ( No proof. Just a guess)
Some new guy, born on July 28, the day the pps started up, comes on with his first post predicting $1.60 in 5 weeks. No reason given for his prediction. Then he says to leave management alone so they can do their job. (or maybe not burst the bubble)
It shouldn't take a conspiracy nut to see a red flag there. IMO the reason for the bump could be manipulation. If not manipulation, Frank had the most likly reason. ALRY turned the pumps back on. But remember, when oil was over $140 /bbl, the pps stunk.
Question for gregg. When the horse's mouth told you this "When it (production) is recorded, it is ALL not recorded under ALRY's name.", did the mouth happen to tell you just what production is? If not, why not?
I think it was gfci.org from the very beginning. eom
The GGI case has given me hope that the SEC may actually be after Dial. Without Dial the crimes GGI was found guilty of would never have happend. It looks to me like the SEC is working its' way to the top, and Dial may not bee at the top.
I doubt the fine levied against the Useltons will ever make its' way to our pockets because GFCI was just one of many pinks involved in that scam. However the $1.5 million GGI paid involved only GGI and GFCI, as far as I know. At this time, even penniies on the dollar looks better than nothing!
IMO, the reason Dial's name wasn't used in the Texas Monthly Story is because it was focused on Allen Fletcher, the Texas State legislator that was involved with NuTech through Lois Newman and Nick Jarvis.
I talked to the man that wrote the piece and he is certainly aware of Jim Dial.
Dial was claiming he had 20MM O/S in March 2005. Between June 2005 and Setpember 2006 he issued `15.75 MM shares to GGI. (see post #10902) No telling how many shres he issued the the Useltons and others. And you think "Dial believed he had 20MM out and asked for help from the authorities".
Now that the GGI / Grifco case has been made public, I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that Lois and the Jarvis Boyz were issued millions of shares for their cut of the scam.
We stepped in it over 4 years ago and the smell is still with us. I guess RB still has their rule about vulgarity, but maybe your comment about Dial being a lair is so spot on, that they will allow it to stand.
copley, I thought maybe you had been talking to Larry. After all you stated "Watch the volume (soon)= within two weeks... " That was a little over two weeks ago.
gr8, that was the PR that caught my interest. Looking back, there is no way a company formed in Nov 2004 could have generated that kind of revenue. At the time I rationalzed (self deluded) that maybe Jerry Griffith had a lot of inventory and dumped it at low prices to jump start GFCI.
Now I think it was a pure lie and will probaly one of the main building blocks in any future action against the slimy crook.
One year ago today, DKGR announced they had acquired their first "fully permitted, producing" gold property. Does anyone belive that was anything but a bald faced lie?
NOTE: A Sampling Permit does not constitute "fully permitted".
WOW! There was about $1200 worth of ALRY "accumulated" today.
Print, probably the best find of the Grifco Era! However, this is an RPM story, not a Grifco story. The only reason the Texas Monthly picked it up is because it involves a sitting Texas legislator.
I'll be in contact with the Texas Monthly to try and get them interested in the larger Grifco story. I've tried for 3 years to get an "investigative" reporter with the Houston Chronicle to take an interest in it, with no success.
While Lois was still sitting in Swinford's office she and Nick were promoting a NORM tool through NuTech. After it was brought to Swinford's attention, it took months before he finally got rid of her.
Very interesting about what the TM says about the Jet Motor never being shipped. That alone should be enough to get Dial jail time. He flat said in a PR that the had "shipped" 50 Jet Motors. No "forward looking statement" in the wording of that PR.
It's bad enough that we all got screwed, but didn't even get a complientary lap dance. No justice!!
Victory has pulled the plug on Fullenkamp.
Last update: 9:02 a.m. EDT April 29, 2009
SANTA ANA, CA, Apr 29, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Victory Energy Corporation (VYEYE
VYEYE
VYEYE) today announced that it plans to restate its annual and interim financial statements for 2007 and interim financial statements for 2008 due to errors contained in the financial statements. As a result, investors should no longer place any reliance on any of the Company's financial statements covering 2007 and 2008.
The Company's Board of Directors is conducting a formal investigation into this matter in response to a preliminary report issued by the Company's Chief Financial Officer detailing certain financial statement errors uncovered by the Chief Financial Officer in connection with the preparation of the Company's annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008. The Chief Financial Officer's preliminary report has revealed a failure to record certain accounts receivable, drilling costs and capital raising costs and a failure to record an overstatement of a gain on the sale of a royalty interest. In addition, certain issuances of preferred stock may not have been properly recorded as a result of the Company failing to have properly created the preferred stock under Nevada law. The preliminary report also identified material weaknesses in the Company's internal controls over financial reporting during 2007 and 2008.
The Board of Directors has commenced a formal investigation of the matters raised in the preliminary report with the assistance of outside legal and accounting professionals. Because the formal investigation by the Board of Directors is ongoing, the information noted above is subject to change.
