How many of the 18 ALLEGED CDEx employees (shareholders) were at the meeting in Tucson? How many employees were seen at the lab?
What are all these employees doing? LOL
Too funny!!!!
"Now tell me they managed to corral 13 employees ,and at least 6 management personell with the same lack of scruples."
I can hardly believe that CDEX has 13 employees! LOL
Please!!
Capnmike, Mari, Stewart... Gee their looking out for the common, honest shareholder!
CROOKS!! IMO
Have you lied?
Capnmike, are you one of the scamsters?
Sanddollar, nope, upstate NY. He was one of the players that had the "opportunity" to sit down with Boone and Baker (over lunch/dinner in LV) and listen to all the wonderful news about Loch Harris.
Or at least that's what he reported in a post back in '99/'00 on RB. I once talked with him on the phone.
One thing I've noted, anyone that claims to be a personal friend or has direct communication with the CEO of a scamco is not a good financial adviser! LOL
One person in particular I've met seems to have been buddy-buddy with Boone/Baker, then MP and now Griffin... well at least until a couple weeeks ago.
The same ole story just fill in the blank with the name of the new CEO.
Blueprinted to the tee.
For those that don't want to entirely read Xeno's excellent parellelism between Infotopia and CDEX here is the blueprint for a successful Scamco in a pea pod:
1. Obtain a shell company, a seasoned managment/legal team and a fresh stack of authorized shares.
2. Choose a trendy new product and announce your marketing plan.
3. Distribute the wealth (issue company shares to all participating scamsters)
2. Start the PR campaign.
3. Bleed shares into market.
4. Authorize additional shares (to execute marketing plan on shoestring)
5. Repeat steps 1-4 as required
6. Transfer assets to new shell ( R/S included)
7. Obtain new front managment team.
8. Repeat steps 1-7.
AKA- Continuity of Scamco Life
Xeno, outstanding example of parallelism between two Scamcos!! Good job!
Xeno, I know this is a sidebar, but just in case anyone missed it in the Stock Patrol report- our very own beloved StockDoc of RB fame:
"Could that be a mere coincidence? We have found no disclosure suggesting that the four companies are under common ownership and control. To the contrary, each identifies a different individual as its “Managing Member”: Judith Adler of New York City for Kilkenny; Dr. Stuart Erner of Slingerlands, New York for Rathgar; Irwin Goodman of Alpharetta, Georgia for Finglas; and Ben Giacchino of Woodstock, Georgia for Monkstown (Finglas has also provided an address in Boynton Beach, Florida."
What a deal, buy at .10 and sell at .75, I wonder who authorzied those sales at CDEx and if that person received a tax-free kick back?
Who would like to invest in this honest little company?
I wonder if Mari's Plaintiff DA partner, Robert Stewart is a registered dealer In Texas?
We know about the thirty centers, but where are these $.10 stock sales in the CDEx SEC filings?
Damn Xeno... stop usin' them fancy words!! LOL
Yep Crow, except it's not absorption, it's fluorescence, which means that the sensor doesn't have to be 180 degrees to the source like a conventional UV absorption spectrometer.
Matter of fact, I think the patent app discloses a preferred source/target/sensor angle and it's not 180 degrees.
Then it could have two sensors, one for fluorescence and on for absorption....
.... but who cares! LOL
Yes Sanddollar, you'll find "al-a-min-e-um" in the Oxford dictionary, but not the Webster!
High See, at 34 pounds the Valimed enclosure is most likely constructed of CRS.
I originally thought that from the looks of it, the enclosure was plastic and fabbed from a rotational or injection mold, but now that I think about it, the enclosure needs to be a EMI sheild so it is probably metal.
At 34 lbs. it's probably not aluminum.
I wonder if CDEX obtained the patent rights to the PCSentry9300 through the APA?
The PCSentry9300, a good example that a patent does not guarantee a successful product.
What happen to Baxa? Where are those heavily discounted, end-of-the-year Valimed sales deferred to 2007?
I'll give it to the end of the month before I reach my final conclusion about the "revolutionary" Valimed (with equally innovative software).
And as I have said before about the meth gun, we won't see any significant sales, if any, until 2008 at the earliest.
It appears that the only thing that's going to save this little money hungry company is the sales of more shares and the introduction of the next golden widget to awe the gullible.
High C, I think you should archive Crow's last post to you.
That's "as good as it's going to gets." LOL
High C, I was only pokin' fun Mon!! But I wasn't talkin' about the meth gun, I was talkin' about the mold used to make the pretty blue enclosure designed for Valimed.
Of course they ain't gunna invest in a mold for the meth gun at this stage of development.
