I've got 1Mil shares at an average .0185. What sucks is that I want to add to my position, but have no funds. A buddy of mine owes me $11K and its been a LONG while now. I'm tempted to ask him to pay me back so that I can buy some while they're cheap.
You guys are funny, LOL.
I find that very unusual. Something else gotta be up. I can understand low volume, but zero volume points to something else (especially consecutive days in a row).
Did they give a reason to halt trading on this stock?
I'm glad I got out at $3.
Is anyone still holding this?
Sam,
Just like you I've been holding ILCO for a long time and just like you I continue to add my position in NVMG.
Excellent post you made there today.
Chart,
I hope your father recovers completely and wish you and your family all the best from the entire gang here.
We'll resume the hunt once your back!
LOL. I'm in the same boat. BTW, thanks for the PM.
Red,
I used to use Prophet charts until I realized that many of the Technical Indicators on there are incorrect. Due to that reason, I've stopped using them. But I gotta say, those Java Charts were awesome. Simple to load and had a great interface. They used to be my favorite. :)
I've emailed the tech support over there with no response.
Is there any reasonable online broker out there that offers free L2 on Pinks?
WOW! Another PR! Good Luck To All Those Still Holding.

Good Luck to all LONGS on Monday.
Market Ka ! LOL
Wow DSD,
You sold your position because you weren't satisfied by the response you got? Do you think the IR guy at NAEG does nothing else but reply to individual emails sent in by the hundreds from different prospective shareholders?
Good Luck To You!
Medent, good job on providing those link. Perhaps we might still have a good outlook in 2007.
Hopefully Monday will bring us an "Earthy Green Day".
For all those who felt like they were defrauded by QTCE and its over-inflated PR releases, here is my plan of action:
I'm going to send an email to enforcement@sec.gov . In the email I'm going to state how the PR's released by Quantech deceived investors and that with each PR, the management only diluted the O/S. The Company failed to follow up on its NOBO list investigation and furthermore, gave deceptive info to its TA.
You may however, choose to fill out the complaint form instead. Use this link instead : http://www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml and towards the bottom you will see a link to file an online complaint.
What ever method you choose, be sure to include your Name, Full Mailing Address, Email Address and Contact Number. Try to be as concise and to the point as possible and give references of the misleading PR's (like the collaboration with Anheiser-Bush etc., etc.) and the amount of money you lost.
Also take a look at the following link. The SEC is catching up to Companies like Quantech and if we all bombard them with emails and info, maybe perhaps some enforcement will deter fraudulent companies from soliciting in the first place.
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2007/2007-34.htm
Finally, if anyone is interested in a class-action lawsuit against Quantech, please let me know (though I can receive PM's, I am unable to reply to them). On the other hand, if anyone knows of an attorney who might be interested in going after Quantech and Liat, then also let us know.
Good luck and be persistent!

I have my fingers crossed on Ingen-Tech. Only need the pps to get to $1.16 for me to break even. I would average down, but the volume has been crappy.
I dunno. Maybe I'll just sit tight.
I can't send you a PM, but I will post further info perhaps getting together a class action complaint regarding Quantech and their false PR's which only were in attempt to defraud investors.
Thank you for sharing that. Though I wasn't lucky enough to get in at the lows we're seeing in the past few days, I do have a sizeable position (1Mil) below .02 and would've definately added if I had the mulah.
Up 28.57% today!
Mngt,
Your implied questioning and bashing of this stock just got crushed by the PR released today. You state that you have no position in NVMG (as of 3/7/07) and are looking for a better entry point.
Just be real. Your view of this stock, this board, its moderator was miscalcuated. And now you want to make mends. Right?
News out today. They received another purchased order. Another worthless PR .
Well Said!!! LOL!!!
Down,
Didn't you state that the next support is at $14.75 ?
Elder, thank you very much for the taking the time to call the IR. I agree with you that today's PPS was the result of a post made by one person whose intent was malicious in the context that he/she posted.
I will personally get in contact with the IR and post my results also.
Good luck to all the LONGS as they will prosper in the near future!
What a shameful finish for the day!
I really really really really wished I had some funds to buy at this level. If I had only known this was going to happen.
That is why I sold my entire position (18K shares) a few weeks ago while I had the chance. I have been trying to get in contact with the Company and the IR person, but have been unable to do so. It turns out calls are being answered by a answering service who has no idea what the Company is about, etc.
Sharon, very good post.
However, I believe Hirohito has another interest here to which was hinted.
Hiro, you state that you unloaded a 1.5Mil shares cause you feel negative about the Company about talking with Ken. I see that as a smoke screen. Your intent is for the PPS to drop, so that you may accumulate more (as u stated). If you had all that info with regards to your conversation with Ken, why wait till now to post it. Why were u still singing praises about the Company over the weekend?
What urks me is if people panicked and sold just because of this one negative post. If you feel negative about the progress about ILCO, then why buy again at a lower PPS?
Main point I'm trying to make: Don't believe everything you hear. Do your own DD and make an informative decision.
Well said. Nevertheless, I'm gonna send an email and letter stating that perhaps they need to revamp their website a bit to reflect the Company's direction and outlook.
Thanks.
I'm holding until the Cows come home.
*EDIT* Sorry, I mean't until the Bulls come home.
Though I agree with you that a Company's website does have a lot to say with regards to the professionalism and commitment of the name of the Company on that site, most of the Pinksheets website are designed in a simplistic manner where Flash animation & Javascript are not used.
I don't think that takes away anything from the Company itself. I think what attracts investors is a strong management team who have the interest of the shareholders, not just their pockets. Timely PR's are also of importance, to keep the investors grounded and finally financials that do not exploit the common investor.
I have been LONG in ILCO for that reason. Another Company who mimics that is NVMG (which I hold also).
But if website design is of that importance, take a look at : http://www.ingen-tech.com/ (IGTG). I'm also holding LONG in this Company and it wasn't the website that locked me in.
Good luck to all LONGS.
Huh ????????????
I've been a lurker here since day 1. I thought I'd introduce myself as a LONG holding 1Mil+. I have taken the $500 aside for our hunt.
Chart, I'm happy to be on board.
Yup. That's sound right. A few months away.
What is going with RSPG? A PR is released but does nothing to the PPS? I read on another board that someone had a buy order for 5K shares at $3 that haven't filled since Wednesday.
You guys are making me jealous. I thought 1Mil were enough, but now I have to reconsider that position. I guess I'll be adding more on Monday.
