We would certainly like to see it because there are over 100 of us shareholders that do not believe this accusation,RK FINANCED over 75% of the deal VPLM/DIGI purchase and development of first 5 patents.
These accusations alone make the BOD look terrible and is hurting the sale of VPLM.....think about it,this current BOD signed the agreements,took the money,issued the stock and then froze the shares while RK was laying in the hospital fighting for his life....

VoIP/DIGI had the opportunity to employ the original two "granted patents" on PLATINUM PHONE "and have a legitimate cause for loss and damages!This also would avoid the NPE label and demonstrate the updated Digifonica operating system combined with the VPLM retail platform but Kostantin Kripiviny "spelling ??" And Emil Malak nixed it and shut it down.
Remember Konstantin is the HEAD engineer that Malak forced VPLM pay 40 MILLION shares to.....

You need to pay more attention to what is happening,the news has already begun as has the fallout.
We as a group have seen certain agreements with both Malak and Sawyers signatures,this is fact,not fiction,you all get to hear it in court where it is the correct venue.
We also are shareholders and want resolution but if the attacks based on complete fiction continue to be posted you will leave us no choice to publish and stop any sale in its tracks.
