General Grievous, you always get strait to the point :)

It is probably not what you think, they are not having to look for quarters under vending machines to fund their expenses.

They have a lot going on and I would imagine they want to make sure they pick the right path for the company to grow and enrich the shareholder.

The finances should be out shortly.
