We believe Malak has already done a back door agreement for his exit strategy with a company similar to Intellectual Ventures and this "crowd funding" could be an arms length way in getting cheaper stock for his insider buddies.!
Remember Malak still gets 40% more stock based on subscriptions.
When RK and friends win in court Malak will be rolled back to 1/3 of outstanding and no 40% clause,all the bullshit stock issued to his BOD cancelled and the company capped at 901 million shares......,
