Hey Paul,
I appreciate your 2 cents:) its just at this current time I would have to sell all my securities in order to attend the monkinar. I feel that would be almost purpose defeating. I've taken a big hit on a stock called TSHO. Although I'm still holding I have lost a significat portion of my investment. All I can do now is hope for a rebound and they say revenues are just around the corner. However, a few other people have givin me there "2 cents" on the monkinars and couple that with the testimonials I've read, I have no doubt that they are very informative. That being the case I will do all that is in my power to raise the capital to attend. If not this time, I should be looking at a nice tax return this year and have been looking for a reason to fly somewhere!
Thanks,
Aaron
Hey, yeah HotRod sent me a PM on it. But the dead line is in Oct and although I would like to attend, it may be a little too soon for me. I'm hoping, as I'm sure most have probably done, to make some extra $$ off the FLD's and then freeroll into a monkinar. Oh and sorry I have a tendency to break Ihub board rules lol but I'm getting better!
I've been in a Monk trade for one day and I'm up 12% already! I would recomend finding one that is a little down on like a 1 month chart. Im currently in PNTV. I'm still holding some TSHO and unfortunatly PBEC hope this all turns around too.
Yeah I had one like that and I missed the boat too. I would have to say the majority of those you can't get into in the morning and you'll chase the stock all the way up. Then when you do get in is starts coming back down lol least in my case anyway. I wouldn't chase a stock thats already up over 100% tho let a lone 1000%+
hey its going good except that I'm at work and the not the Golf Course! lol. Stocks looking good tho not bad for a first day.
I think they are on MST. So it's only 8am
Good morning uc!
Thank you mediaguy! Sry no PM yet.
Sideshow, a few questions if I may. I would imagine dilution is not a factor for this company, right? Also how do you know when the floats locked down and how long does it normally take for a squeeze?
Also I checked out those testimonials and was very impressed. Monk definitly has something special going on here.
K will do!
Thanks Bronson.
Yeah definiatly a cool board Im almost out of posts already lol but yeah hope to see you guys over there and we can start making some $$ too!
Thanks, I'm Aaron
Thanks! I have plenty of patience and I love a good short squeeze!
Cool thanks!
Sounds good to me! I'm going to start with pntv. I'm small time right now but will try to add more depending on how some other plays work out.
I just sold some of my tsho going to check out that monks den as well. Still holding 5k shares I got burned bad and am just not sure how this law suit will effect the stock, well... More than it allready has. Well find out soon I guess.
Hello everyone! I've heard good things about this board. I checked out monksden.com and registered my email. I'm still a little confused tho, is this a buy and hold strategy or flip using TA? Or both?
Thanks,
Fossil
Court date is at 9:00am mst in Alberta. When do you guys think we'll hear anything?
Skymarks web site is "down for maintenance"
http://www.skymarkresearch.com/
We don't know what day in Sept that the squeegee is airing on Rachel Ray do we? If its early Sept then maybe Tsho is hoping those revenues will reflet on the next filing and that will help the Share price. Of course these could be the delusional ramblings of an optimistic bleed out investor. But hey one can hope right!
Yes it is, 09/02 but I wouldn't be surprised if it drags out past that date. Continuance / recess or what ever. But then again my law knowledge is based off of episodes of Law and Order. lol
Cool thanks rdh!
Here is a case with some striking similarities to the TSHO case with a breach of section 75. Looks like if found guilty they would be facing a sanction(sanctions are usually monetary fines, levied against a party to a lawsuit or his/her attorney, for violating rules of procedure, or for abusing the judicial process). Since the lawsuit is in regards to the best interest of the investors I doubt that they can force TSHO to close up shop and render all shares nil. That would definitaly NOT be in the best interest of the share holders.
This proceeding will therefore move to a second phase, for the determination of whether it is in the public interest for us to make any sanction orders against Wilby or Sirman, and whether to order the payment of any costs of the investigation and hearing. As mentioned, counsel for Wilby has already read into the record a joint proposal, with Staff, for sanctions and costs orders against Wilby, and the evidence includes a written statement that set out some partial agreement between Staff and Sirman as to appropriate sanctions against him. The panel, however, has made no determination on these issues. The parties may reiterate these already-expressed positions, supplement them or, indeed, alter them. Moreover, as this remains a proceeding involving two respondents, Wilby and Sirman are entitled to make submissions in respect of one another.http://www.albertasecurities.com/Enforcement/Enforcement%20Orders/Wilby_Sirman_Hear_Now_Merits_Decision.pdf
What are the concequences for breaching section 75? I've looked online and can't find anything. I can find examples of it but nothing that says what happens to the company.

