Look at the GTRL & HDUP trading channels. With low volume trades, (to ensure trade execution - $100 - $200), play the channel and be patient for fills. You can do this comfortably knowing these could take off on news, but still capitalize on the spread.

Money isn't being lost the last few weeks, unless someone is selling. Some have made bets that the PR was coming sooner, and bought up the ask, which is all well and fine. I did some of it as well. Hitting the ask is just a show of confidence in the stock. I am confident that my ask slaps will pay out handsomely in the end. Those who took the risk of bid sitting when a PR could have come, participated in a high risk move, that is paying off. We are all in this together, except for shorter scum, I have no respect for shorters, just my personal style.

I'm walking along the lines of gift right now. Moving the A/S to 30 Billion (to cover the theoretical, yet highly unlikely scenario that all notes convert simultaneously) shook people bad. Possibly even shook converters. So in these dismal times I see opportunity, which is why I've begun loading some. However I would like to see more about the payroll and security services we are to provide to our new client. Our new client, partner in a law firm, is doubtful a fool and partnering with a company that can't deliver. Better days to come and a great deal of NOLS to take advantage of.
They have been working on a plan to develop theme parks across the US. They were trading at .10 not long ago, one investor pressed the CEO, (my understanding) and threatened to dump shares if he didn't tell him info. He dumped, caused a panic, and it settled around a penny. Its trading between .012 and .019. This plan to develop parks has been in motion since 2001. They were close to the first in Tennessee in 2011, but had setbacks. The fact that old school entertainment celebs are joining the board of directors speaks volumes. Rumor is up to 8 parks and significant financial backers that you will recognize and news is imminent. I have over 50% of my portfolio in here. Look at the news that has come out over the last 8 months, this will be a major play. I am heavy here and MYEC.

This, again leads me to believe it may be a part of our equation. If anyone can find a SOS status on vista, please provide, because CA SOS returns nothing.
Just in case I missed it, I have read they plan to have dividends. My question is are those dividends going to be paid out to the C class only, preferred only, or shareholder wide? Converting the debt makes way for profits on the books, which makes way for dividends to get paid out by profitable operations.
People are going to get irritated if they get called everyday by tons of people. I'm letting it be and being patient.
Wonder if there is any restriction? I know some series have restrictions. I'm curious to see how many previous creditors hold their investment for some nice gains. The way things are shaping up, I would. Management seems to be executing a well thought out strategic plan. Much more to come here.

Maybe Chris, there's a lot of eyes here, lots of ghosts, and if we near a penny, I bet you will see strong buying again, because enough of us have looked at this enough to realize what stage of development we are at, and besides the park, we still have the inking of the Legacy deal to see happen, that appears to be bringing animations, books, kids clothing, toys, etc to the table. Also with Joe on the BOD I get the impression we must be getting close to the Michael Jackson deal. Also, my opinion is that there are even more aspects we aren't even aware of at this point. Dig your heels in, I have.

According to Dun and Bradstreet, their headquarters is in Davenport. That address is within the Champions Gate community. Look at Champions Gate and all the growth potential it still has. Got a hit on Spokeo for Richard Dickson for Champions Gate Blvd. Dickson is overseeing land acquisitions and negotiations with public officials. The Spokeo hit could be a complete coincidence. At this point, the identification of Richard Dickson is crucial to finding out info before it comes out.

The first theme park destination:
On 11/20/2013, a PR was released stating Richard Dickson is spearheading land acquisition for the first park, and that park development will include hotels, restaurants, and an 18 hole golf course.
Given that the address on the SEC filing was in Champions Gate, and a Spokeo search returns address for Dickson in Champions Gate, and that the plans for Champions Gate includes a golf course, hotels, and restaurants...this could very well be where we launch.
Just my speculative opinion, but the dots are connecting.