The Company is in the process of preparing its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008 and Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2009, which quarterly report is due on or before May 15, 2009. However, the Company anticipates delaying the filing of these reports until the formal investigation by the Board of Directors is complete and the Company files its restated financial statements for the periods described above.
The Company also announced that the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, Jon Fullenkamp, voluntarily resigned from the Company's Board of Directors and from his position as an executive officer of the Company effective April 28, 2009. On that date, the Board of Directors appointed the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Robert Miranda, as Interim Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors of the Company is currently negotiating the terms of a consulting agreement with Mr. Fullenkamp pursuant to which Mr. Fullenkamp will provide services to the Company in connection with certain of its field operations.

This is my favorite paragraph so far:
"The Plaintiffs believe that all of the Defendants were aware or should have been aware that a shortfall in the Grifco Distribution would occur, but negligently allowed the stock distribution to go forward. Additionally, the Plaintiffs believe that the Defendants engaged in additional acts and omissions which may give rise to other damages. Coil Tubing has and expects to continue to expend funds on the litigation which may negatively impact operations. The Court granted Plaintiffs’ Temporary Injunction and denied DTCC/DTC's Motion to Dismiss. The Court has set the matter for trial on August 31, 2009, and the parties have tentatively agreed to attempt to resolve the matter with the assistance of a mediator. It remains premature to speculate regarding the final outcome of the litigation."
Sky, paidpumper, Curious George, tyril, keep up the good work. As long as there are those that are even hinting that DKGR is a real comany, warnings NEED to go out!
SBC, I've said before that, IMO, the SEC issues pinks a licence to steal when thay allow them to trade publically. Here is the unwriten rule.
OK, pink sheet scam artists. You are now allowed to trade publically. Be advised that every year we actually bring chagres against less than half a dozen of you scammers out of the 4000+ trhat are out there. Not bad odds! Happy hunting.
It probablly helps get a scammer on the short list of scams being investigated, when people hound the SEC, as trinityz does. But the odds are way in favor of the scammers.
No justerx, I don't understand why you are asking questions about "how all the smart people on the message board and at the shareholder meeting left GFCI where it is today".
I assume the "smart people" you are talking about are shareholders. Do you actually blame shareholders for Grifco's absolutely miserable performance? If so, you are either a shill for Dial or delusional.
Jim Dial, John Jarvis and their co-conspirators are solely responsible for Grifco's collapse. What hapened with Most? I'd say, the same thing that happend with the $2.25 buyout offer, the jet motors, Adams Ramch for Grifco investors, distribution centers in Mexico, etc, etc, etc ,etc. All Dial lies!
O/T. Trinitz. I don't have PM. I think the guy is a parinoid loon. Did you read his two posts that I referenced?
Sorry Board Members. I won't make this intrusion a habit.
justerx, I've been curious as to what is driving you to ask questions about GFCI's past history. Except for satisfying ones curiosity there is little point in wondering if others got invitations to the SH meeting, if there was another SH meeting you weren't invited to , if the SEC was at Tarnsfere On Line's office, etc.
I looked back through your posting history and see by your posts #10570 & #10577, that you are indeed disturbed. I can certainly identify with this quote from you. "My life changed forever the day I bought GFCI. Some people will understand what that last sentence means." Belive me, I undersatand.
I see that you have only posted on 2 boards. GFCI and AVLN. You went for over two years between your last post on AVLN and your first on GFCI.. Your posting style changed, COMPLETELY.
Spencer sent a document to all participants in her action against Grifco. It listed the participants. I've move twice since I got it and am not motivated to dig through piles of paper looking for it.
justerx, I was signed up with Spencer and got the client list. I don't remember, did it include phone numbers? I knew 4 other people that were clients of Spencer and we certainly talked. No others on the list ever contacted me. There was plenty of chatter on the boards though.
This is my memory of the sorry Spencer chapter. She told those that contacted her directly, that in the State of Texas all that a shareholder had to do was formally ask a company, doing business in Texas , to look at the books and give them a " reasonable" amount of time to get them ready for viewing. I was pointed out to her that Grifco was registered in Nevada, not Texas. She said that would be no problem because as long as a company was dong business in Texas, they had to abide by Texas law.
At the time we had a deep pockets member of our group that put up $2,500 to cover that simple operation. Then Spencer said we would need to take a deposition from Dial. I don't remember the reason she gave, but I expect it was Billable Hours. Originally there were 5 people that signed up with Spencer. She said out efforts with the State Attorney General would carry more weight if we had at least 50 people sign on. I think about 40 signed on. IMO, she was looking for more people to bill.
Then she asked that every member of the group write a letter to her listing all conversations with Dial and the results of all visits to them. I was horrified! I could just see her loading up on Billable Hours by having her people read all that crap, transcribe it and file it away. Our deep pockets guy put up anther $2,500.
