Many grumblings on how they release information and also how they communicate. They have stated many times that they want to release information to all parties at the same time and only release information as it becomes available. I don't think anyone really appreciates their current excellent press releases because all they want to hear is either production news or sales. And those emails a close IMO.I think things are great and they are only going to get better..
As for the heath of the company, finances out very shortly. And that I am sure will that give us something to talk about. LOL
As for are they real, did you see the latest news on the Wheelies?
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/Wheelies-Set-to-Dazzle-Millions-at-Bangkok-International-Motor-Show-OTCBB-FARE-1889821.htm
Future looks bright.
A company is always looking to improve on how they run their business. That what keeps business alive. Changing, improving processes, products, marketing etc. is a way business grows. Do I think World Moto needs to improve?? Yes absolutely. They need to improve Sales, Market share of their products all that stuff that make a successful business. I don’t want them to stop trying to improve.
But I look at what they have done and what they offer. They are a young company with limited employees so if they have to switch a deadline then they probably have a real good reason. They are doing impressive things with their three great products and starting a business is a tough thing to do.
Does it sound like I am pushing this stock? I don’t think so. I do speak positive of it. Plenty of other views, I read them to and let everyone talk. I do believe they have a good thing going and when it takes off I am going to be real happy.
I am still in and never left and still believe in the company.
Hoping Patience =Reward on this one.
IMO
Thanks for sharing that thought General Grievous , it shows there is a market for this type of service.
And YES I do think they are on to something !
Nice YES feedback on World Moto Facebook page,
Cut and pasted from the World Moto Facebook comment asking about the YES product !
------------
Thank you for your comment.
On Feb 24th, the company distributed a press release mentioning that "[World Moto] is preparing for a soft launch of Yesâ„¢ on March 14."
The soft launch is proceeding and the video is entering post-production.
Please also note that things can and do change, which is addressed in the Forward-Looking Statements section in every press release (included below). For example, following the press release on Feb 24th, we signed up our first franchisee, and while this is great for business (e.g., revenue), it also absorbed time and resources (e.g., talks, negotiations, creating a unique contract, PR and filing).
That mentioned, business never looked better.
Best,
WM

For reference:
Soft launch (Wikipedia): "A soft launch is the release of a website, hotel, or other product or service to a limited audience. Soft-launching is a method for gathering data on a product's usage and acceptance in the marketplace, before making it generally available as a hard launch or grand opening. Companies may choose a soft launch to test the viability of a product or to fine tune a product before implementing a larger marketing effort. When implementing a soft launch strategy, a company releases a product with little or no marketing."
Notice Regarding Forward-Looking Statements
This news release contains "forward-looking statements" as that term is defined in Section 27(a) of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended and Section 21(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Statements in this press release which are not purely historical are forward-looking statements and include any statements regarding beliefs, plans, expectations or intentions regarding the future. Such forward-looking statements include, among other things, projections of worldwide sales of World Moto, Inc's products and global markets. Actual results could differ from those projected in any forward-looking statements due to numerous factors. Such factors include, among others, the inherent uncertainties associated with new projects and development stage companies. These forward-looking statements are made as of the date of this news release, and we assume no obligation to update the forward-looking statements, or to update the reasons why actual results could differ from those projected in the forward-looking statements. Their is a lot to like about this growing company IMO..
And I also go around all day singing this. LOL!
Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay
My, oh my, what a wonderful day
Plenty of sunshine headin' my way
Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay
Mister Bluebird's on my shoulder
It's the truth, it's actual
Ev'rything is satisfactual
Zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay
Wonderful feeling, wonderful day
Another Note:
Of course any investment is a risk and you should always research your investments fully:
But here is a theory, Back a over year or so ago, World Moto trying to get there ideas and products out to the world, possibly could have made some less than popular decisions or taken advice from other companies on how to get their great products out to the world. But as with all businesses, they perhaps realized the company would succeed much better following a different path. Although this path may be a longer more tedious path, the end result would hopefully produce a strong, trustworthy profitable business that the governments and private sectors would trust.
I don’t think it is a fair comparison to the year or so ago company.
IMO
Your right QueenVic, this is good stuff!
World Moto Ready to Enter a Multi-Trillion Dollar Market

