That's an easy one, no one is selling/licensing etc,VPLM did not employ on its excellent POINTSHONE which CHANG commissioned and built and which Malak shut down,at least the company could have demonstrated to perspective clients/vsp's and telcos.
I don't understand how we can claim damages if there is no business being damaged/lost?