The sensible thing to do is go to K-Mart, buy a hair dryer and cannibalize it. Of course, for a few dollars more, a bar code scanner would work even better because they are vailable in cooler, more hi-tech looking shapes. Certainly worth the investment when measuerd on the Wow Scale.
LOL! DaBoyz, their lawyer MP and all the little helper bees gettin' the job done.
Lies and deception for money... tricks for free.
Xeno, do you live in West Covina? Hey that's not too far from me! LOL
High C, for once I think you may be right when you speak of the "mold".
When you take a COTS UV fluorimeter, put it in a neato new box and add on a no-frills user interface, the only thing that really cost any money is the custom molded enclosure.
Tool and die machinist don't work for peanuts, probably cost upwards of $10 million for the mold and another 3-5 million to tweak it in.
The revolutionary hardware and equally innovative software was the cheap stuff.
Patents and PR's for show, no lab or offices to keep the dough.
"I wonder what is going on inside the heads of those that profited, though. Could they look into the eyes of those that have lost because they believed in the SCAM and put up their money..some ALL of their money.. and feel good about it?"
In a heart beat. I know from first hand experience.
In fact, they contimue to spread the same scam lies while looking you right in the eyes and knowing that you don't believe a word of it.
It's a way of life.
Hmmm... there appears to be something wrong with this picture:
Although widely experienced in other industries, our current senior management
team has little experience leading the development, marketing and sales of
technology products in the chemical detection and validation marketplace.
We are a technology development company. Our primary focus is and will continue
to be products from technologies that we develop in-house or acquire from other
sources. Our current focus is on developing and marketing products using
chemical detection and validation technologies.
uv512, CDEX has claimed to have something based on UVF, but it has been suspiciously "back-burnered" immediately after the ASD patent infringement law suit was settled.
It appears as if ASD is moving forward with their product:
Analytical Spectral Devices to Demo First Portable Drug Anti-Counterfeiting Technology at IFPAC
Briefcase-sized device allows pharmaceutical field agents and investigators to validate prescription drugs on-the-fly
Boulder, Colo., December 19, 2006 —Analytical Spectral Devices (ASD) will debut the pharmaceutical industry’s first portable drug anti-counterfeiting device, the RxSpec® 700Z, at the upcoming IFPAC show, the world’s leading conference on process analysis technology. Now in its 21st year, the International Foundation Process Analytical Chemistry takes place in Baltimore, January 28-31.
The number of injuries and deaths world-wide related to counterfeit drugs is growing. While the extent of pharmaceutical counterfeiting varies among different regions in the world, there is consensus among regulatory bodies that the problem is a dangerous threat to the safety of consumers. To address this issue, ASD’s RxSpec 700Z system enables real-time drug verification that will hopefully eradicate the unnecessary injuries and loss of life caused by harmful counterfeit drugs getting into the hands of consumers.
Counterfeiting, fraud, and theft within the pharmaceutical industry supply chain ranges from conservative estimates of $30 billion to more than $50 billion in annual losses to corporations, according to market studies by organizations such as IMS Health and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In 2003 the FDA established the Counterfeit Drug Task Force as a new initiative to combat this growing problem.
“Drug counterfeiting is a growing problem, as evidenced by the FDA’s actions to combat it,” said ASD’s CEO Dave Rzasa. “The RxSpec 700Z is a tool that fits the FDA’s call for applying new technologies to distinguish legitimate drugs from counterfeits. The RxSpec 700Z is a portable version of the patented technology that ASD introduced into mail order pharmacies two years ago. It should be a useful tool for pharmaceutical companies, Customs and Border Control agencies, and anybody in the drug distribution chain who is concerned with the efficacy of the drug being given to patients.”
“Before RxSpec, drugs had to be taken to a lab and tested to see if they were counterfeit,” explained ASD’s Director of Business Development Michael Lands. “This new device verifies drugs in real-time, helping the pharmaceutical industry cut costs by reducing testing time and lowering liability risks, and ultimately protecting corporate revenues.”
Using Near-Infrared (NIR) spectroscopic technology, the RxSpec device provides a glimpse of what new drug safety technologies can be applied throughout the pharmaceutical industry’s entire process, from the manufacturing plant to the retail pharmacy.
LOL!!! EOM
OT: Laboratory rule number 1: Never put a plastic bottle on a hot plate even if you are 100% sure it is off.
It would appear (TM- Malcbaby) as if "Art's Birdies" have flown into Closer's backyard.