Good post Pirate! I don't think Maone is to blame either. Its been almost a year now and I do remember the early days of this board. It was a collaborative effort of inquisitve minds and I was anxiouslly awaiting the next post or milestone in the companys progress to be debated. I even feel Skymark didn't do anything wrong if in fact they can prove that they didn't hold any position. Though I have to admitt this lawsuit makes me nervious, I hope the whole thing blows over and we can start moving North again.
Very interesting article. And a perfect candidate for a Black Swan. I'm surprised it didn't touch more on asset value. For instance a home thats paid off or land or gold silver ect. Although the valuation of those objects is given in a dollar amount perhaps rendering it void! lol ah its scary just thinking about it. But at least if you own something its yours. A home is a home no matter what its worth but a pile of money could essentially be worthless given an economic melt down. Something most people don't think about.
Hey snack! I didn't know you had a board. Hope you don't mind me popping in every now and then. Why can't I add this to my faviorts???
WOW now thats interesting I didn't know thats how they were obtained. Who contacted you on that? Is that process normal? Also has it been 6 months since Tsho's private placement? if so have those people dumped do you think? Sorry for all the questions but that makes me wonder.
haha thanks for starting the board Bronson. Its been no hold bar on those two any way but if they start cracking down this will be a good place to talk. Do you feel this law suit will have any effect on the private placement loans obtained off the "inflated" share prices?
Thanks ruffie, here's what some investors had to say about that artical. Just clink the pbec message board link in the story. But here's the link.

Your probably right. But what happens if skymark was really good at covering there tracks? ie Doyles second cousins ex dog owners friend is holding his shares? Or what if they are proven correct? Does De Beer step down from CEO and chairman? Will there be any effect to the actual companys? These are hypothical of course and I guess we'll just have to wait and see. But yes these companys could definiatly use a cooling period.
This definitaly helps! My buy in prices range from .18-.90 from this year. Your first suggestion seem most logical given the situation. The law suit will be over and I can see if the company can still materialize. If not I'll take a month off, maybe try some other plays and then re-evaulate on the first of the year. Thanks again!
Never mind it does state oct14 now so I guess it is subject to change. I guess we'll have to see.
Actually Cjuried pointed out that the post date is on or around 8/26/10 http://www.aps.com/files/_files/rfp/2010SmallGen_RFP.pdf
page 11,
I'm not sure if that is subject to change or not.
I agree a lot with you pov of this situation and if skymark can prove what they say, that they don't hold any position and they have no affiliation with the stock other than there subscriber base than the whole thing could be droped. These are low float stocks and with a subscriber base of 30k plus... Well no wonder the pps incresed. Was this against the best intrest of the investors??? Well maybe if your investment was a short position it was. I am curious to see how this plays put tho.
That would be awesome!
Haha it's 4:20 somewhere!
Hey hey what's up TSHO??? I almost hit the panic button! Lol luckily I smoked some pot and took a bath instead.
Thanks nlightn, I value and respect your insight. I fell in love with this stock and thus was blind to all the obvious technical indicators and the behind the scenes mischeif that was right in front of my eyes. I put almost all my eggs in one basket and continued to buy into the sell off. I even recommend this stock to friends and family, I broke all the rules. Although I'm up set it was a great learning opertunity for me. The first stock that I've ever really bought was govx. Then skymark initiated coverage on govx so I initiated research on skymark. Thats when they told me about tsho. I knew little about the market at that point. But through the emails from skymark I found a link to ihub and that's where I realized a whole other level of investing. There where some great investors on the tsho board and they taught me a lot. And if it wasn't for the down tend I would of never made this board where thanks to you my knowledge continues to grow. I have no idea what to to with the stock at this point and from what I recently learned I should exit and re-evaluate. Maybe it's time I start doing things right. Thanks again, I'll check out those long term plays you suggested.
