Ah well GL with your DD. I think you will find that this company is pretty solid and waayy further along than CBIS is. 20 pager DD on CBIS eh, that sounds pretty epic. Q2 for CBIS is going to be significant, hopefully for the better. If you don't mind me asking, how "big" are these clients of yours that are interested in CBIS?
I don't know what you are talking about with Montana's dispensary system. The latest news is http://www.findmypot.com/2010/08/13/medical-marijuana-dispensaries-doctor-restrictions-win-montana-legislators-backing/
It also seems like you are saying that the company is diluting when there is no evidence to support that theory. The O/S has been 65,570,574 for some time.
LOL. I was defending this baby as well from the hordes of misinformation. Thoseee .015's were nice, you should be thanking the bashers at this point :)
Impressive. I would say great sign!
Ah excellent. Things could get quite interesting over here soon. MJNA/CMSI are looking good the past couple days. "A rising tide lifts all boats".
I believe so but I am not 100% sure. I am also hoping the reason for the delay is that it takes a while to count the new revenues :) I also am also still wondering how you got limited to a couple of posts a day, there is nothing I can do as mod. Cashcowmoo recently had the same thing happen.
Have you hired the professional investigator yet?

Time 2 protect our soldiers!
Might I add the last PR details a pretty awesome IR group for NADVF.
Epic picture! Thanks for sharing.
Ah very nice. As I was thinking, could be a nice week. Monday will be very interesting.
I could not agree more, the hemp plant is absolutely amazing. This company is the most solid of any of the publicly traded companies dealing with hemp or even cannabis IMHO. They have been working with hemp since 2004 and have pretty amazing leadership. They are currently in the final stages of commercialization and have various licensing agreements with well known companies such as Hanesbrands Inc., Patrick Yarns, G.J. Littlewoods & Son, Inc., and Georgia-Pacific. Their website has a lot of information to get started with. I have not created a huge position here as of right now but continue to watch it and waiting for them to start full scale production and sales.
Franchising dispensaries would be amazing...

8/2/10 CRAiLAR(R) Organic Fibers is Approved for Global Organic Textile Standard Chemical Input Certification
Naturally Advanced Technologies' Flagship CRAiLAR Organic Fibers Receives Highly-Regarded Third-Party Certification
PORTLAND, Ore., Aug 02, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Naturally Advanced Technologies Inc. (NAT, OTC Bulletin Board: NADVF, TSXV: NAT) announced today that CRAiLAR (R) Organic fibers, the foundation for a truly sustainable yarn in the apparel industry, has been approved for the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) Textile Auxiliary Agents, or chemical input, certification, being recognized as using only the cleanest and least toxic ingredients in their (wet) processing.
The certification indicates that CRAiLAR Organic Fibers uses only GOTS approved chemical inputs (auxiliary agents) in their processes. The issuing organization, OneCert, evaluates specific criteria regarding prohibited substances and restricted inputs, such as genetically modified organisms and formaldehyde, as well as the risk and toxicity for substances used in all stages of production.
"Naturally Advanced Technologies is committed to maintaining the highest standards of environmental responsibility in the textile market," said Ken Barker, CEO, Naturally Advanced Technologies. "Obtaining the most stringent and well-respected certification with the GOTS Chemical Input standards validates our process and work to date. CRAiLAR has always been eco sound; now we have certification confirming it."
The Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) is a collaborative effort between the Organic Trade Association, Soil Association, Internal Association Natural Textile Industry (IVN) and Japan Organic Cotton Association (JOCA). The GOTS were developed to unify organic standards within the textile industry so manufacturers can market products to different countries under one certification that is recognized and acceptable in all major markets around the world.
CRAiLAR Organic Fibers are made from bast fibers, such as hemp and flax, long known as some of the most sustainable, renewable, environmentally sound crops in existence. The all-natural CRAiLAR process bathes these fibers in a proprietary enzyme wash that transforms their stiff, rough filaments into soft textile fibers that retain their strength and durability but have the texture of organic cotton. The patented CRAiLAR technology was developed by Naturally Advanced Technologies in collaboration with the National Research Council of Canada.

I'm still patiently waiting for my entrance point :D
Good question but I really like how CBIS doesn't announce anything until it is finalized.
I cannot PM you back but I did not ban you. You should probably save your complaint.
Last I heard about the 8K was that it was in the works a couple of weeks ago...I do wonder what is taking so long. I have been unable to contact IR in a while, I left them another message today...hopefully I can hear back from them soon. Unfortunately I was unable to make it to the facility as promised, I apologize for not being able to follow through as promised. I am imagining and hoping they are just extremely busy. Anyways here is some hope for the end to this manipulation holding us back http://www.phonienews.com/12316/the-nail-in-wallstreets-coffin/
The joint venture announced today could also work out quite nicely!

You obviously did not watch this trade last week if you think it is "promo dumping". Get real, real-time trading that is.
Anyways have a nice weekend.
Whatever the decrease in share price is attributable to, it cannot be sustained for much longer. We know ~24 million shares were used to pay off debt and set aside for acquisitions around 4 months ago. That was the last time this stock was diluted as far as I know. The CEO and others have recently stated further dilution is no longer necessary with revenue producing operations. That is in fact amazing for a company whose main focus is on R&D. So if this constant decline in share price is from the dilution months ago, they will be out very soon and we will rise sharply. It is also possible it has nothing to do with the previous dilution and that may have ended a while ago (probably did imo), and is being brought down by by other forms of share price manipulation. Regardless, a company with a positive cash flow can only go down so far until everyone realizes how undervalued it is (not to mention the immense POTential with this one). Oh and another theory I just thought of for the most recent price decline; it could be attributed to further acquisitions we are yet aware of that would have cost millions of shares but would essentially make the shares more valuable.
Anywayyss, patience is all that is required here IMHO.
Here this should help:
