1.5 billion on the ask? Are you sure? It's probably closer to like 3 billion
With all the awesome news, you'd think I could have flipped by now! Where's all the buying??
Dude I have the right to speak negative about this after experiencing R/S. I also have to flip this to recoup some losses. Again the CEO is soooo awesome that he allowed a NASDAQ company fall straight to the pinks. Couldn't even manage to trade on any of the higher exchanges?? Great job Seamus! We are all extremely proud! Thanks for all R/S you have accomplished throughout the years! Although, he's never taken a pay decrease, I think he actually needs a raise! Yayy!
Not arguing anything. RNVA is trending in the right direction. But trends take time to be established my friend. Unfortunately paying debt has due dates. RNVA is full of debt. But Honestly, I really don't care. Reading Ihub and posting is entertainment for me. Yep! My days are pretty much boring af! LoL Yep I' at work! LoL I'm here for the upcoming flip. If it starts to move fast, I'l pick up a few million. If my few hundred bucks becomes thousands, then it's a win win for me.
Just coming back to this. Remember when trades go below par it has everything to do with convertible debentures and when they are due. Institutional investors may receive discounts etc... too much info to post. But according to RNVA's 10 Q, their par value is .0001 BUT as CD's mature it may go at a discount hence .000001 or whatever but eventually those folks still will collect at a price of Par Value. That's why Institutions make loans they will always win in the end. So no games being played. It's all legal.GL
Sent this to Varmit a while back..
Quick question. Do you believe Seamus monitors the trading of his company? If so, why doesn’t he do something about “someone” playing games then? I mean wouldn’t you as the CEO be concerned with trades occurring below Par value? It's actually illegal so what is Seamus waiting on? Oh wait have you guys stop to think maybe this company has issued a no par value or low par value? Do some research on par value for stocks. Lots of great information. And yes lots of it has to do with debt holders. It’s not mm games it all can be done legally…
Just research par value for stocks. You can even research par value for bonds for additional information. Also, Google why stocks trade below par value? OR Is it legal for stocks to trade below par value? You will be enlightened. No arguments at all. GL
It's all legal and you are correct it's not retail investors. If Seamus allows trades below par value, then it's legal. Some states don't even set limits on trading below par value.
Institutional investors are the "loan sharks" dude. They are the MAIN reasons pinkys dilute. Do some research....
GL Dude. You'll need it. Hope you haven't bet the "farm" on this one! At least not right now! LoL
It MIGHT go to .0003! lol which is profit for all those who support RNVA Only when it goes no bid and actually buy a few shares! Never see those folks post R/S until it’s trading below .0001. Smh oh well
Yeah that .03 will be post R/S. Sorry but it is what it is until all that TOXIC debt is paid….
What's going on here? Looks pretty thin.. with a little buying pressure, seems like everyone will be happy! LoL
It's crazy that this once traded with the big boys, huh? Great job Seamus! Bring us back to the promise land! Although you screwed up, we trust you now not to get us out of trips with yet ANOTHER R/S
Thanks
What's the difference between oversold and dilution??
Poster from INQR board stated that RNVA is funding all operations for them??? How true is that? I thought RNVA was supposed to piggy back off of INQR's success NOT create even more debt??
Dude it's not undervalued they are in debt. Once all costs and debt are paid for and Net revenues continue RNVA will be a nice investment. BUT thats after another one or two R/S. Seamus has stated more than once how he feels about trading sub penny....just imagine his thoughts on .000001
Yeah he’s done tremendously well! He took a Nasdaq company straight to pinky! Great job CEO! What will his next awesome feat be??
lol it’s coming. He has no choice. His company is trading below par value..
So what’s good about that???? I think you need to analyze it a little closer. Lol
I stated numerous times tea bag that RNVA seems to be moving in the right direction but none of that will stop the inevitable of at least two more R/S based on cost of operations and debt. Ultimately Seamus has no choice. It’s so obvious. Short term doesn’t look good. Any Profit is good profit that’s always good for retail investors though.
Elaborate. Why do you think anyone will be fked? If this goes to .0003-.0004 then cool because that’s what this does but other than going right back to no bid to pay bills and then R/S who’s getting fked? Most here will buy a few million if that ask starts to diminish quickly then flip and unload. That’s the game here with RNVA.
Yup UPDATE!
No positive cash flow and debt=Net Revenues mean absolutely nothing as of right now. Update us please. Still blaming covid even though RNVA was non compliant and R/Splitting years before covid.
So exactly what was positive? Please provide an “Update” thanks!
10k is soooo awesome closed at .00005??
I tried to tell folks about Revenue versus reality and profit.. I guess those “updates” still will continue! Lol I hope not!
There's not one FACT in that update. Jolly's interviews are pointless! LoL
Jolly is a Joke
Ummmm... not when there are expectations to be met. Imperfect world or not, responsibilities are responsibilities and Seamus has an obligation to be responsible to his PUBLICLY traded company. So, again where is being late on anything when there is an expectation ever a good thing?
So you think delaying a report that you have a substantial amount of time to get done is good? Ummm... in what world is being late on paperwork or responsibilties when there is a clear deadline to meet ever a good thing? LoL
There are no facts in that post….so yeah hopes and dreams
hey! .50 soon! next week! watch! lol
Why? Again RNVA was trading on NASDAQ ,that's NOT an ASSUMPTION, now OTC Pinks and you still Trust the CEO??? hmmm??...
just throwing this out there. just an example. net revenues 7.6 million but you owe 100 times that?? umm what does that mean? RNVA is still in debt...revenues are promising! It's about time! BUT those revenues need to be allocated appropriately? Do you trust Seamus to accomplish that?
Huge spreads sometimes is an indicator of good things to come. Those who are bold enough to buy may be rewarded later. Huge spreads usually prevents early sell offs... But yeah I think a "varmint" did encounter this ticker. :)
painting works both ways... hope by end of day someone doesnt whack for 100 shares at .00028 then again someone might buy 5 shares at .0073! Makes portfolio green for the weekend!. Seriously though, huge spreads usually means good things to come later on. Well thats been my experience. BUT I'd never buy with a spread that wide. GL
LOL please stop! the spread is .0028-.0075 Some one bought 1000 shares at .0075 and can't sell because if they do, it will whack it to .0028!
yup NO REVERSE SPLIT
10 k must be a stellar report! Hence all the tremendous amount of volume coming in!