--------------
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 24, 2014) - World Moto, Inc. (OTCBB: FARE) (OTCQB: FARE) (BERLIN: WM7) (BERLIN: A1J8SY) ("World Moto" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will begin its Yesâ„¢ personal retail delivery services on March 14. Changing the way the world goes around, World Moto is a global authority on the $500 billion dollar a year motorcycle taxi industry and inventor of the Moto-Meterâ„¢, Wheeliesâ„¢, and Yesâ„¢.
World Moto has recently completed pre-trials of its Yesâ„¢ delivery platform, and is preparing for a soft launch of Yesâ„¢ on March 14. Services will be introduced in a modern district of downtown Bangkok, with plans to eventually cover the entire Greater Metropolitan Area before expanding throughout the country and into international markets. The initial offering will leverage public convenience store chains to deliver refreshments, personal and childcare products, stationery, and other necessities anywhere in the service area in less than 15 minutes. This unprecedented capability is made possible through World Moto's extensive relationships with drivers and operators in the motorcycle taxi community.
The Company intends to use its Wheeliesâ„¢ technology to advertise Yesâ„¢ in the target area. Wheeliesâ„¢ are a personal digital canvas in the physical world that can display full motion images and stunning visual graphics on the spinning wheels of motorcycles. When used to display advertising, a roaming motorcycle equipped with Wheeliesâ„¢ provides one of the few means of accessing a target audience in an arbitrary geographically localized area. The availability of Wheeliesâ„¢ to assist with marketing was one of the key milestones required for the launch of Yesâ„¢, which promises to be the world's fastest and most reliable local delivery service.
The Company estimates that the market for personal retail delivery may grow to as many as 2 million shipments per day in Bangkok alone, and will reach into the many hundreds of millions per day globally. Nearly all types of local commerce and commodities are candidates to be serviced by Yesâ„¢, representing a worldwide industry worth trillions of dollars annually.
This industry is expected to be the final battlefield for the world's largest e-commerce companies, as explained by Fortune Magazine who stated in June of last year that "The next frontier of U.S. e-commerce growth is within the 'last mile' of local commerce, where 75% of all retail spending occurs fifteen miles from home." The Company will be competing in this market with other startups such as Postmates and Instacart, as well as industry goliaths such as Amazon and eBay Now. It is commonly accepted by analysts today that whoever wins in this space will eventually rise to claim the mantle of the world's most valuable company.
Yesâ„¢ is positioned to own this 'last mile' over a large portion of the globe. Throughout much of the world, motorcycle taxi drivers have erected an unrivaled infrastructure within their local communities, and it is this preexisting resource that gives Yesâ„¢ its unparalleled advantage in terms of both human capital and proven capabilities. The Company is in a unique position to capitalize on this invaluable asset by leveraging its industry defining product, the Moto-Meter, and propel Yesâ„¢ into a dominant position within this strategic market.
World Moto CEO Paul Giles remarked, "Everyone now understands the importance of delivery in the e-commerce experience. Deborah Sharkey, an eBay vice president, recently declared that 'Consumers expect to be able to shop anytime, anywhere, and immediate delivery is a logical extension of that immediate gratification.' Similarly, Amit Agarwal, a vice-president at Amazon, stated 'The whole promise of e-commerce is convenience and a big part of convenience is fast and reliable delivery.' These and other statements underscore the recognition throughout the industry that the moment that matters most -- the arrival of the item -- is where the battle for this sector will be won or lost. Ultimately, it won't be an abstract corporate philosophy that will win that battle. It will be the fastest and most reliable delivery person on the street. We are working tirelessly to guarantee that Yesâ„¢ will own the last mile. Once this is accomplished, the predominantly technology related problems involved in moving up the value chain to take over the space occupied by today's e-commerce giants are orders of magnitude easier to resolve than the predominately human resource related issues that they will experience trying to move down the value chain into our sphere."
A video demonstrating this technology will be forthcoming before the launch date.

Interesting Facebook Feedback concerning news releases
As I have mentioned before ,I imagine they have a lot going on in their quest to grow their global business.
Below is from the World Moto Facebook Page:
https://www.facebook.com/worldmoto
------------------------------------
World Moto distributed a press release via Marketwire 3 days ago ("World Moto Celebrates 100th Potential Wheelies Distributor").
Please note:
-World Moto has distributed about 1 press release a week for the last 4 months (list included below).
-World Moto only distrbutes press releases that are newsworthy and generated in the natural course of business.
-Management writes the press releases.
-Press releases are costly/expensive.
-World Moto does not distribute press releases on subjects such as "we hired a new HR..." etc.
-World Moto distributes more PRs than most companies in its same class/size.
News should continue to come naturally as the company builds long-term, stable, shareholder value on a daily basis, which is the best/only path to become a world-class company. Like building a road, most work may not be newsworthy, but it is necessary to achieve the larger goal.
Best,
WM

