Latest patent? You mean the only patent.

It allows for a wide range of coverage for operating an X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer at a stand-off distance of "at least about one meter"

Must be a ton of applications out there if they can "translate it to the field".

Come on CDEX, get 'er off the back burner! Let's see the "new physics" in a real world product!
