Tick what? I'm sorry but there will be no tick tock boom. We have to come off the em first. Then ??? Seamus knows there's millions of shares at .0001 ready to be be dumped... Unless there's some major "squeeze" Seamus will r/s. That's why I'm not as optimistic as you guys...
I'm thinking they will file and simultaneously file to r/s. Giving us a very short window. A reverse split isn't a bad thing if they are actually ready to move forward. The past bad debt and the upcoming due notes suggest more dilution. Seriously, the stock price does not effect business operations. If Seamus could pay bills without spending quarterly profits and still still take home approximately 500k a year? What do you think he will do? Common shareholders are the least of his priorities.. imo
Exactly! This guy "badass" say I'm negative. Ummm... how else should I be after 7plus years of r/s, .0001, no bid, and now em??!
You sound like what Trump was doing to that microphone the other day but only to Seamus! Lol
Stucked
Controlling interest of an em and plummeting stock. That's the great CEO's M O. When will he actually produce for common shareholders? I guess we all have to wait and see. I mean we are all stocked together one big unhappy family. No one truly knows what the great Seamus has planned. I mean he directly screws employees. Folks who have direct communication with him.
Debating an em .000001 stock is pretty pointless. Seamus will r/s out of the em. Following FOXO in that regard makes sense. If this doesn't plummet during the grace period, then it's all good moving forward. However, there's no real timeframe until Dec 2025 gets closer
Umm Seamus has lied before oh yeah he just reached a settlement for ummm you guessed it!! lol Seamus is azz. Even if he actually gets us off em one day and make me a few dollars he will still be azz unless it's some life changing event. Because after 7 yrs plus of no bid, that's what it will take for him to get off the toilet..
Sorry Ding but they don't. RNVA is still deeply in the red. They still have a ton of past and current "bad" debt. That's the reason for one more reverse split. I've stated more than once, a reverse isn't bad. It's what usually follows them. In RNVAs case it's has always been r/s then dilute. If there's a r/s with no need to dilute because of that cash, then it's all good. Pps will sustain itself and gradually increase. We only lose number of shares not the value...
You do know if that's indeed the case, RNVA doesn't have to trade again for a very long time. This could sit on the em indefinitely and won't effect business operations whatsoever
Dude Rnva doesn't control FOXO. That's all speculation manifested by members of this board. No where does it state Rnva has a controlling interest over FOXO
Go give Rudolph some carrots.
Mj as long as there's bad debt rnva is not profitable. No where does it state rnva is clearing 5 million dollars a year. Quarterly profits does not negate past and current debt. The question no one is asking is Why give up two potentially multi million dollar profit revenue generating assets which in a few years, will surpass the 20 million dollar value options or whatever Seamus received in return? I'm sure it's probably due to taxes and litigation. Hey it's been 10 years what's a few more? Why include FOXO? There's really no need for FOXO
Nope. We will remain on the em for the remainder of the year. Seamus will not reveal anything with only two months left...
Never should have happened in the first place... can't spin it positively.... Going to court as a defendant is never good. Innocent or not the stigma has been placed...
I'm not sure when or if you got in this, but if you did, guess what? Your RNVA account is zero just like the rest of us ,and if you were truly knowledgeable about Seamus, you'd be concerned with little optimism also. Seamus is batting 1 for 1000. That's terrible dude. No way to spin that.
Ummm give folks something positive to post about then it will become a norm here. This is real life not some fantasy. Results are the only thing that matters to me when my money is involved. Up to this point, Seamus has not made me any.
Bashers?? Other than a few outright negative posts with no substance or facts, is it bashing if it's truthful and factual??