Along the way Dial put out the word he was going to sue everyone on the list for interfering with his time and business. I thought he was bluffing, but I couldn't afford to call his bluff. I could just se him spending GFCI money to sue people he had already put on thee road to ruin. Good old Bonnie said "{No problem, I'll represent you." Billable Hours.
The final straw for me was when she said she would need to send one of her associates to Las Vegas to serve papers on an officer of the company. She was told, in no uncertain terms, to NOT send anyone to Las Vegas. Dial was the only officer and he did not have an office in LV. Guess what. Yep. See she her Rep anyway. Lots of Billable Hours. As I recall the bill had grown to about $30,000 with NO RESULTS and NO END IN SIGHT. She was told to stop. AND, I don't think anyone got anything from our experience with
Spencer, except bills.
I don't know if this answers any of the questions you have about the Spencer chapter. Dealing with lawyers is like the Tar Baby fable. Once to touch one, it's very hard to get away from them. And if you do you will always have the stains.
You have mentioned a few times about how the "other board" ( RB?) changed after the buyout PR. I really don't know what you are talking about. Can you give us some examples?
Happy Easter
justerx, I'll explain something to you. My mission on this Board is not to send you caustic messages. I monitor GFCI Boards to look for anyone trying to pump up Grifco. I will attack that kind of activity EVERYTIME! Jim Dial and his slimy bunch ruined me financially. I don't want it to happen to others.
You seem to me, like a tourtured soul, looking for a glimmer of light that things with GFCI might get better or at least something will happen that allows you to get back some of your money. If it happens, Hurray for us all. In the mean time, stop torturng yourself with extremely thin hope of a better day with Grifco. Not gonna happen.
justerx, it seems you are bewildered as to how you lost your money after all the wonderful things we were all told. Mike King saying it was worth $10/share, sending accountants to fix GFCI books, the buyouy offers, naked shorts causing problems, Adams Ranch richs for us all, more richs from Global Oil Tools and Libya. Now I'm going to give you the answer as to why none of it worked. It was all LIES!
Mike King is as big or bigger scam artist than Dial and Jarvis. Remember he brought his long time chum, John Dolkart into it. A discredited lawyer. I don't know who was scamming who in the Tree Top mess, but count on it. A scam was in play.
Was the SEC at Transfere On Line? Who the hell knows and what difference does it make? Oh yeah, "the SEC will fix it. That's their job, right?". justerx, there are about 4000 pinks out there and most are scams. How many of them does the SEC bring to justice? Maybe two or three a year?
justex, I really don't know how to take you. 1. Are you a tormented person trying to make sense of your losses? 2. Are you pulling our leg? 3. Are you working with Dial? 4. Are you writting a book on the Anatomy of a Scam?
I'm assuming #1. You will NEVER get the answers to all your questions, wirhout waterboarding Jim Dial and now that has been outlawed. My unsolisited advice. Fagidaoudit!
Did you get a check? "
Of course NOT!!!! You asked if anyone represented by Spencer was compensated. As far as I know the only thing anyone got from Spencer were bills. Your posts seem to have a recurring theme, that some people got something you didn't. You've repeatedly asked is some shareholders were given shares. And now you are wondering if Spencer got something for some shareholders, while you didn't.
IN MY OPINION:
* The only thing any of us got out of our Grifco 'investment" was the shaft. The size of the shaft is directly proportional to how much money you put in this disgusting scam.
* The SEC, FBI, Lone Ranger, Dick Tracy, or Obama, will never get enough money out of GFCI and its' various scams to get any money for shareholders.
* Our best hope from the above entities is for them to put Dial behind bars. But don't count on that either.
The only faint hope we have for ANY compensation will be from a favorable , to shareholders, decision from the judge. If he ever issues a decision. If he does issue a favorable decision, you MAY eventually get some of your money back. IF you are a very young person. The DTC will fight any decision, unfavorable to them, to the end of the judicial system. This case has huge implications for them, far beyond CTBG vs DTCC/ GFCI.
Good Luck justerx. I eagerly await you next thoughtful question.
justerx, are you saying you never got your check?????????
isell--, can you direct us to publically available data that supports your "Nothing has changed" statement? What is the O/S? TIA.
I'd be interested in reading some thoughts on where Drake Gold goes next. Oblivion? Morph into the next Big Thing? Be bought as a shell for someone else's scam?
I have a Wild A-- Guess of my own.
Print, a larger question for CTBG's future is what happend with Hammelmann? Their very high pressure pumping system is the heart of the NORM tool. Hammelmann's technology was the heart of many of the tools CTBG was hoping to market.
I can't imagine a company like them would keep their products on a shelf some where while Swinford tries to get his company above water.
