Good call on Amorphous metals replacing rare earth metals.
Uses for lqmt just keep on growing and we haven't even started commercialisation, but we are on the cusp
More Apple Car news,Titan just won't die.
So is the Apple Car a CE ? Just raising that question is enough to question the agreement, which to me means that Apple needs to take control (buyout?) of this ambiguity regarding the definition of a CE.

Very Interesting, Europe is looking ever more important to lqmt success.
CIP > VPC.
End of Discussion.
I post this in good-will to All.
Agree, good potential but lqmt has to be first to commercialise bmg, although competing companies will have a hard time playing catch up to Apple and Engel's research & Investment.
Dynacast via Kinetics perhaps.
Yeah i agree, there is Injection Molding then there is IM, i remember Steipp saying that Engel provided more accuracy and Repeatable Quality control, thats why they went with them but i can't find which CC that remark came from.
If true i stand corrected, which leads to the question of why did lqmt abandon Husky for Engel ?
The LiquidMetal Technologies deal with Visser reminds me of the deal between Apple and GT Advanced Technologies.
Just like GT, Visser promised a wealth of knowhow but failed to deliver, and just like Liquidmetal, Apple has cut ties and moved on to a better partnership, Saint Gobain for Apple and Engel for Liquidmetal.
Its a shame that on both counts it was U.S. companies that failed both Apple and Liquidmetal, and its European companies that have come to the rescue.
A couple of points to your post,
First: The number of current employees is irrelevant since potential customers can do the production in-house or contract a manufacture (like Jabil) for the work without having to depend on lqmt for production. Just need to pay lqmt for the right to use the IP and royalties too.
Second: The 4-5 rejected prototypes where done by Visser right?
Watt a wonderful Sunday, Enjoy
True he can't compete whatsoever, he uses the old die cast method while lqmt has moved on to quality controlled injection molding, i think Braney got left in the dust when Steipp realised that die cast molding won't work. Maybe Barney can pay lqmt a licence fee to use the Engel machines lolz.
So you are claiming that Barney has access to CIP ?
Please show where Barney has Injection Molding BMG,
One word : ENGEL
To add to that, When the PPS goes up there will be no need for a RSS but more dilution would be probable and i don't see investors voting 'no' when their net worth has greatly increased.
Recently Amazon was in the news because its not making profits but has captured huge market share and investors are buying because of the 'potential' they see in Amazon. That part amazes me, Amazon making no profit but investors keep jumping in. I believe investors view Tesla the same way.
So i wonder how investors will react when they realise that lqmt has tamed BMG and owns CIP, the CIP that will give lqmt a monopoly on BMG manufacturing, huge potential AND huge profit with no competition to be seen, no injection molding machines exist for BMG except for Engel and those can only be used under licence from lqmt.
I'm excited about the future, I'm trying to buy as much as i can, exchanging pennies for a stock that will be worth dollars.
Enjoy the pancakes ;)
I don't mind history lessons, i gave some DD to history but its all about the future, the problem arrises when a handful use certain parts of history for their own objectives AND censor others post on history that do not conform to their agenda.
If some want to bring up history then they should accept their own history too.
Thanks for posting your DD, agree there is an arms race and CIP is THE major patent holder in this field especially in the very crucial area of actual Production methods.
No point patenting something if you can't manufacture it, and lqmt holds those IP.
Does anyone see a difference between the iP6 and 6s ?
Supposedly smoother and stronger, i have a feeling its the semi-amorphous or restricted crystallisation aluminium alloy used in the watch not lqmt, but impossible to know until its released. http://www.macrumors.com/2015/07/17/leaked-iphone-6s-plus-images/
Now thats some very interesting information, why has the big boss been holding onto these for so long before making just 2 pieces available, and coincidentally on the same day that the case study on the Hybrid is released, yes its x-files stuff but very intriguing.
The KnifeCenter claims it as 'New".
The youtube video had less than 200 views before the link was posted here, so while its claimed to be 6 years old it seems its just newly released publicly .
Might add some weight behind my theory that the Chisel blade tips might have been from another project.
Consider.. Why would a throwing knife have a flat tip instead of a pointed tip?
and I'm done for the week, have a great weekend y'all.
Is it coincidence that Miltner-Adams releases a new Throwing Star Knife (with chisels for blades)
AND
LiquidMetal Tech releases the Miltner-Adams case study, on the same day ?!
Thanks to JBPharmD for the links below
Why are the blades in the shape of a chisel?
To be a throwing star the blade tips would have to be pointed to penetrate when thrown, it makes no sense to have a wide chisel point.
Was the chisel tool blades designed for something else and MA just used the pieces to make only 2 throwing stars?
Why would the center pieces be made on stainless, i don't see the need for it to be flexible.
New Miltner-Adams design for sale, centrepiece is stainless but no info on what the blade/spikes are made off.
http://www2.knifecenter.com/item/XTMAFTS1/miltner-adams-custom-folding-throwing-star-three-3-875-inch-blades-kydex-sheath
The market does not put in orders for parts, so no problem there.
I'm not making excuses for lqmt bunt it is possible that the Blade show deadline could have been at least partly responsible for the poor QA.
Consider that with Visser holding more than 9% it would be in lqmt's best interest to issue all 700 million shares before doing a RSS.
Ballpark calculations, 9% of 470 million share is 42 million BUT 42 million is just 6% of 700 million share.
So if you are certain a RSS is coming then expect all authorised shares to be issued FIRST, so be careful what you wish for.
If the price goes below 0.01 then expect a RSS, but good luck waiting for that to happen.
Strongly Disagree !!
Keep buying boys and girls, 0.125 is fading and 0.105 is a unicorn.
It will be a hot dry thirsty summer for those that can't clear short investments.
I love history too,
