Did you ask about Suite 300?
Fireat, not disgruntled...
Just found something that doesn't add up. I own shares in WNSH but when I saw the PR today it raised some major red flags. Nevada corporations are never good, doesn't mean WNSH isn't legit but it just raised a flag.
Hoping for the best here for everyone, but have a queasy feeling at the moment.
GLTY
Something stinks here folks....
I just called Kris Keller and he confirmed that National Realty Network occupies Suite 300, the same address that AppleTree claims to occupy. Call him yourself and ask.

Somebody has some explaining to do, lol
Weak Manzo, VERY weak....
Restricted shares in food and beverage company's domiciled in Nevada? Why don't you just give us shares in CMKX and call it even?
My country for a competent CEO!
LMAO
Charting penny stocks is....
An exercise in futility. Penny stocks move on speculation, hype and momentum, but have fun with the charts if you wish.
LOL
Better than a Skull and Cross Bones, lol
Majority Shareholder....
A person or conglomerate who owns more than 50% of the outstanding shares of a corporation
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/majorityshareholder.asp
A majority of the voting power of the Company's outstanding common stock, which is held by Francis P. Manzo III (Controlling Shareholder) and has determined by exercising his super majority vote to have the Company file a Form N-54C and withdraw its election to be registered as a BDC.
Note there are no outstanding Preferred Shares, so at the very least Francis Manzo owns at least 50% of the outstanding common shares (1.8B) assuming each share is entitled to 1 vote. In addition, they are buying back 360m shares. so the true puclicly tradable float is probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.2 - 1.4B shares at the most. Add in the term "super majority vote" and the public float could be much lower than this as he would need 67 - 90%.
We won't know for sure until we see the official filings but I think our prospects look pretty good here. Also try to find any penny stock out there where the CEO states there will not be an R/S or any other dilutive action to the stock, LOL
Level II Closing Picture....
Green paint at the close, LOL
Very interesting trading....
Shares move through at the Bid and the Bid gains strength, this is curious for sure!
Almost looks like the MM's are fighting for shares, lol
Bid gaining steam, buckle up, lol
Shemp, here's your Level II....
I'm not sure about the rules because I don't follow them that closely, and without access to Level III it's impossible to tell who is doing all the accumulating. This is where the MM's can get up to all kinds of tricks and we will never know about it. It is also not uncommon for the MM's to share between themselves, one can be fronting the market and can then pass the shares between them.
It's a rigged game from the beginning as far as retail traders goes, lol
Yep, they are mixing it up pretty good on this stock. Difficult to tell what their M.O. is here but whatever it is, if the MM's are willing to stock up at .0006 they probably anticipate a run here. If nothing else they are demonstrating that loading up at .0006 does not seem to be a risky prospect for them, lol
Looks like someone is loading up...
NITE, HDSN, and SBSH have been holding strong on the Bid all day at .0006. They are gobbling up all shares thrown at them, either they are covering or they may be accumulating for the company. Hard to tell for sure but looks like they want them thar shares for some reason, lol
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I think the key here is....
Each share of Common Stock is entitled to 1 Vote, and Francis Manzo is the Controlling shareholder of Common Stock, yes, no?
A majority of the voting power of the Company's outstanding common stock, which is held by Francis P. Manzo III (Controlling Shareholder) and has determined by exercising his super majority vote to have the Company file a Form N-54C and withdraw its election to be registered as a BDC
Yeah, that is kind of weird...
It might be a dynamic timestamp whenever anyone accesses the website or, it may have been pre-dated when it was authorized.
Kind of strange for sure
Here you go....
Good find NEBG, looks like quite the upscale operation to me. The more we find out about our new owner the better it looks. LOL
Northfield Plaza Office Building Pictures...
I couldn't find closeup pictures of the building that AppleTree is located in, which is 1 Northfield Plaza, Suite 300. But I was able to find some closeup pictures of the building that I believe is right next door, which is 2 Northfield Plaza. I'm sure these pictures are very close to what type of building AppleTree is occupying, or at least it is within the general vicinity. This is definitely not your typical sub penny Pinksheet company, lol
The first picture is an aerial view of the entire Plaza, the following pictures are closeups of 2 Northfield Plaza, I like what I see here!
TPL, better be careful....
You're going to have to file a Form 4 stating 10% (or more) Beneficial Ownership
LOL
That's easy, electronic markers. The MM's can continuously churn stock they don't own by "robbing from Peter to pay Paul". They simply borrow against something they don't have to fill the orders, much like a credit card or mortgage works today. The problem for them is, once real value enters the picture and more buyers move in, they can't borrow anymore, this is where the squeeze comes in.
LOL
Right, but who controls the majority of those shares?
This is a very big statement here folks....
From the DEF 14C
A majority of the voting power of the Company's outstanding common stock, which is held by Francis P. Manzo III (Controlling Shareholder) and has determined by exercising his super majority vote to have the Company file a Form N-54C and withdraw its election to be registered as a BDC.
http://www.pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=5325299
Francis Manzo not only has total control of the Preferred Shares, but also has a majority control of the Common Shares as well. This "may" imply that the public float is much smaller than a lot of people believe, am I reading this wrong?
I hope not! LOL
Ding, ding, ding @ .0008, wheeee!
.0008 on the ASK, lol
.0007's falling fast, wheeeee!
ASK is getting spanked, gotta luv it!
Natrby, lmao!
Looks like he's got a hotfoot, lol
SBSH ASK now .0029, whhheeee!
Good to see you today, I'm still trying to recover from the party last night, lol
Hoping for some major WNSH filings over the next couple of weeks!
Shorty your day is coming, tick, toc, lol
SBSH & NITE getting nervous, lol
Question about 90% control....
Is this where AppleTree controls 90% of WNSH? Here is a statement from each of the last two PR's.
What we know at the present time is that there are 3,620,241,722 common shares issued and outstanding
Appletree now controls all preferred shares
If so, then this would imply that there are 3,620,241,722 shares in the float, and with the buyback of 360,000,000 shares, this first buyback is roughly 10% of the float. It's not uncommon to see a company buy back 10% of the float, of course we don't know if this is true until we see the filings. Still more guessing to do which is probably the reason we can't break above .0008, everyone else is puzzled by this too.
Each class of preferred shares are either convertible into or, the equivalent of a certain number of common shares depending on the company bylaws. This does not mean they will be converted, it is simply used as a controlling factor. There is also the question of whether or not the common shares are considered voting shares but with most penny stocks you don't see that, and besides we never received a proxy to vote on the AppleTree takeover, so I would doubt that our common shares are voting shares.
Just throwing around some thoughts.
They never advanced to higher exchanges because there are far less regulatory requirements and expenses if they stay on the Pinks. The reason they haven't been shorted into the ground like so many other pinks is because they are real companies with real revenues and profits. The shorts would have to be suicidal to short them with the money these companies are generating.
That's what is so interesting about what's happening with WNSH, if AppleTree rolls real companies with real revenues into us, the shorts will definitely take notice, and will try to protect themselves from getting creamed. Before that happens we need to see all the numbers filed by AppleTree and the legitimate profitable companies rolled into us. If that happens there are going to be some hysterically paranoid shorts out there.
LOL
Big companies that trade on the Pinks....
Just found these by accident, these major companies all trade on the Pink Sheets, LOL
