I have a 100,000 shares. This weekend recognizer I am my ladyfriend were in the Poconos near the Delaware Water Gap. The friend we visited had 8 acres up there and said clean water is a big issue. He runs a quasi resort. He told me maybe some people from ESPH can come here and talk to the Envoirmentalists. I gave Gerald's phone number. I just hope ESPH is doing all they can tomarket. Thanks for your reply.
The heat is on. The question is esph the main course, or just al la carte?? Still not convinced they can pull a big sale off with past perfromance. They will get something, but not enough to go above to. I based this on the fact they could not get the Gulf Cleanup even though they did work prior for BP. Marketing is everything. Except for Ely they do not have it. Ely is their only hope.
With all the problems inherent in fracking and the latest news regarding this issue, yes you are right there will be news, but to honest I hope it is on the side of esph.
Timing here is crucial. I do feel undt is making progress. But timing as you say is crucial.
This is particularly true because the new head of the Al Queda based on his background is more likely to use bio and chemical weapons. Also do not rule out a dirty bomb all you need is an office xray machine. The new head has a medical backround.
I agree it now appears they have made and in. I do believe by the end of August or sooner we should see the last maybe great run. Thanks for your post.
Until that get a contract where the dollar value is given as part of the news don't expect much. However, it does appear they should get a good size contract, or enough small sales to make a profit.
Unfortunately you are right. The time is now. The publicity against the chemicals used should make esph look like the knight in shining armor.
I agree we have the product but as the Gulf Spill proved not the marketing.
Excellent Post. I believe the EPA and the oil and gas industry see the writing on the wall. However, will they choose esph as the answer. That is still not a sure bet.
This was a great article for ESPH. With the use of our storage oil that was just released I believe we are now in a great position to develope Natural Gas. Which was up at least 5 percent today. Fred, I just hope that the same problem with marketing we had during the Gulf Crisis does not hurt our chances now. Thanks for the information. I will try to find out about royalities.
Were did you read this?
Do we have any idea of what percentage the royalities are or how long they would last?
One big contract and this stock soars. However, I would like to see numbers. This is good news but I am not going to get excited like before thinking we will hit a penny.
There is no doubt this company has potential but so far minor pep rallies. Believe me I am way down. However, it is possible we may here news within the next two weeks. The reason may be that the threat of terrorists and the fact undt has great access to the more expensive radiation detectors may now being coming into play. Undt has sold to miltary and government agencies be it small sales. Am sorry but when I consider the money I losts I am still a skeptic even though someone with a degree in marketing 101 could greatly aid their dismal sales record.
I agree however the best sales force are the envoirmentalists who are causing the government to take a good look at fracking.
I find it hard to believe the numbers at present our good. Name one company that is successful that hides their sales.!!! Fstarr I thank you for your response. This however is really sad that we may have bought into the WRONG company regarding this crisis. The only hope is the distributors on the ground floor will surpise everyone.
Excellent news for ESPH. This puts added pressure to get the machines from ESPH. Go ESPH.
If UNDT cannot capitalize on the following this is worst then a BS company.
Tokyo (CNN) -- Officials of Japan's hard-hit Fukushima city will begin handing out radiation measuring devices to 34,000 children in a plan to help calm fears about radiation.
Fukushima city is located about 60 kilometers (37 miles) from the Fukushima Daiichi Plant, which experienced full meltdowns at three reactors in the wake of the earthquake and tsunami on March 11.
The measuring devices, called dosimeters, will be given to the children for three months starting in September, officials said.
I hope your wrong but if undt cannot capitalize off this you are dam rights.
I do feel by the end of june there is a 50 percent chance we will hear something.
So far very good volume today.
Great news but the time for ESPH to go up is now. I base on the sale of machines. This is the time for ESPH to make sales. I believe that will occurr, news of the sales, within the next 30 to 60 days. Sales are only the thing that will cause a substantial increase. Plus now is the time, foreign oil is reeking havoc with our economy. Regulators are looking for ways to see fracking water is not contaminated ie Pa regulators.