Nice letter Harry, a bit of a stretch at certain key points, but not bad.... and good use of paragraphs! LOL
Spoken exactly like Ontheedge/Kidinsight. eom
LOL Xeno, no it makes no sense at all, but it just goes to show that one should believe very, very little these yo-yos say.
This doesn't seem to make sense either:
"CDEX Inc. (OTCBB: CEXI) announced today that it is implementing its plan to centralize its administrative and corporate functions in Tucson, Arizona. The move is expected to begin in early 2007 and be concluded by the end of the first quarter."
Centralize what? Aren't they over dramatizing this?
They're going get rid of their rent-a-mail-box in Rockville?
Why is that going to take three months? LOL
Woulditnow, why not use your old alias?
Woulditnow,
"The fact, he, (Dr. Poteet) has developed a product that has already saved a few lives..."
Really? Who's lives have been saved by Valimed? Hospital? Patient names? Your source?
Well wonders never cease, is Inet finally admitting that loch Harris was a scam and the Boyz were crooks? LOL
"How could we ever approve a sale or not with 480,000,000 shares mostly in the hands of crooks. Boone and Baker alone had more majority than all of us combined. GET REAL!"
Inet, doesn't it logically follow that the Boyz wouldn't have handed over the "scam" to just anyone, especially in the middle of a SEC investigation? It had to be someone that they could trust, one of their own, an "inonit" in the same boat as them.
Do you think that's why the Boyz hired their own behind the scenes lawyer (MP) to run the CDEX show and why MP continued to go through all the trouble "make believing" that ELF and VAMMP were viable products until ALL THE REVOLUTIONARY LOCH ERA TECH could be safely backburnered "in the short term". LOL
Too funny!!
MalcoVent LOL!!!
A quote from Dr. Wade Poteet regarding the envisioned embodiment of the meth gun prototype?
"It's sort of like the Motorola Razr phone with as many functions as it has..."
Poteet turning into a stock promoter? Why isn't he busy in the lab? Geez, build a prototype from a hair dryer/ bar code scanner enclosure and start advertising your imagination? What happen to the CDEx marketing people?
Poteet, are you claiming that the meth gun prototype already has as many features as a Razr phone? If not, PLEASE USE THE FUTURE TENSE IN YOUR DESCRIPTION AND NOT THE PRESENT!!!!!!
BTW, the Sliver has blue tooth and a MP3 player, if your gunna sling it, you mize well sling it good.
HEY! What ever happen to the ELF with the heads-up helmet with GPS? LOL
The same ole BS STILL coming from the LOCH GANG!
UNBELIVEABLE!!

And last but certainly NOT least... SHARES, SHARES, SHARES!!!
LOL!! EOM
Inet, I thought Woulditnow was on your side of the fence? Why are you calling him/her names?
"I've received confirmation from an expert: this latest patent allows a wide range of coverage."
Latest patent? You mean the only patent.
It allows for a wide range of coverage for operating an X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer at a stand-off distance of "at least about one meter"
Must be a ton of applications out there if they can "translate it to the field".
Come on CDEX, get 'er off the back burner! Let's see the "new physics" in a real world product!
"what is a reasonable amount of time for a start-up company to get squared away?"
That depends on how much time and money a company's management squanders advertising a suite of concept products for the sole purpose of keeping their bosses from getting slapped with civil law suits and criminal (conspiracy to commit fraud) charges.
In the case of CDEX they are way over due.
I don't agree with those that blame weak marketing for the lack luster sales of Valimed. Replacing the CEO is simply a scapegoat tactic which isn't going to fix the problem.
What is the problem? Exposure? I think CDEX has had enough exposure in the correct market sector to get a feel for how sought after a product Valimed really is.
Still, as I said before, I'm giving it till the end of the first quarter in '07 to debunk any excuses that the poor sales is a result of the ASD law suit or Baxa withholding end-of-the-year sales to help meet next years quotas. (Yawn...)
And how about that meth gun? I believe that CDEx along with their on-line stock promoters have over hyped the meth gun to death as per usual (just like they did with Valimed- WOW). In order for there to be significant sales as Griffin envisions the meth gun must seriously stand above the competition in performance and cost.
I just don't see that happening- performance wise anyway(s) (TM- Nasfanium). If the product makes it to market I don't expect to see legitimate sales until the end of next year.
How many legitimate sales have we seen with Valimed and how many sales were "PR" sales to move PP shares?
Closer might be right, the PPS may soon be heading North. Heck, with 50 million new shares soon to be marketed CDEX is going to need some "sales PR's".
That's why I'm loading up while I can still get'em "on the cheap". These are bargain basement prices that we'll never see again. Com'on CDEX "git'er done"! LOL
NOT.