lol Those who choose to forget the past or ignore it are doomed to repeat it. Seamus has a pattern plain and simple. If he actually comes through within let's say the next few years, then he might be on his way to redemption. Come on man he doesn't even pay his employees. Who would want service from a company like that? Would you take a love one there for any medical care? Be honest? I'm not only stating his bad business decisions have negatively impacted this company, but his ethics has also. Seamus will still make nearly 500k this year while folks can't even make rent for the month. Perception is key and he has a lot to do to remedy that. The public's opinion, specifically the local people who live in the area and the folks who work at these hospitals with ties to the communities are the ones who will determine the success of this company not us ihub warriors. Gl
No he hasn't and no he didn't. Traders got caught up in bad luck?? I'm not what you mean MJ. He took this company from Nasdaq to venture into medical then into rural hospitals. He has made wrong decision after wrong decision since he made that initial choice. Seamus has never brought shareholder value even when there were opportunities. Blame starts at the top. Excuses are the tools for incompetence which builds monuments of nothing. And those who chooses to use them seldomly achieves anything greater...Rural hospitals struggle for a reason. Any simple due diligence should have deterred his decision to enter that sector. If rural hospitals were really profitable, the big boys would buy them out. However,There's no need to. That's why you see a walk in clinic on just about every corner in rural areas. Anything serious gets transported to the major hospitals. That's why they are trying all the other things mental health, beds, or whatever Seamus is up to. The covid years were the best time to prove RNVAs worth. He squandered the money instead of investing it properly.....
I'm sorry but I disagree....Seamus has squandered several opportunities with poor business decisions. Let's not attribute all of RNVA's failures to bumps in the road. Do some research. Seamus has been ineffective for all these years due to his own incompetence.... Hopefully he will get it right this time...
Wait I see now!! Rudolph's nose must be pretty dull after all these years right Santa?
This all should have been avoided. Are you related to Rudolph?
It's baffling how you guys are spinning a settlement agreement into something positive. At the end of the day, Seamus is a shady person. Nine of this should have occurred in the first place just like not ensuring workers get paid or not paying taxes. You all have to admit, Seamus's character is not much to be desired. Oh well hope he brings us all a little profit
Nah Diggy for those two I guess in a way I'm not too far behind them , but it's been more ten years not 3. They've been hoping and wishing for a very long time. Longer than me "even" Well, hopefully they're right this time. But we all know, Seamus isn't revealing much when closing on eoy. He'll pay whatever taxes umm let's hope he does, and move into 2025. I still don't understand the strategy of relinquishing two assets we all know is probably worth more than he got. There's no need for FOXO when everything is said and done. But hey, I have to work for my little money and Seamus is still gonna get almost 500k this year not making payroll, not paying taxes, going to the em, no bid, litigation for fraud etc... so what do I know? Lol
I agree. Another eoy with absolutely nothing to show common retail shareholders is ticking faster and faster and is quickly turning out to be another dud year...
Ringing Bell from the EM? That would be an amazing feat!!!!!
🤣 can he get us off the em first?!! Lol
Now you have a new cheerleader following because it fits his narrative!!! Congrats! LOL Seamus is azz plain and simple until he actually does something that impacts the PPS. Naked shorts don't occur just out of the blue. It's aided by inept ceo's
So who are my bosses exactly? With all the poor business decisions Seamus has made in over a decade, you still think it was naked shorts, huh? Man you are funny! 🤣 Any short position here was covered a long time ago.
I seriously believe Seamus will file to reverse split and become current simultaneously. The minute this gets off the EM we will trading post R/S. It all makes sense. It's all good if pps goes up after the r/s. We will still make profit. But if it's the same ole same ole we are screwed yet again...
There you go spinning things. Truthfully all jokes aside. What type of person faces litigation regardless of the reason, doesn't consisimake payroll but yet pays himself, and has lied to shareholders in the past about not conducting a r/s but a few months later does it anyway? I do hope Seamus finally makes us a little profit but he has a long way to go to improve his reputation...
No Diggy go check out the year high it was almost $3.00
Headed to copper land!!! Yayyyy!! Buckle up!
How about which ticker was the first? I've never heard of any stock on the EM accomplishing such a feat
FOXO will definitely R/S heading to copper land and RNVA will follow suit... Not foreseeable future all makes sense now
It was just plain stupid in the first place don't you think? And folks really trust Seamus??
"One cannot and must not try to erase the past merely because it does not fit the present" Until he actually produces, what makes you think we are going anywhere? There are many ways he can still screw common shareholders....
Your concern should be Seamus and why we are still on the EM and have been no bid for three years..give or take a few days of actual trading..,,
Can't edit on the phone ,but you get the gist Sherlock..