Are you going to be shy and not say anything if you see him? LOL
Oh cool going to Americade, good you can give us the scoop and your view on the product.
And hopefully your that question will be included in an upcoming update.
General Grievous I don't know what to say to you.. LOL
The Wheelies are very impressive, you could run up to Americade June 2-7 and check them out to see for yourself.
They seem to have it together, but can only move as fast as the approvals or processes will let them.
The monkeything is a cool looking thing but I don't see it as a threat yet to the Wheelies. But your right they need to get the Wheelies out to the world before someone else does.
But that is the beauty of competition in the marketplace , keeps you motivated to improve , evolve etc... your product to be the best one out there.
Not dropping, but moving :)... It usually acts this way after news has worn off or before the finances come out.
Normal stuff..
Yep, the other ones for the bikes look good but the Wheelies image quality is superior and can be used on motorized vehicles as well.
The Wheelies are in a class by themselves.
General Grievous, you always get strait to the point :)
It is probably not what you think, they are not having to look for quarters under vending machines to fund their expenses.
They have a lot going on and I would imagine they want to make sure they pick the right path for the company to grow and enrich the shareholder.
The finances should be out shortly.
I am still all in.
And your right it seems all I hear about is people making money on the Mary Jane train.. LOL
But I am going to stay on this rocket and try and put some money in my pocket.. LOL
That's right, you are not far away from Americade 2014. It's June 2-7.
http://www.americade.com/
Well if I would have left it there it would have appeared they had ignored it. So I just deleted it so people would not question it. But understandable it looks like either way it draws questions:)
As for communication, World Moto is adamant about answering questions as best they can and releasing information according to the rules of the SEC etc...
So I am looking for World Moto to release updates or news in the days ahead just like everyone else. :)
I deleted it, I received the answer I was looking for.
Your right it is about time for some news from those guys. :)
Easy there... dkl165 said they want to see the news that the contract has been accepted.
It looks like it is up to the Party Animals release to get this company back on track.
They are just poring all their resources into one game right?
That is their feedback about it right now, A notification should be available by the end of February.
How could they resist such a fine product as the Moto Meter :)
2,000 likes on Facebook, a lot of people are interested in World Moto products.
What ? No way.. QueenVic said a dollar. And she has given me some good advice in the past.
I will be looking for a dollar and beyond. But .25 .50 is on the way to that and that is all good as well. This company is setting up nicely for a good year.

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 28, 2014) - World Moto, Inc. (OTCBB: FARE) (OTCQB: FARE) (BERLIN: WM7) (BERLIN: A1J8SY) ("World Moto" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is currently in discussions with 4 major motorcycle manufacturers to display its Wheelies technology at their booths for the 2014 Bangkok International Motor Show. Changing the way the world goes around, World Moto is a global authority on the $500 billion dollar a year motorcycle taxi industry and inventor of the Moto-Meterâ„¢, Wheeliesâ„¢, and Yesâ„¢.
The Bangkok International Motor Show, promoted as "The Greatest Show in Asia," is one of the world's largest trade fairs, expected to attract nearly 2 million automotive and motorcycle enthusiasts this year throughout its 2 week duration. The Company has entered discussions with 4 globally recognized motorcycle manufacturers that have reserved space at this exhibition to investigate possibilities for displaying the Wheelies technology. Based on the outcome of the discussions currently underway, World Moto will decide on specific terms for partnering during the show.
The 35th annual Bangkok International Motor Show is scheduled to take place from March 26 to April 6 at the Muang Thong Thani Impact Arena and Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand. In addition to the millions of visitors who attend, the show generates substantial amounts of broadcast and print media coverage, in addition to the thousands of blogs where highlights of the show are regularly shared. The show is also the inspiration for the annual Miss Motor Show Thailand beauty pageant, the winner of which will be present during the show to engage the public and exhibitors.
Paul Giles, CEO of World Moto, commented, "It is hard to imagine a more valuable trade fair to attend than the Bangkok International Motor Show. It is common for companies to spend millions of dollars to attend this expo, and to find all the major brands interested in discussing possibilities to partner at their booth shows the motorcycle industry's view of the potential of this product."