Good day for you and esph. The head winds are opec and the danger of contamination. I do believe we should hear something by or before the end of June. It could be sales or some kind of financing funding for the machines. Esph has too much going for it. I believe it will be up to 2 dollars or more by the end of the year. Thanks again for you imput and sheer honesty.
I believe it will pay off big. Now OPEC has raised the price of crude 2 percent. Secondly the oil crisis hurt the recovery. Therefore the Obama Adminstration cannot waste any more time, off shore drilling and the shales need to be developed now. Good move with the stock.
Sadly great post
Unfortunately you are right. I appreciate your honesty.
Unfortunately who are they in business for themselves or their shareholders. I am now starting to wonder.
The fact the PA board has given 30 days to come up with a clean water solution, and the need for the service we provide puts a time limit on solutions. I believe it will force the drilling companies to come up with a faster solution. Plus the article I copied and pasted and message contained within it evidence that companies who are already in position to captitalize are posed to do so. I should have copied the whole article
Thanks, but I do believe we will be hearing good news within 30 days. I feel Phillips and Jordan will do all they can to move these machines. Aside, from oil and gas P and J do cleanups were water purification is essential.
Phillips and Jordan is on the move:
Joplin, Missouri Tornado Recovery
P&J is performing recovery operations in Joplin as a subcontractor to Weston Solutions.
Weston Solutions has set up a toll free number for individuals looking for employment, companies looking for subcontracting opportunities, and general inquiries about the project. The number is 1-855-823-5371
This stock will take off when news hits of contracts in Shale area.
I agree since Pa gave companies 30 days to deal with the fracking water problem. The question is how many and how fast can esph build machines Assuming they have the money from whatever source?
If the customers are willing along with the envoirmentalists there will be a major news story re ESPH. Thanks for the response.

I believe at this point Phillips and Jordan is doing all within their power to get sales for esph. I believe they will be successful and there should be a press report coming out within the next 60days if not much sooner regarding their success. Esph can provide the safest means of dealing with Wast Water from well sites. Please comment.
This came out May
23, 2011:
I just hope I have not purchased another stock that markets their product poorly.
A new measure imposed by Pennsylvania regulators to stop natural gas drillers from disposing harmful wastewater at treatment plants has sent the industry scrambling for alternatives.
Companies specializing in the latest filtration technologies are rushing to meet the need. Some firms are already positioned with proven solutions that can handle wastewater from fracking operations. Many others are working feverishly to apply their technologies to cash in on the boom in business.
For Canadian firm Aqua-Pure Ventures Inc., phones have been ringing nonstop since April, when the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) gave Marcellus Shale gas drillers 30 days to voluntarily stop delivering salty and chemical-laced wastewater to water treatment facilities by May 19.
Based on the following I find it hard to believe we are not going to get a major contract.
Marcellus Shale - Oil & Gas Field Projects
Location: Various Locations, Pennsylvania
Start Date: April 30, 2010
P&J Role: Subcontractor
Description:
Phillips and Jordan has master service agreements with Chesapeake Energy, East Resources, Chief Oil, Fortuna/Talisman Energy, Newfield Exploration, Seneca Resources, Cabot Oil, and Southwestern Energy. As a subcontractor under these agreements P&J has been performing construction services for the oil and gas fields on the Marcellus Shale play in Pennsylvania. Work on these projects includes clearing, grading, earthwork, erosion control, road construction, pad construction, pond/liner construction, reclamation, grassing/seeding, trucking, and fencing.
This to me is a goldmine.
Good find. However the article the paper does mention the issue of litigation, and the problem of waste water.
If you notice the paper does talk about the litigious nature and how the waste water does come under the clean water act.In my opinion this part at least helps ESPH. Remeber the key here is the waste water aside from the water used in drilling without bromides.
Well lets hope they are visionaries.