I didn't read every word of CTBG's recent filng, but I saw no mention of a realtionship with Hammelmann.
An interesting aside to the NORM tool and another example of the depth of the crimilty of the Grifco nest of serpents is this little item.
BBB was srfing through Nevada pink sheets when he found that the Lovely Lois Newman and her son-in-law, Nick Jarvis ( John Jarvis's brother ) had started up a pink scam touting --- a NORM tool. A drive by confirmed that the address on file with Nevada was unt in a self storge yard on FM Road 1960 in NW Houston
Picture ths. At the time, Lois was an officer of CTBG and working as Swinford's office manager. BBB got word to Swinford about what Lois and Nick were doing. He claimed to shacked. And yet it was months before Lois left CTBG.
I doubt that anything Dial touched during the Grifco run was honest. And yet there is an individual that thinks Mr Dial is a victem of circumstance and bad luck.
Marana, I will be rude. The post you made to Strongus in November 2007 shows that you were as disturbed and troubled by that ridiculous meeting as anyone. Now that you shill for GFCI you insult all that express the same sort of thoughts you had used to have.
I might have some modicum of respect for you if you simply admitted you had trouble with the meeting until you had it EXPLAINED to you by ---just who? As it is I have no respect for you. I see you as a shameful shill that bought several million shares of GFCI at under .0005 and are now parroting what you are being fed, in an effort to sucker more people into this hopeless morass.
IMO, there is no way to reconcile the vast differences between the former Marana and the new one, other than what I have laid out above. In fact, I have doubts that the two Maranas are the same person. The difference are just too stark.
Following are excerpts from a post you made to Strongus in November, 2007.
"To Strongus2004. I am long lots of GFCI at much higher prices and I talked my friends into it also. I came late to the forum and have read the last 200 or so messages to try to catch up. Please help me to understand. I remember the conference call and JD saying he was going to sell GFCI when the revenues got to 65 million. I remember the very vague PR about the Libians offer to buy and I was in Vegas and talked to JD. When it is said GFCI lost GOTL does that include the La. tool facility, the Mexican Tool facility, the three laths and the China business to?-----
Please tell me is there anything left of GFCI or not? Is there any more than the name left or is it only GOTL gone?--
JD said to me in LV about GFCI taking over a casing company ( for 75 million)to complement CTBG and another plot of gas rich land in Texas besides Adams Ranch and another company I can not recall. What happened to them? Does anyone know?-----
I called Jerry many, many times over the last two years and he will not talk to me at all. He did not have the guts to show up in Vegas either. All I get are excuses and no answers. There is no transparancy at all.----
What do you suggest as to the stock? The Libians are just plain rude and vulgar on the phone. I wait your reply. Thanks, Marana"
--------------------------------------------------------
There is such a divide between what you were saying from the time you first started posting up until about September, 2008, that I think of you as Marana 1 and Marana 2. I especially like the part about he Libyans. Marana 1 "The Libyans are just plain rude and vulgar___". Marana 2 "The Libyans were very nice."
PRINT, I too am SHOCKED at you speaking so harshly about GFCI!!! After all Mr Dial is a victem of circumstances. Just wait until around November / December 2010 for the 5 year plan to be revealed. After all we have it on the authority of "great input from unbiased sources who spoke without prejudice." Stop listening to these fools that were either asleep or in the wrong room at the SH Meeting.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
WHEN WAS THAT SHAREHOLDER MEETING?
I think October 2006. The whole meeting was a sham.
PRINT, you and MLD38 (remember her?) brought very welcome surfing skills and dilligence to this ???? WHAT!!!
Rick-rex comes up with some good finds also.
It's down right silly how some refer comments on GFCI's historry as "old news". Old, terrible news is the oly kind GFCI has.
babab, I haven heard from TDA or the collection agency since Novwmber. In November the collection agency sent me a letter saying they were going proceed with collection. The letter said I could send a Dispute Statement to them, which I did. Last I heard from them.
unifin. The explanation your broker gave you sounds logical. Probably has nothng to do with any recent court action.
unifin, I thought, that well before by now, everyone's CTBG accounts had been adjusted to the GFCI share deficiency at the time of the distribution. I know of no one that has goten any satifaction from their brokers.
What happened to you, at this late date, may be bad news for all of us. Here's a bad theory. Maybe your broker was waiting to see what happened in the DTC case before they exposed themselves to shareholder action, in the event the case went badly for DTC. If the DTC came out unscathed, your broker may have decided to adjust your account.
Maybe you could call your broker and ask why he waited for over 7 months after all the other brokers ( that I know of) took action.
In a perverted way, you got lucky. It seems most victems of this isaster had their CTBG share deficiencies bought at much higher than your .0539. TDA charged me .069. I know of one victem whose shares were bought for over .095.
Please let us know if your broker gives a reason for waiting so long. Good Luck.