World Moto Selected to Submit Pre-Tender for 90,000 Moto-Metersâ„¢ in India
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 14, 2014) - World Moto, Inc. (OTCBB: FARE) (OTCQB: FARE) (BERLIN: WM7) (BERLIN: A1J8SY) ("World Moto" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has been asked to file a "pre-tender" document to Amtex Systems Inc. for submission to the Government of Tamilnadu Province in India for up to 90,000 units of its proprietary Moto-Meterâ„¢. Changing the way the world goes around, World Moto is a global authority on the $500 billion dollar a year motorcycle taxi industry and inventor of the Moto-Meter, Wheelies, and Yes.
Tamilnadu is one of the most prosperous and technically advanced provinces in India with its capital, Chennai, having more than 100,000 3-wheeled Auto Rickshaws. Auto rickshaws are a common means of for-hire transportation in many countries in the world and are an essential form of urban transport in many countries. Please visit the wiki page at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auto_rickshaw for more information.
The Government of Tamilnadu has decided to implement the mandatory use of fare meters on all auto rickshaws. As such, it has promised to provide a free, government subsidized, GPS based fare meter for up to 90,000 auto rickshaws. The government of Tamilnadu has made a specific budget allocation for the financial year starting April 1, 2014 for this program.
World Moto has been invited to attend a pre-tender meeting with the government on January 15, 2014, where it will present the company profile and its patent pending Moto-Meterâ„¢ technology. Based on the inputs received by the government, the tender specifications will be finalized in an RFP type document that is expected by end of February 2014. The successful vendor will receive an order from the government within approximately 3 months of this date.
Paul Giles, CEO of World Moto, commented, "We are excited to have been selected for the initial "pre-tender" process which we feel is a direct result of innovating and working diligently to get traction in the industry, develop relations with key players and increase the awareness of our products with regulatory bodies and governments."
World Moto's CTO, Chris Ziomkowski, noted, "Auto Rickshaws are advanced motorized versions of the traditional human powered rickshaws that have been around for centuries now being built by leading international manufactures such as Vespa. Our patent pending Moto-Meterâ„¢ technology provides numerous advantages over existing, legacy fare meter solutions for auto rickshaws, and we are confident that a successful bid to provide Moto Metersâ„¢ in Tamilnadu will lead to a countrywide adoption of our technology that could reach into millions of units."
While the Company cannot make assurances that it will be successful in its bid to provide Moto-Metersâ„¢ to the government of Tamilnadu through its vendor partner Amtex Systems Inc., it believes that it has unique value propositions and the best product available and will aggressively pursue this opportunity.
Although the auto rickshaw market is only a small fraction of the size of the motorcycle taxi industry, it still represents a tremendous opportunity for World Moto.
Important notes regarding the Moto-Meter
The Moto-Meter's life expectancy/repurchase cycle when used with auto rickshaws is estimated at four years.
World Moto has filed for patent prosecution of its Moto-Meter technology in 61 countries throughout Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. These countries were carefully selected to cover the vast majority of the world's moto-taxi fleet and auto rickshaw fleet. Nigeria is the first locality to complete its investigations and issue a patent. The patent was granted as filed, with no changes or office actions required on any of its 28 claims, and will remain in force until February 8, 2033. The remaining 60 countries, which include India, are currently in the substantive evaluation period and are expected to complete their investigations within the next 4 years. Based on its success in Nigeria, and its original favorable review from the Patent Cooperation Treaty Examiner, the Company expects ultimately to be awarded a patent in every targeted jurisdiction.

Accessing any product from the inventory of a local community is as simple as tapping an app and saying "Yes" when the razors, diapers, tissue, etc., are delivered to virtually anywhere in less than 20 minutes. Launching in 2014, Yes will make brick and mortar local commerce as convenient as the Internet.

Hi All,
Thank you a thousand times for the 1000 likes! Getting genuine likes takes time ... (unless you're

I don't get why the CEO is not talking. They are making sure they are keeping current with filings and notices but no Facebook or email feedback.
Why would he do that and think it is ok....
You rang? :)
I can not ask that because they will not answer that question on Facebook. That information would be best released via formal communication.
Well a lot of debate here on the money situation but they do have two great products and one is earning money the other is on the way. The popularity of both products appear to be strong.
They do seem very comfortable executing their business plan and they are the only ones that truly know what is going on.
We wait and see, we should know something shortly.
